FL Beach needs more places like this instead of the 30-40 buck breakfast meals. Its charming and delicious. Great pastry and coffee. Pleasant service. Order up at the counter (no table service) and head out back to the outdoor patio. Very nice. Almond croissant was super.

Outside it is very nice to drink a cup of coffee with a croissant or any other fresh pastries.☕🥐 I really enjoyed every piece of each fresh pastry that I tried. Very interesting taste of pie with feta and spinach. I am very glad that other locations are opening, but I give a piece of my heart ❤ to this place because the people who work here are very nice, they are like one family. Absolutely fantastic place. Well priced, friendly staff, and incredible atmosphere. The food is delicious. We got hazelnut croissants, a custom omelet, and a dessert crepe, followed by coffee. Paid 40 bucks for all of it. Will definitely be coming back.

8 of us were there yesterday. Poached eggs, omelets, the french toast, freshly-squeezed orange juice, coffee, the freshness and quality of the french bread, they were all excellent. A must visit for those in the area. Will be my go-to place for breakfast in Miami. Logan and the other gentleman serving us were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Overall it was an awesome experience.

Almond croissant was fresh, had moist filling. I also really enjoyed the croissant that my omelette came in, the omelette was fine but this place is better known for pastries and baked goods so I’d lean that way.

Happy to have found this gem in Ft. Lauderdale. Authentic, sweet, savory, and beautifully plated food. I recommend trying the avocado toast, almond pastry, or the provincal sandwich but you cant go wrong with anything on their menu its so fantastic! We went back 3 times during our week long vacation.

YOU need these French pastries in your life, so if you are in the area, do not hesitate to stop in Nanous for breakfast or lunch! Everything was fresh and tasty. Try their potatoes! Their staff was so friendly and helpful! I was just visiting the area but I would come back just to sit in their courtyard again to eat pastries and drink coffee!

My Husband and I went here for a late afternoon lunch last weekend. I had one lemon macaron and the turkey Club. I can honestly say it was the best sandwich ive ever had in my entire life - absolutely life changing. My husband had a strawberry nutelle crepe, which of course i also tasted. it was delicious. I will forever be thinking about that turkey club until we go back so i can have it again. Cheers to an authentic local french cafe. :)

What a fantastic surprise!! Fort Lauderdale Beach hardly has any nice mom and pop places to go to for anything. Although this place seems to be a franchise or in the process of trying to franchise it has some of the most personable and attentive baristas I’ve encountered in South Florida. I had the Nutella Croissant and it was equally messy and delicious!! The coffee was so mellow and nice and delivered right to my table! There’s plenty of room to hang out and/ or read. There’s also a cute little patio in the back and another one in the breezeway. I’ll definitely be back. Happy mom & pop business day!!! Support your local businesses today and always.

We just had THE BEST experience here. AC was so genuinely friendly, giving, kind, and just a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. He made our day with his kind heart. The food was delicious- panini, chicken sandwhich, and salad was so fresh. The chocolate and hazelnut nanaocinno were absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients down to the homemade whipped cream. The food was great, but the people made the experience perfect. 100% recommend.

Service was great and the almond croissant was delicious, BUT. The eggs and omelet were not good. A lot of hype for this place and the staff is certainly wonderful, so kudos to them, and perhaps I should only be reviewing the pastries but the rest needs work. Sorry.

I dont know where you are or what you are doing, but if you do not get to this French Bakery at some point in your life, you have not lived. The quiche, which was quickly devoured was the fluffiest, most delicately savory thing I have ever eaten. The French bread was everything youve ever dreamed a baguette would taste like. Crunchy on the outside and soft and beautiful on the inside. To wash it all down, if you are a coffee lover, get the Nanouccino, which is a wonderful marriage of bitter espresso and sweet flavoring. 10 out of 10 would recommend, even to my worst enemy. I may hate them, but I still want them to experience this magically culinary excellent. Run, dont walk here.

An absolute surprise in the culinary and cultural wasteland that is beachfront Fort Lauderdale. Service was slower but attentive and the almond croissant, coffee and fresh orange juice were all top rate. I’m so surprised at the quality and the lovely non-corporate ambience. I’m coming back for lunch. Do come here, it’s a couple blocks off the beach but so worth it.

Very nice French bakery run by French family: Mother and sons. They are all very happy to be there. Their excitement is contagious. They love what they do and you will get an amazing service and also enjoy the conversation with them. The food is amazing made according to french recipe. Croissant, desserts, macarons, crepes, bread: everything tastes good!!!!

Great food and an easy walk from the beach. We had the Provencal sandwich, turkey club, almond croissant, and a rocher dessert. All were excellent. The almond croissant was decadent. Great French bakery.

This little cafe is a hidden gem. The pasties and bread are clearly baked fresh daily. Its a great place to get a brunch/lunch sandwich before heading to the beach. The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is really good. We will be going back!

Lovely place! Plenty of seating. Awesome staff. From my cappuccino to a custom omelet all delicious!! I returned the following day for more! The cappuccino was sooo good!! Theres free parking located on the premises, but its limited. Theres a parking lot in front on the 7/11, just down the street.

Had an amazing experience today! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and the food was authentic and delicious. We ordered the salmon and turkey club sandwich. Authentic French bakery & café. I ordered French toast, an egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee — all of which were mediocre. The service was very inattentive and slow, i noticed others guests musing about it also. The price are high for the product offering but I think they take advantage of vacationers in proximity to the beaches. I would not go back if I had the option.

Unprepared! Theyre not ready for volume. Took 20 minutes to order standing in line and 20 minutes for a crossant and ham sandwich. The owner said its the best they can do!FYI they dont have the ability to take multiple orders at a time so each and every person has to stand in line when theres 40 people in line you have to wait till all the way in the very front where the till is to make your order even though youve been standing in line for 25 to 30 minutes!I would not recommend to go here if youre trying to do anything expedited and efficient

The lady and her son working there were so nice to us and the croissants were amazing, the almond croissant is a must have!!!!! We want to go back while we are still visiting here. If I lived here this would be a regular spot I would enjoy.

While on vacation found this little french cafe and loved it. Their croissants are great, the chocolate one is the best ever. The croque madame is so good, first time ever having one and was blown away. Whenever you find yourself in Fort Lauderdale Beach area you got to give this place a shot!

Great place, the staff is friendly and the food is very delicious. They put a lot of heart into creating each dish so expect to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your food. It will be worth the wait.

We came here a couple times on our vacation and everything was great each time. I had the almond croissant and hubby had the Nutella one. Both delicious! I also tried their cromlet which was an omelet of your choice inside a croissant. The best I’ve ever had. We will deff be back when we are in town again!

Very good, very nice, but a very simple order can take up to 20 minutes to be ready, if you are short of time I do not recommend it.

Visiting from out of town, I was looking for a coffee shop within walking distance from my hotel. It was not super busy yet we waited in line for close to 20 mins before we just decided to leave. The pastries that are out are not covered up, so of course the flies are having a dance party on the food. Not once did any of the staff greet us, say hello, or smile. Waste of time and I’m certainly glad I didn’t waste my money!

If you want to experience French bistro this is the place to go. Superb friendly staff, with a big smile on their faces and great French accent.Logan, a young cashier will help you with any questions and suggestions. Great interior plus delicious food will make you fill like your in heaven.

Food is a bit overpriced but so is everything in this area. The cashier was really nice and that’s why the review is a 3-star and not any lower. The food wasn’t bad either, tho on the pricey side as mentioned earlier. Aside from the cashier who was pretty nice, the staff seemed fairly rude and almost felt inconvenienced that you were there. Not thrilled about that part. I saw one staff member arguing with a customer about a croissant, talk about the restaurant being a bit stingy.Overall not impressed

Not sure how long it takes when you sit and eat there but its an OK place to grab a pastry breakfast and coffee to go. The staff seemed kind of harried, I guess because there were only two of them working the counter on a Sunday morning, but they could have been a little nicer. It kind of felt like we were inconveniencing them when we asked questions. You cant tell what all of the pastries are because there are no signs and the man helping seemed annoyed that we asked. What we ordered was fine but not anything we couldnt get anywhere else thats just as good.

Have come here at least 4 times on two different trips to FLL. Everything has always been delicious! You will need to wait in line to order but it is totally worth it. Highly recommend their croissants (pain au chocolate and their ham and cheese are delicious) and their breakfast sandwich. Well priced as well!

I really wanted a nice breakfast after my wedding ceremony and but unfortunately this was my worst breakfast experience ever. I was fooled by the reviews & photos.The cashier didnt give me a recommendation when I asked what to order, he just laughed and said oh its your first time here. and when we finally got what we ordered after waiting 10 min, it was literally a baguette. Not even toasted. Just bread with a side of butter and side of jam. My husband didnt even eat it. The cashier saw us with the full plate of bread leaving and didnt even ask if we liked it or anything.Deffinetely will not be returning.

Excellent French toast. Omelette & fresh squeezed OJ were pretty good as well. Great service. An employee saw I was waiting for the women’s restroom and cleaned the men’s so I could use it & not have to wait any longer.

Went here with my girlfriend. Ordered, had coffee, waited and waited.. 50+min later asked about our food. They either forgot about our order or did not care to make it. Not one apology nor any concern that they failed at customer service. No, have a coffee on us or even asked if we needed anything after giving us our food.. at seperate times. Nor any acknowledgement while we were leaving.

This was amazing. I recommend greatly, the serving isnt the fastest, but they cook everything fresh. I recommend getting the Nutella or chocolate croissant, they are the best thing Ive ever tasted. The drinks are great. The inside is amazingly decorated very welcoming, you also have an outside to enjoy eating.

Highly recommend this place! We went here for breakfast one morning. The coffee is amazing, the crepes are delicious and the special breakfast sandwich was large and shareable. Also very reasonably priced compared to some of the restaurants on the beach. Definitely check it out!

Went to Nanous French Bakery two days in a row because I had a good experience the first time with the exception that my friend ordered a side of bacon and lady owner said she did not and would not give to her. We found that experience not a good one but the food and coffee were awesome. So, I brought my family back today. Our experience was horrible! Waited 45 minutes for an omelet croissant and had to go back to the counter to ask about it. Was told they would expedite it. Never came. Went back to counter 2x more and asked for money back. Lady owner would not return our money. Kept saying it was coming. After 1 hour, we received the croissant in a to-go bag. Customer service should be your number priority! Please be considerate of your customers!

This is a cute legit Little cafe. I do not drink coffee or cappuccino in the US. Not ridiculously bitter, perfect ratio milk/foam to espresso. LOVE Also had the quiche and it was a huge piece compared to normal serving. Very good. I wanted the Nutella croissant but tried show a little restraint. Maybe tomorrow!!!

We usually go to Fort Lauderdale every year in October, and this is my favorite place for breakfast & coffee.

My wife and I were going to grab breakfast here. It was relatively busy but not too bad. There was a lady in front of us asking about her order which was a few minutes late. She was very polite, the chef started yelling at her, pulled the kitchen door open, kicked it and stormed off. After that we decided to go somewhere else. Rather spend money somewhere else that has better customer service.

Ate breakfast croissants there and placed a Togo order. Super Fresh ingredients, croissants nice and buttery. Was told they were out of two ingredients after order was placed so kitchen should tell foh before.

Service could use some improvement. We waited 55 minutes for our two sandwiches. After our friends (who ordered immediately before us but received their food 30 minutes before us) and a host of others after us in line received their food, we asked the staff about the delay, but they just gave us an attitude and refused to check the status of our order. We flagged someone delivering the meals, who graciously went to the back and found our food had been sitting ready for some time (our sandwiches were warm, at best). I acknowledge how busy the hour had become, but that is not an excuse to simply disregard our problem or not check our order status, especially after other orders has been filled after ours (and our meal had clearly been sitting there). Once we finally got the food, it was good!

A great find tucked away on a back street slightly away from the main strip. Lots of delicious pastries and breakfast options. The breakfast sandwich with aioli and bacon is not to be missed. We always pick up sandwiches for lunch at the beach and all of them have been a hit.

That NUTELLA CROISSANT!Then we also wanted something more filling so we opted for the custom omelets which I got with chicken, mozzarella, and spinach. I make an omelet everyday for breakfast and I wish I could make one like this. It was perfectly-salted and perfectly cooked (eggs cooked through but not burnt). It came with a delicious baguette which Im assuming they make in house as well.Overall, an excellent experience with excellent food (and the owners speak French!).
