Extremely expensive service, for something we do not have a choice. Our container that was received on Port Everglades had a inspection request by the customs, and it looks like this is the only company who can move and make the inspection procedures on this port, they charge us $1,110.00 just to move the container and unload a few boxes. As there is no other choice, or you pay this extreme high amount or you will never get your container back again. Also they took several days to make this service, and we were charged another $1,200 in fees from the port and container line for demurrage fees, and other 10 additional fees. Very disappointed.

First, your truck must be parking before the Security Checkpoint. Second, go to the Office to present your documents and get authorization, including your temporary pass.Third, present this authorization and a valid ID such as a Driver License to the Security Officer and follow his instructions.Four, go to the Office inside near to the ramp # A25 and door marked with IWS and follow his/her instructions. Go to assigned RAMP TO LEAVE YOUR SHIPMENT.
