Great Apple Store. Always packed, but that’s expected at every Apple Store. This is my choice out of the three close to my area. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and organized. Appointments are seen quickly and staff stays with you until issue is solved.

Its a nice store with all latest Apple products. It was really busy due to the latest launch of iPhone 13 line up. Its good to see that they only allow a limited number of people inside the store due to COVID. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes to get in but once in the staff is very polite and helpful.

I went to the Apple store at The Galleria today for an issue with my son’s iPad and i must say Apple has the best Associates from my experience with a wonderful lady named Sammy. She was extremely helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly and made sure my issue was resolved. I was in and out of there quickly and completely satisfied. She is definitely an Apple Genius and I highly recommend this location.

I have always experienced great customer service in Apple stores no matter where I’ve traveled in the US. Given this I sent my brother into this store to buy a new phone. He was clear he needed help. He was treated rudely by a young woman and his phone was not completely set up when he left He was very upset by this. Apple you are better than this. He deserves to have his IPhone12 completely working and he’s owed an apology

Awesome location if needing an iPhone 12 Pro Max cellular network repair. I lost cellular signal with my phone saying it needed an update. Even after updating it, I still had no cellular signal with the phone STILL sending alerts that I needed an update. My phone went crazy with restarting every 3-4 minutes along with no cellular signal. I went to my cellular store (AT&T), but it was something they said Apple would have to fix. I had an appointment at this Apple store at 3:20 PM, and my phone was fixed and handed back to me by like 5:20 PM on the SAME DAY. Interestingly, the Genius bar faculty person I spoke with said this might be a new pattern since she had worked with a customer the day before with the SAME issue. This was a fast and FREE fix. My phone was under a year old, so my cost was $0 even without having an Apple Care subscription. With the repair, I have the same SIM card but with a new iPhone 12 Pro Max device (AKA new access to Apple Care if I want to join now). Not a bad wait time at all. The place was a bit crowded, but thats any and every Apple store. Either way, AWESOME SERVICE!!! I recommend coming here if facing a similar problem! :)

I had a very difficult issue with my iPhone and I was redirected several times from different stores and customer service agents for an issue that was difficult to fix. I scheduled an appointment to the Apple store at the Galleria mall. I have to give credit and much appreciation to an employee name Dino (because our mask were on’ it was slightly difficult to hear his name, excuse me if I mispronounce it but I know it sounded like Dino). He provided A+ customer service. He was understanding of my situation and patient because it was a lengthily process. Dino is a great example of how to provide excellent customer service, thank you Dino.

Very friendly quick and easy. They had a pick up line that made the process of getting my replacement phone easily. Friendly customer service. Was even approved for an Apple card which I got an the mail yesterday. It was so pretty.

Apple never disappoints but Associates like Charlie steal the show. Charlies attention to detail and thorough explaining about AirPods made me feel special. Charlie is so knowable and knew right away what the problem was with my Apple Watch. Because of Charlie I am able to buy the fancy mesh Apple Watch strap that Ive always wanted. Keep up the great work Charlie! Associates like you are what makes Apple the best.

Came to store to get Technical help for Airpod Pro that are under warranty that won’t charge. Was told 3 hours to even speak to someone. Was directed to another line to receive phone support. Serial number was loaded into time a lot and call scheduled for 30 min later. Spoke with tech over phone and she determined that my case was defective and that just needed to schedule an apt for refund or exchange. So scheduled apt 11 am next day. Upon arrive was told i scheduled the wrong apt type and that was only for purchase with in 30 days. Lots of apple employees standing around everywhere but was told would be 3 hours to get help. Manager was called over thinking he could help and get my simple issue resolved. He acted like a robot and stated that “ he must do things the right way” I guess that means no customer service or solution oriented thinking to help. So rather than do right by the customer he turned me away to make sure he did right lol. . No customer service, no thinking outside the box. Arrogance and absolute stupidity on proper was to help customer.

They replaced my entire phone for the price of a screen replacement today! I had the verse time today at AT&T store @ 1135 N Federal Hwy. they lied to me selling products with free replacement like a screen protector and didnt tell me it costs $6-20 for shipping PER SCREEN PROTECTOR which weights NOTHING! They try to DOUBLE DIP into your pocket! Apple will replace products or accessories if you have issues. They replaced my lighting cable & MacBook Pro case today for free! They actually care. They are very reasonable and their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Apple ALL THE WAY!!! Much love! Thank you again!

There is a long line you have to wait in, and there are limits to how many people are allowed in at one time. People arent even there to buy an apple product majority of the time, they simply look around and explore. Though I didnt get the chance to step inside the day I went.

Garbage service. We showed up less than 10 mins late for our appointment and they canceled us and refused to reschedule for the same day. They were extremely rude about it. Our appointment would have taken probably 20 mins - how can you not fit us in? They’re lucky that they’re the only Apple store near me and I’m forced to use them. They’re security guard was not interested in helping accommodate us.

We were international tourists passing through who we were trying to shop for a MacBook Air and they wouldn’t sell it to us. They said we had to order it online and there wasnt any stock left. The security guy was super rude to us and downright mean at the front door. He didn’t show the slightest inkling of intention to help us out and didnt seem to have any empathy for our plight. We were only in Miami for a couple of days and were about to fly back empty handed if it wasnt for my brother who had the brilliant idea of going to Best Buy. Customer Service at the Apple Stores has really decayed to the point I dont ever wont to go back.

On Monday February 22 at 5 oclock in the afternoon I was in this apple store and suffered discrimination by the workers, I demanded that they see the cameras and swindle letters in this matter, I was 40 minutes in front of the store the manager looked at me And in no time did he want to come and talk to me knowing that I was on the phone with Apples customer service because the security man was saying on the radio that the lady was saying they would help me since there were no customers in line. It all started when I got to the store and they told me it was by appointment and I told him that I did not have but that there are no customers, the boy instead of helping me continued chatting on his phone and he cared little about helping me because he did not know how to do it. appointment I asked to speak with the manager she is in front of me and she did not want to approach after 10 min that I am talking with the customer service I happened to the security to talk to the girl who was online but he did not understand her because she I was not here, it was a customer service from another country, so the security officer did not want to help me either and the manger kept looking at me, but they did not attend to me but another person came who did not have an appointment that a worker began to tell him how The appointment is made and suddenly he approaches the manager to tell him something and if they left him because? Its my question, all this must be recorded and the first security that attended me was on his phone practically all the time I was there, a terrible attitude on their part towards me and a security began to laugh while he spoke on the radio with the manager, a total lack of respect. I demand that they see their cameras and at the same time their audio of my call to customer service at that very moment 😡😡😡

Very bad service and worst management. Manager doesn’t have management skill. Doesn’t know how to handle a situation. All their co-workers scared of manager and couldn’t even ask things. I came from Pembroke Pines with two appointments back to back and still couldn’t get my things fixed. They are only interested to sell new stuff, so don’t go there. I am having issues with my iPhone and went there to get it fixed with appointment. Hate apple for this. Don’t buy any apple products. It was good in Steve’s job administration.

Pickup for an online order took no more than a quick check-in and a five minute wait, after which the items were handed off without any problem. However, note that from the looks of it there was a line for guests who wanted to browse the store or obtain other kinds of service without an appointment; proper distancing guidelines were being followed.

To be as clear as possible, I am a military veteran who suffers greatly from PTSD. I speak to people with respect, direct and to the point, in order to complete my business and return home.I traveled to this location from a very great distance, in order to purchase the 2021 Mac Air. To keep it short, I had no local U.S. SIM card, and reside outside of the U.S. Apple does not deliver to the country I reside in, therefore, I was forced to travel to a physical Apple location.After explaining my somewhat different circumstances to three different Apple security employees, they denied me the opportunity to enter into the Apple store, in order to purchase the Mac Air. I asked to speak with the manager, in hope of some understanding. They asked me to be patient and wait until the manager had an opportunity to assist me, so I waited patiently.Approximately five minutes later, mall security and a Fort Lauderdale Police Officer arrived. They informed me the manager of the Apple store contacted them and asked I not only be cited for trespassing, but also removed from the mall. They stated to the officer and mall security they felt intimidated by me; therefore, demanded I be removed from the store and the mall.After explaining my position to the mall security and Fort Lauderdale Police Officer, they explained my rare circumstances to the manager of Apple, as they took the time to listen and understand my situation. The manager informed them he did not care about my situation and would not allow me to purchase at his store. As a result of his direct request, I was asked to leave.The Police Officer and mall security were very helpful, respectful and understanding.I highly recommend nobody to do business with this disgraceful and highly disrespectful Apple Galería, especially if you are a United States Military Veteran.

I will say this before the covid I never had any problems the employees are attentive and well trained I will admit that but after a few weeks of being open they started to say no walk ins I said what I have to make an appointment just to replace something that’s unacceptable by apple to implement such rules there over blowing this thing you can allow walk ins an still sanitize also if you have a mask someone is holding a cheap medical mask an tells you you have to put this cheap 1 dollar mask which doesn’t nothing different from your mask to come in i have a full face covering an he said put on a cheap medical mask with a space in it because it’s a medical mask the cheap blue ones out a pack which is not that serious to implement as a mandatory thing there going overboard with this stuff

Express pickup, is not express pickup. Ordered a phone online for pickup. Available for express pickup on specific days and times. Coordinated pick data DJ time with lunch schedule from work. How inconvenient that I show up at my express pick up time and had to wait in the same line with regular pick, returns, purchasing etc. so what is the point of offering express pick up if I can’t get in and out within a 10 minute period considering COVID. I literally had to wait 40 mins for 2 mins to scan my barcode, look at ID and give me the phone. This is extremely inconvenient considering I drove all the way from Aventura on my lunch break for express pickup. Very misleading...... very disappointed. A recommendation- express pickup should have its own lime and manager to assist instead of standing behind employees and watching the long line of 20+ people waiting. In addition, very concerning that customers touch and lay all over the counter and it is not being sanitized between customers.

Had appt and was seen in a timely fashion within 20 minutes. The store was Very crowded and very noisy. I brought in a two month old iPhone 6s. It was DOA. No one could revive this like new phone. I was told the phone was BENT, measured by my genius reps iPhone placed on my phone with an app on it to measure such tolerances. Couldnt see it with a naked eye. Therefore I will wait 7 to 10 days for repair or replace.Did I mention how cold it was there? The employees were wearing sweaters, jackets, and trench coats.The reps were business friendly and have me their full attention and time given the open air carnival feeling going on around us of crying babies, barking dogs, and multi language conversations going on unfiltered around me. Could you put your password in for me?Also the location of the mall and store were hard to get to. Even on a Saturday traffic was intense.

When I walked in a gentleman named Paris greeted me. He was very welcoming and cheery as he checked me in. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected. In the end it was worth it. After the wait, I was called in and my technician Katelyn took care of me. She was very sweet and attentive, making sure that I understood everything through the entire process and she was very knowledgeable. Overall, my experience at the Apple the Galleria was amazing. Thanks so much for all the help!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dealt with Tianna and she was a literal nightmare. Tatianna is like a combination of the worst customer service agents from DMV and McDonalds combined. Not sure how she is employed anywhere but especially not somewhere with such expensive products. I was going to get a desktop for my office and try apple but after that experience I am steering clear of this nightmare. Tianna, thanks for showing me what apple is all about.

Bought a new MacBook Pro for $4,200 and bought a second power adapter to keep at work. I paid full price for the 2nd power adapter (Over $100) and got a refurb and paid full price... I love apple products but this is a huge costly mistake. It wasted my company time & mine. Not only that why are they selling a refurb at full price. Very upset.

When NO ONE wanted to help me and told me there was nothing they can do. PAULO helped!!He was very kind and got me my phone as soon as possible. He took the time to figure out what was wrong instead of telling me to contact support like the other 3 employees. Ask for him at the store, BEST GUY EVER!
