Karen was absolutely amazing. My sister and I were trying to find the perfect 58th birthday present for our mom and the eye cream was it! Karen showed us the everything about each product and we were absolutely astonished!

Just purchased my first cleanser from Karen. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right products. I would (and already have) recommend her to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure! She is unbelievably sweet and caring. The store has good and competitive prices, are quick, and will bend over backwards to help you out. I would definitely recommend this store.

Scammers for products that don’t work and pushy sales associates.

This place is horrible. You are going to experience pushy sales tactics. They will scam you into buying things. they will fully ignore this part of informing you that there is a no refunds or return policy when buying product and by the time that they are scamming you into buying their products . I can put some blame on myself as well and for getting scammed like this and allowing it to happen to me. Please go ahead in go there in person for you to see of yourself. And please reminder what I am saying this to you. But, dont let this happen to you, and please be careful with your wallet with buying products you dont want or need. They have lied to me about the ingredients, pricing online vs in stores, and practically everything is so different. I have read many other reviews tat the products dont work at the same at the ones they show you as a sample at the store.

We were visiting Fort Lauderdale.While we were walking on Las Olas Blvd, nice sales woman invited us inside the store and showed us creams and explain how to use them. We said that we are not from the area. Then, she was nice to agree to ship all the products to us free of charge. We got the shipment.Really great products

I have very dry and problematic skin. I bought the pearl line with not much of a hope(scrub, day cream and toner). One month after i start using it i noticed huge different on my face. my skin become softer, less red and more healthy looking. Thank you Natalia and Tresor Rare for making me and my skin happy

This place is despicable. They lure you in with their pushy sales tactics and scam you into buying their products. The entire time that they are scamming you into buying their products they fully neglect to inform you that there is a no refunds or return policy when purchasing from their stores. Of course I have to assume some blame on myself and family for getting scammed like this and allowing it to happen but if youd like to see their tactics for yourself go on into their store. Although, Id advise you not to since youll most likely walk out with your wallet hurting and products you dont want or need. They lie about the ingredients, pricing online vs. in stores, and practically everything. Do not go into these stores unless you enjoy being charged for something you cannot return even if its unopened!
