The person in the back was not a good person 1 had 1 panel I was parked in front of store picket up panel with receit made me get my car and drive in the back to fetch panel.

What a miserable experience. I contacted them as a contractor needing a quote to do a build out for a customer. Just trying to get a quote was literally impossible. I could not speak to the person that had sent me a response email, and they will not communicate on the phone with builders needing quotes. Another business that did take my call, told me that they only take care of the people that buy from them all the time. If you are not in that category, it is hard to get any customer service from them. I expected this to be a $4K quote and they told me to get lost. Instead, Fencing South Florida took my call and gave me a quote so they got my business. Do not recommend this place and that was after only 1 experience.

This is by far the best place where to shop for fence material, especially wood fence. I have built some fences myself, and even though I am not a fence company, I am grateful for the their help in every way.

Got a custom size gate, they helped me save money by getting one custom size and one standard, helped me figure out exactly what hardware I needed, and put it all together for me. Custom gate was made on time. The guys in the back could be a little friendly but they are not.. Not helpful with any questions either.. But the group in the front is great.. Prices are ok, but they have everything you will need.
