Who ever the ignorant, rude woman is answering the phone calls is horrible! She does not listen and speaks over the customer who is trying to speak. She really needs to attend a Customer Service Training class. I wouldnt hire this company if my life depended on it. Disgusting and Horrible customer service. The so called Website is not even working. Making it impossible to reach anyone by email.

As a condo owner very disappointed with the recommending of this company for the electrical repairs for the 40 year inspection. This company along with another came out for the inspection and gave a quote for electrical repairs needed. It did say on the quote other repair might be needed, but doing repair not quoted without authorization then requesting payment for additional repairs not originally quoted is pretty ridiculous and down right bad business. The other horrendous episode to come from the company is the workmanship. Btw my girlfriend was the one who accepted the quote. My girlfriend was the one home with them when they decided to charge us more and my girlfriend was there with them when they did the horrifying work that they think is worth the 2 grand they charged us. Its not the money I really dont have the time or patience to argue with someone over the way someone should practice business. I havent talked to anyone at this business nor should I have to.
