I was looking for a pair of shorts for my daughter, I was traveling and in a pinch. I found a pair that was on a sale rack. At the counter I was refused the sale price, and told they must have been put there by accident. There was multiple sizes of the same short. They clearly have a sale section, and I was so annoyed I paid 30$ for something that should have been on sale. I managed retail for years and would never argue with a customer. I really wanted to return them out of principle, but no big deal. You can get quality close elsewhere, and definitely better service. My opinion to stay clear unless you have money to blow!

Do yourself a favor and dont go in. This shop has horrible customer service and very high prices. I wondered the store for 10 minutes before I saw a lady come from the back room. I asked if the price was already 55% off. She insisted it was 55 SPF. I replied that the tag clearly says Grand opening 55% off. She huffed away and continued to ignore me for another 15 minutes while I looked around. The hat was $39.99, bought it down the street for $19.99!

I travel to FLL frequently and had wonderful service by Jennifer yesterday. She chose a topto go with a skirt I fell in love with. I even went back last night and bought a few more pieces here. This is not a cheap store, they carry gorgeous somewhat higher-end items but at a reasonable price point. Don’t believe the bad reviews, this place is awesome and I will shop here every time I’m in FLL!

Terrible customer service and attitude from workers. The older lady with the gray hair was one of the nastiest hags I have ever encountered and was loudly arguing with the other worker over the smallest things. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment in the store. Ugly clothes and swimsuits. Definitely would avoid this place if you do not want to be treated like a peasant by the workers. There is a very clear reason why the place is empty and nobody who came in made a purchase.

Nice selection, nasty customer service. My sister and I bought from 2 separate sales women and both were rude, snapping at us during checkout. We felt like we were insulting them by buying stuff. Good to know. Will go elsewhere.

Jennifer behind the counter provided the rudest most unexpected customer service experience to my sister visiting from out of town when asking about the return policy. She thought it was appropriate to abnoxioualy ride and belittle someone for purchasing clothes off the sale rack and asking about the return policy....... ride ride ride and would never bring another out of town guest there ....

I wandered into this shop about 5 years ago while visiting from the Boston area and I am now a customer for life! This is the only place I shop when I take my yearly vacation to Ft Lauderdale. Jennifer knows fit, style and makes my shopping experience fun! She has a knack of finding the right combinations and size for my body and helps to take my out of my comfort zone. I even bought a bikini this year. Everyone always wants to know where I buy my summer wardrobe. This is not your typical “beach shop”, the store carries quality merchandise with a staff to match. Thank you for making me feel beautiful Jennifer!

A very wide selection of clothing. From preppy to Hawaiian, you can find what you need. The prices are not bad either. They have the prices that the brands recommend. Jenifer and Brie were very helpful and kind. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and was amazed with their help! I would definitely go back again!

A friend introduced me to Style In while on vacation in Ft.laudervile. Sales associate Jennifer was fantastic. She knows the shop inside and out. Helped with putting together clothing that would work best for me. I enjoyed shopping there so much that we returned to shop 3 times in 5 days. It was always a pleasure to see Jennifer s sweet smile. I will return next time Im in town.

Ruthie is theeeeee best. The swimsuit cover-ups I bought worked so well for my cruise, both at the beach and pool, and also dressed up for dinners. I really appreciate Ruthie talking me into the Coolibar.... turned out to be the best thing I Ive ever bought!

Great customer service! Found an awesome bathing suit

I left a review of another store owned by the owners of Style In and got the 2 stores mixed up as I wrote a less than complimentary review. (in the other store, sunglasses and swim by Style In, the salespeople were polite and helpful) It was this store that had the Very pushy saleswoman and though the store had a good selection/good brands/some good sales, I wouldnt recommend it. In the past 2 weeks, I went to this store, looking for a bathing suit. I found some on the sale rack and the saleswoman insisted that I try on some that were regular priced. I didnt happen to like those 1 piece swimsuits -- too expensive ($195) and I didnt care for the colors (bright blues/mauve) though I did agree to try one on. I preferred one of the sale bathing suits and brought it out to purchase, only to hear an audible groan of disgust from the saleswoman at seeing that I had chosen the sale suit. If this store and its sister store nearby, want to succeed, they need to improve their sales tactics -- obnoxious pushiness doesnt do it for me or I am guessing, for most women!

I was appalled when I wanted to purchase a Gretchen Scott dress and the sale staff member, was overtaken by another member, older lady, wearing black and white, smelling like alcohol stating how she was taking over. It was unreal.

We had a very bad experience with this shop. The woman working there, was terribly rude. I now understand why they call her the dragon. The owner of this shop, is also the owner of other shops close by. I would not buy anything in these shops, beware what they charge you. I went out of these shops with a feeling we had been cheated. Stay away. It is expensive and there is no reason to be badly treated OR cheated.

Best store on the beach nice clean and great sale associated. The ladies were very helpful I got everythings for me and family 😊 I suggest the store to everyone!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was looking for shirts and the woman there ripped the shirt out of my hands and screamed at me and told me to leave. Treated my friend and I like thieves. It’s been about 25 minutes and I’m still shocked by how rude the lady was. Do not go there unless you’re lookig to be treated like trash!

Would rate less than one star if possible. Wanted to looked at shirts but the woman working there began yelling at us when we picked them up. We said we were leaving and she yelled at us until we walked out the door. Extremely rude.

Beware! This store overcharged me more than double from what the marked cost was on the item. I didnt notice the changed credit card amount until I had left the area. They never answered the phone, and since I live out of state I couldnt go back. This ripoff was clearly intentional. Please dont give these criminals any of your business!

The gentleman who is a sales associate with a beard should be fired. My wife and mother in-law were sexual harassed by him. He opened the door on my mother in-law while she was in the midst of changing! He was incredibly rude to them and called them white trash garbage because they did not cave to his bully style sales techniques. If you are management and would like to talk to me please respond to this post and I will provide more details. If I was there you need to understand he would have been arrested and charged with sexual harassment. This post will make every social media website that I can post to with in my reach.

Absolutely love this store and the employees!! Shop with easy having fun while Jennifer, a fashion consultant for Style In, creates a unique experience thru her expertise in fashion. She knows the products well and what will look best on any figure. Style In offers a wide variety of designer clothing/swim wear lines, comfortable brand name shoes and endless quality accessories. They are sure to have your size! My husband also has no problem finding ways to keep busy while shopping the specalty mens lines. Overall one of my favorite Fort Lauderdale shops!!

Terrible customer service. And they try to remove the tags when you buy. My guess is because the merchandise is not authentic. The dragon as I am seeing her called is very fitting. She is rude and obnoxious. Yelled at my 14 year old. Beware of this store.

There was a blond blue eyes woman who treted us as robbers. She was very rude and didnt let us try the clothes on. She yelled at us and told us only to pick and pay. We felt humilliated and discriminated. We had to leave the store to avoid her mistreatment. We wanted to buy items on sale because we run our own business in Chile and we found good offers and wanted to buy a lot but we couldnt, the woman was so rude that we preferred to leave the store. It took us too long to recover from that awful moment.This happened monday, Augusto 28th. 2017. About 15:15.

This store is my absolute hidden treasure right here on fort lauderdale beach ! My family and I travel to florida every year and I do major shopping in this establishment everytime. The staff is absolutley amazing ! Jennifer and Bri where so professional. Jennifer always takes one look at me and knows exactly how to dress me. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiances here time after time.. we where just here the end of june and i cant wait to return again with the rest of the family. This store is nothing less than awesome and jennifer is totally amazing at what she does. 5 stars across the board !

Beautiful clothe, way to expensive, over priced, BUT be aware of Jennifer she likes to be called, extremely rude if you dont buy anything, Ive never in my entire live experienced anything like that, I witnessed how verbally abusive she was to her coworker ( I felt really bad), I told that poor little Girl, not to take the abusefrom my understanding a month later she even was physical abusive and the police had to be calledbe aware of Jennifer big Girl with french accent (Israeli background), she really should be hold responsible for a abusive behavior
