Always a great experience here, but I have to say every time David is absolutely wonderful. So helpful, and patient. He really helps solve problems so humbly. The reason I love this pharmacy!
Don’t let the fact that Walmart is a huge corporation with over four thousand stores fool you. The people working here are very nice, and very helpful. They are far better than the pharmacists working at CVS or Walgreens. It’s actually pretty surprising.
I have really bad anxiety, like potential panic attacks when it comes to getting vaccinated and I was just so touched with the kindness, patience, and empathy from the pharmacists here. Both times for my COVID vaccine including today, the pharmacists let me lay down and talked me through my anxiety attack until I felt better. One pharmacist offered me a drink while I was breaking out in sweat and another shared about his life to help me distract myself. They were so accommodating to my mental health issues and Im really glad as a healthcare professional myself that theres people in the healthcare field with so much compassion :) you guys are rock stars thank you so much
If you need help of any kindforget about itTheres absolutely no Costumer service at this place.
Always very polite and very friendly.
Very large store, clean and friendly.
My first trip to Walmart in many year and first in this store. I am a dedicated Target shopper when it comes to discount big box stores. I figured I would give it a try to purchase some folding chairs for a concert. The store is clean with full shelves, and there were plenty of employees manning their assigned areas. However its the management I fault as I stood in a queue for nearly 20 minutes with not even a hint of calling in an additional cashier from the floor. My lovely elder cashier Juanita was doing her very best to serve the customers and had run out of donation forms, had to make a void and no one came to help after her call button was pushed .She was allalone whilst the two supervisors roamed about together basically without a care in the world. They finally walked up ( slowly ) without acknowledging we customers nor Juanita who was clearly frustrated at the lakThis would never happen at Target as management gives full support and instruction to new employees and keeps abreast of the goings on at check out.I felt sorry for this lady whom was basically thrown to the wolves to run a computer / check out system without out someone overseeing her and the other cashiers. There were plenty of employees but only one approached me to ask if I found what I was looking for..... Obviously she had a good mentor and was given some instruction and support from management.Being a new store is no excuse. Bring in seasoned employees from one of the other Broward County stores to show the newbees how to do things.A big disappointment.
I was on hold for over 20 minutes checking on the status of a prescription because their automated system didn’t work. Then they had not filled it even though it had been sent by the doctor over a week prior. Apparently after your doctor sends a prescription, at Walmart you also have to call and suffer through their phone system or they won’t ever fill it. Long lines and high prices too- never using this place or any other Walmart again for prescriptions.
This Wal-Mart opened less than a year ago and has already started to quickly degrade. Gotta love the generic voice mail when I just dropped off my Rx. No explanation why.
I was hesitate to leave a review but things need to change. Their employees need to get pep in their step and learn to respect paying customers. I am writing this as I wait AGAIN at the money center. First there was know one here to check me out for 15 mins and while I waited an employee, who was here early, said she would not help because she didnt clock in till 9. Now after she finally gave up her fit and started 8:50 another moron came and helped me. I am now sitting here 20 mins because she pressed the wrong button and they dont know where my money is. This store needs a decent manager and employees. I plan on calling the district manager. As I just told Kenny the customer service manager how upset I was he gave me an attitude and said they were working on it. All while I sit here with an anxious 3 year old
We fill scripts across the U S. THIS Wal-Mart pharmacy is the best. When I got there Wanda knew me (only my second visit). Wanda took care of me and David the other tech had very valuable information that helped me save money. My order was ready when they said it would be. The best pharmacy techs. Icing on the cake:...My meds were checked and reviewed by Elba, the pharmacist herself before I left the counter. Yes America!!! This Wal-Mart pharmacy ROCKS!!
Switched from CVS to Wal-Mart for the savings and I am very satisfied there. However, when calling in to refill a script I was told it would be ready after 1. So I showed up at 1:15 to be told they are closed from 1-2 for lunch and Id have to come back. So either fox the automated RX refill or stagger lunch breaks so pharmacy stays open during most peoples lunch breaks when theyd be likely to run errands (i.e. pick up prescriotions!)
Fast and easy
Very knowledgeable
Needs more handicap parking
Great store
People are friendly
