Update: so they actually sent me a gift card to correct the soul crushing bacon scandal. I went back and another lady was there and she made my sandwich with love. I’m so happy right now. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!That lady really stood behind that counter saw this bacon was burnt and crispy picked it up with her hands placed it on my sandwich and charged and sent me on my way home to bite into it and ALL my feelings were hurt. Do you know the pain and heart ache I went through when I excitedly unwrapped the paper and bit into it, just to be body slammed by the taste of over cooked pig. It does something to your soul…. Hopefully I’ll recover from this tragedy….

I preordered my Honey Baked Ham on December 18, 2020 to pick up on December 21, 2020. I arrived at the store and waited for a few minutes which is understandable as it is the Holiday season. I had a $25.00 gift card with me to spend towards my ham and an $8.00 off coupon. The first issue I had was that they would not accept my gift card along with a coupon which I totally did not understand. Then it went from that to Oh we cant take your gift card anyway because our system is down and has been for two weeks. When I advised that this was a fine way to do business at what should be one of their busiest times of the year I was then told that We will take your gift card but you need to pay the difference for your ham in cash. I told them to just keep the ham. There were probably about six people behind the counter all of them acting without any care. After having a history of management in restaurants and retail this is just unbelievable to me. I only gave them one star because their is no option to give zero stars. I will never order from Honey Baked Ham ever again!!

Heather was super!!! She took my order (I called from Switzerland after having problems with the online catering website). It was delivered the next day to a very happy group. Every recipients was happy with the order and I was pleased being able to arrange it all (THANK YOU HEATHER), from afar.

I have gone there 4 times and ordered the same salad each time. All four times the salad was made differently. I only got bacon the second time I went. They dont cut anything in the salad. Im assuming if they arent lazy they will cut the tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and the ham. Mine was only cut the first time I went. Expect the lettuce. The lettuce is as long as noodles. Be prepared to cut your salad when you get home.

I reserved my ham and a side and ordered more sides when I got there. Great service and the food was delicious! Oh and if you sign up for their rewards program you get a free sandwich. I was in the middle of a bunch of last minute shopping for Christmas and the sandwich was so good since I was going to my next stop.

Ordered ahead of time but no pick in line a available and only 1 registers open. Did not accept my coupons. Waited over 45 min. Unhappy. I would like some type of refund in my acct please. They got to do better.

You may think of HoneyBaked Ham as a place to get a ham to serve for Easter dinner. And its great for that.But if you havent tried their lunch service, do. Their sandwiches are delicious, using their fresh ham and turkey, and on a tasty roll or croissant.Some of the outlets have tables & chairs for eating in. Unfortunately this one doesnt, but its still worth a try.

Busy during the Holidays as that is to be expected...The meats we purchased for Thanksgiving were delicious. Prompting us to go back again for Christmas but this time around the Turkey was dry. The manager did accommodate us in replacing it with a juicer Turkey. But, of course it was an inconvenience to have to go back for a 2nd time.

My experience at the Honey Baked Hams in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was Amazing.We showed up to get our ham at about 7:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving & waited in the line maybe 5 minutes.The lady that helped us was sooo sweet & she was adamant about making sure we were happy with our order.I go to this honey baked hams every Christmas and thanksgiving because i have never had a bad experience there.The ham was amazing & i think everyone that came to my house for thanksgiving dinner thought the same because there was nothing left. Lol.So if you Are looking for a great place To buy your holiday ham or turkey then Honey Baked Ham’s is the place to go.
