Staff was rude and organized, did not take the time to listen to my order and gave me the wrong drink order. Refused to even look at me when I inquired about my drink. Trash was left all over the place. Coffee was not great.

$19 for two fake lattes and a Fiji bottled water. Wasn’t a latte it was milk heated up and brewed coffee for $19! Ridiculous and they didn’t have any prices posted. Too long of a line to complain and only 1 poor woman working there. She was pleasant.

Worst mocha latte I have ever had.

Nice trendy coffee corner, quality of coffee not great. Pastry and breakfasts are ok. We had an layover of 4,5 hours.

Dont waste you money if you like a good coffee, the store has a nice espresso machine but the employees dont have any training to prepare a decent coffee. When you spend 6 buck on a simple coffee and the barista doesnt have any idea about the difference btw a hot coffee or a boiled coffee. My simple recommendation .... dont waste your time or money on that store..... I had to throw away my cup of coffee to avoid an stomachache on my flight back to home.......

While waiting in a queue with 10 people I learned that they spend 2,5min per customer. These are the slowest workers Ive ever witnessed I am actually appalled. If I were able to rate it lower I would.

Horrible quality coffee

Probably my worst morning retail experience in my life.workers were constantly yelling at the customers in line, not a single good morning, not one smile. would frequently speak amongst themselves and not really care about the food/customers/anything else besides their conversation.waited for literally 25 minutes for a sandwich and a drink.about 10 minutes until the sandwich came outanother 15 for the drinksandwich was mediocre. bacon was burnt, cheese was halfway off the bread.drink was watery, were no straws. had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get one for me.should have gone to Einsteins Bagels

Rude minimum wage employees who dont care at all. Youre better off going to the Burger King.

Got stomach poisoned by Hot Chocolate & croissant... All night of struggles and vomiting. Should be tested by united States Public Health. 110%.

Black iced coffee came with no ice and probably 15 pumps of vanilla, not a hard drink to make but somehow managed to f it up. Save your money.

Worst customer service i have ever had, 3 employees cant handle 2 coffee. Rude and verryyyy slow. Hopefully you will close this place someday.
