I went to them for a very large project and Jesus was extremely professional and gave me a fairly price. His price was competitive with the other companies I was negotiating with. But he committed to producing more than double the quantity per day. He actually performed even better than that and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small. Great customer service, and even better work. I needed the track on my sliding glass door replaced and they were able to come out the very same day I called to give me an estimate. After the parts came in, they completed the job right away. Very happy with the results, and that I don’t have to struggle to open and close my sliding door. Thank you!

Hurricane impact windows - I thought the estimates for the windows replacement of my new home were high BUT after going to Home Depot and 2 other places they were actually the least expensive. Alex, the owner gave us a layaway plan so we Can get out windows before hurricane season starts.

Fast service! I brought in my screens and waited 15 mins for 2 new ones. Fast service and amazing customer service. I also made an appointment for a free estimate for shutters and they are coming tomorrow.

I went everywhere looking for a part to an old window and they were the only ones who had it. Beats getting a new window when I can just fix it. I even bought a lock for a my screen door and the girl was very nice and took the time explain the differences in the window parts and how to adjust it correctly. Thank Joey.

I met Jesus about a month ago. I had the pleasure of meeting many members of the family including the family dog. Jesus is very polite and and is doing an amazing job ! It is my understanding that he took over his Fathers business.

Amazing find. Rather than drive all over town, I found a gem of a window/screen place in AMC. Took two screens and frames in at noon on Saturday before a 1 PM closing, and picked them up for only $34 the next business day on Monday. Wow!

You always talk to real person when you call, have been coming to them for years for parts and screens and they have the best prices in town.

The tech Jesus is wonderful, he fixed our broken glass and the same day and gave us a great estimate on our screen enclosure.

Save money by repairing your windows- they have the parts and repair the window that they don’t make anymore. They came the same day I called, that’s fast service.

I was told someone would come out today and call an hour ahead. Well, I received the call that they will arrive between 2-3. Its now past the appointment time and no late follow-up call.

Conveniently located down the street from my house, unfortunately the old man which I believe hes the owner has no customer service skills and cut my window glass wrong...... my fault I should have checked it before I left😞... but then when I came back to his shop he made me wait outside until he got back to the shop and then when I talk to him on the phone I asked him if he knew how to use a measuring tape he said no! do you! and hang up on me. Then he just left me here waiting....

Poor Customer service over the phone. Unprofessional, they missed the appointment maded week ago.
