I searched for an embroidery store to do a small job - embroider a name onto a baby blanket. (with the Disney font) After a few failed attempts at other places, I found EmbroidMe. The ladies there were amazing and had the blanket done in one day and it came out perfect!

Ive been getting shirts embroidered here for over 10 years, but there seems to have been a couple changes in the ownership over the last couple of years, and the quality of the work has really gone downhill, to the point where they should be embarrassed to even letting quality this poor go out the door. I wont be back after this order. They basically ruined 8 shirts, because the logo is so distorted and misaligned I wont even give these away to customers as promos. You cant even distinguish what the logo is supposed to represent. It looks like a blob of thread. Theres enough other embroidery shops that Im sure care about the work they put out I can patronize instead.

Very nice people who do very good work at great prices! They work nicely with you to get what youre thinking of into the design and into the items exactly as youre envisioning it! So many options of things to personalize and customize! I giggle recommend this shop!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work I received. I had a time crunch and they accommodated it with pleasure. They have done three projects for me and each done as agreed and fine work. One project was done with same day turnaround which I greatly appreciated.

Marleny at Embroidme on Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale took on a difficult embroidery request I had. Her attention to detail and follow through were amazing. She wanted everything perfect and would not stop twinking the sewing process until it was exact. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail and her customer service was amazing. THEY CHANGED OWNERSHIP!!!!I used to go there when the Trinidad people were there and they were rude. I sore I would never go there again but I recently had to go back to get our art work. I was shocked when I went in and there were new people that actually knew how to treat the customer. I found out that they had new owners and THANK GOD!!!!!The guy in the back was still there and he did a great job and the new girl was really sweet.NOW its okay to go there.

*Was* going to be a new customer, ready to spend money this morning. The owner was going over our logo and kept interrupting our conversation to yell past us and socialize with an established customer who was at the front counter. This happened several times. We felt completely unimportant and immediately left. Incredibly rude, awful customer service. I specifically seek out and support smaller businesses, but absolutely refuse to spend our hard-earned money to be treated this way. Looking elsewhere.
