Placed an order for one dental restorative instrument on October 4th. Its now October 25th and I still havent received anything. So, I contacted customer service and an agent told me the product was shipping from Europe? She said she would check to see if a distributer in the US could send me my order instead and that she would email me. I verified she had the correct email. Its now 5 hours later and I still havent heard back. Ive had products arrive from China quicker than this. I was already suspicious when they sent me an order confirmation with no estimated delivery date. Ill be attempting to cancel my order now or Ill dispute it with my credit card company.

I can no say weather or not the products from these place are good or bad because I didn’t even get to that point. But what I can tell you is that they have the worse costumer service. I have never been treated so poorly by a company ever!It was the actual owner who responded to my email Marcos Barrionuevo Pesci- he is an extremely rude person.I would gladly provide the nonsense email to however wants it, although if I feel like it, I would just posted here.I a m sure he will give any cheap excuse for his poor behavior but, emails live forever and I have them.

My experience was absolutely great with them; being very professional and serious, especially in the Customer Service, and the attention given by Jessica and his owner, who immediately helped me to solve a problem I had with the shipment of a product, because of the pandemic. Good money relation for value and products.

I ordered masks and face shields for my family during the time where they were difficult to find. Jessica offered me an excellent customer service and the products arrived on time. I am super happy with the quality of masks.. not like others you find at stores and for the same price. 100% recommended... Will definitely order again!!

Horrible experience . They sell you products that is expired since 2015. ( Acrylic keystone sledge hammer) plus the night guard splint material also keystone . They send it in a regular plastic bag. Not vaccum sealed and not in The original package from the manufacturer. cz the material absorb moisture and make air bubbles when heated.

Very unreliable . Was led on to belive i would receive my items on time. Was not notified that my shipment was late until date of package delivery. Then was told to wait 2 more weeks. I waited, my customers also waited. 2 weeks after my items were not delivered . Then was told one more week. By now its been a month since i purchased. Now my accounts walked away from my business. My reputation as a lab ruined. Now i have to go out and look for new accounts, gain new accounts trust and hope that they dont hear about how i couldnt deliver 1 month of work to previous accounts. Then i was told the company would make it up to me by rushing my items. Then was told they couldnt rush the shipping because it was too expensive and took their profit margin. Irresponsible company. Will never recommend to use. I might even have to close down because i didnt make the business rent.

Great service. Prices are very good especially compared to other dental suppliers.Only thing that makes me place 4 stars and not 5. is that still charge for shipping. I guess because they do not overcharge the item prices. i would recommend them though .

Bad customer service and very difficult to deal with. I have purchased many times from them but almost 25% of my orders are wrong. If Im lucky all items are correct. Problem is with correctly labeling products but there is no one to discuss issues. They will just tell you to return wrong products. Of course I have to pay for return shipping even though is not my fault. I may asked for exchange but there is possibility that order will be wrong again. Happened to me twice already. Im tired and I think is time to switch to somebody else for my dental needs.

These people are not ethical, I got a quote for some product and then the debited my account 3 days later for more money without even calling me, I did not authorize any additional payments they just went into my account and took it, I called them and they said it was for hazardest shipping, why was this not in the original quote? I keep very little money in this internet account and transfer it when I buy something, lucky for me that I had an excess of 3 cents in the account after there unauthorized transfer or I would have had to pay the bank $30.00 overdraft fee.Also what I ordered was monomer, and 40% of it leaked out during shipping, they will not refund ne a red cent, they said it was just fine when it left. dont deal with these people if your smart, the low price is not worth the problems.

I dont recommend buying from Mr. Marcos Pesci because he is a scammer. I ordered a package containing contents for dental technicians. He did not send the declarations of conformity with the related health codes and the customs blocked everything. The package returned to Mr. Pesci and he refunded me half of what I had paid. Shame

Total disaster. Buy a milling machine. It never went well. They tried to fix it. And in the end they told me to fix it myself. The machine is dead. $ 18,000 in the trash. Total scam.
