BEWARE! Worst Service Ever! So unorganized, so rude, so non professional. Went to have my childs uniforms shirts embroidered with school logo. I have always paid $5 a shirt and suddenly they want to charge me $7 a shirt and their excuse is because it is not an elementary school shirt. (it was a public high school magnet school in broward county) When I went to pick up my shirts and hoodies the thread color for 2 shirts was completely wrong and they literally argued with me saying this is the color I choose. The color I choose was linen and the color they embroidered it was literally gold/yellow. They never even offered to make it right and made it seem like it was my fault. Please stay away from this company. So unorganized, they do not have order numbers or any functioning system to find orders in a timely manner, their method is literally tossing around bags until you or them find it. This business really needs to figure out a system that works and offer better service, who treats paying customers this way. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They wanted me to wait two weeks for a five letter word. Not very accommodating, why have a sign that reads same day service but will not follow through.

Terrible customer service. No regard for anyone’s time. I was told my items would be ready in 3 hours. I dropped them off at 1:00, came back at 4:55 just in case and my things still weren’t ready. The lady had the nerve to tell me “I don’t know why you come, I told you I call you.” Well you said three hours..I gave you almost 4..

ZERO STARS!!! This place is the MOST DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE YET! I placed an order for my work shirts on 8/10/17 (Thursday); the pick-up date was scheduled for 8/23/17 (Wednesday). On 8/20/17 (Sunday) at 3:34 P.M. they called to confirmed my Wednesday pick-up. On Saturday, 8/26/17 (3 days after the scheduled pick-up date) I went by to collect my order but it was not ready. I asked why they didnt give me a call so I wouldnt come out in the pouring rain with my child. The owner, a curly haired woman caught a nasty attitude and decided to return my clothes and not complete my order. I told her that was very unprofessional and she started to curse and behave in a nasty manner... she even pointed in my sisters face. It took her about 10-15 minutes to locate my items as there were bags with all customer orders all over the floor... the place looked like an actual dump! She refused to provide my receipt stating that she decided to cancel my order. She said the receipt was already in the garbage (the garbage was right next to her). I informed her that I will be filing a complaint with the Management at Swap Shop (which I did) and leaving reviews on social media; her reply was, I dont need your business. I guess she doesnt know that the business is nothing without the customers. Her teenage boy started cursing as well, using profanity, and putting up all sorts of hand gestures. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. Customer service and work ethics are extremely poor. DONT GO THERE!

Poor very poor customer service. Placed an order over a week ago! Requesting pick up on Wednesday. Go into business on Friday the week of order not ready... cant find the order that a deposit is on. Asked to come back in a few hrs. Come back not only is the order incomplete it was done in the wrong color was told not their fault... Ive had plenty of items made bit this is it... I do not recommend this place

The worst service and customer service. They printed the logo my girls uniforms wrong and said it was my fault because it wasnt marked. Well the tape was there in the right spot on the front, but the logo was printed on the back of the shorts. So much for those shorts unless my daughter will wear them BACKWARDS!!! There is no PROMISED TIME, that is all a PROMISED LIE! Ive taken my business to Everlasting Embroidery, they are the best with great customer service.

It has taken more then 2 months to actually have my employees shirts ready after I paid for them. It was even before the hurricane. They give me so many excuses. Incredible worst business.

Selling defective T-Shirt, tell me thats how he bought the T-Shirt and there is noting he can do to help my situation. I visited the store and had a T-Shirt printed with a logo, after taking the shirt home and trying it on I noticed that right below the neck line in the back bulged out about 1 1/2. Its pretty had to ware the shirt with this big bulge. Customer service is missing form store.

I really should have came here first. I visited three other embroidery shops in North Broward and was treated like a second class citizen because my order wasnt a large one. Another told me that they didnt have the proper needle for the jacket I needed embroidered. Twins came through with flying colors. After going over the layout the turn around was only 30 minutes. I cant speak for anyone else but they are my go to destination for my embroidery needs from here on out. There are still businesses that care about small orders, and who treat you like your money is as good as anyone elses...because it is.

Skip on this one. Bad service and delivery. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional place to do businesd with.

Came to get work shirts done and the first order was done on the date to pick up and then my next order came to pick up last Tues on the date Aug.7 and was told it wasnt ready to come sun Aug.12th and they will be ready but I gave them until today Tues Aug.14th and they still not ready 2weeks after the order was to be ready and the lady so unprofessional and no customer service at all.I told her to give the shirts back
