I’ve been eating the food now for two weeks and I feel amazing.when I first went in I met Bo and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm made me want to do a follow up with Skylar. She was equally awesome and so informative. My goal is to eat clean and lose weight. My energy levels are through the rook, the food tastes great and I’m losing about 2lbs a week. A totally judgment free zone with people who want to see you succeed. I’m actually saving money on my weekly meals. This is great

The food is so yummy! Below I have the chicken bruschetta meal. The weekly meals are the best bang for your buck. Buying individually can get pricey. Overall, I love that I can pick up a meal that has all the macros calculated for me AND is still delicious. Worth the try.

Fitlife offers great food with lots of variety. Use it as a food plan or just because you dont want to cook. The meals are healthy and prepared without preservatives and are not frozen. I love that there is no minimum or prescribed types of foods. That I can tailor it to my own needs and moods makes it such a great option.While all of this is great, the best part of this store is the friendly, knowledgeable staff that really makes it feel like I am visiting friends, not shopping in a store. Visiting the store and hanging out with Alfred, Aaron and Beau makes shopping fun and uplifting. The services offered are truly varied and wonderful to meet the needs of anyone who stops in.

Yummy food but feels too good to be true and thats because it is not that good for you. Meals are really high on sugar. Beware.Still great for when out of time and need a healthy alternative.

I never leave reviews but I had to! Love their meals. Well balanced and for a good price. They taste amazing, way better than I was expecting. I also love that you can just walk into their store and grab however many meals you want/need and that fit your budget and fitness goals. You are not stuck with a subscription, but you can get them delivered every week if you want that, which makes it very easy! I get the small meals and they are enough for a full meal. So good! Also, the staff is very kind and explains everything to you if you are new. Highly recommend!

Best meal prep service and company I’ve ever used. Moved from Dallas where Icon is based and was really pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying the food at FitLife is. They’re a life saver and it’s nice to actually look forward to the meals because they’re consistently great. Major improvement over other food services I’ve used. One happy customer for sure.

I have been using Fitlife Foods for a while now so I think its time for a review. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even willing to chat about your fitness & Dietary goals. I am not a good cook, I never have been, so their meals work perfectly for me. My only suggestion would be to stock more food. They are often out of stock of a lot of my favorites. But their food shipments are pretty fast here so it doesn’t take long for them to restock, so their food is usually replenished in 24-48 hours. The food tastes excellent and is very filling. It tastes very fresh, and I like that they have the calories and nutrition facts on the label. I have successfully lost a lot of weight sticking to their meals! I place my order online, then just pick it up. Takes me like 2 minutes in and out. It’s very convenient! Keep up the good work, and keep some more food in stock!

Fitlife Foods has so much selection! Not only can you select the meals but the portion size as well. This allowed me to get just the right meals for both my husband and I. The staff is great and the food delicious!

I havent had any of their food yet. Just went in to see what it was about. However, for anyone that is living a healthy lifestyle it seems ideal when you need to make a quick stop to pick up something and not derail your diet (microwaves available in the store). The clerk took the time to explain the program and was very nice.

Fit Life Foods is a pretty good meal program for losing weight or staying in shape when you need help selecting certain food combinations. Every precooked packaged meal Ive had tastes as good as fresh and is super convenient.My wife and I were helped by Fred Bolduc, who provided a lot of useful information and dietary guidance to help us achieve our goals.Highly recommend.

Really disappointing I have to give two stars here cause the foods is decent for a healthier option and their prices are good. What I hate the most is giving near expired food to their customers. I get it, get rid of the oldest stock but giving someone 5 out of 8 meals that expire the next day is very poor customer service and a mindless act to move product. Then, asking that customer to drive back across Fort Lauderdale to only not have the meals they ordered in stock. I pay for convenience and have no issue doing so with a busy work schedule. This has gotten less and less convenient and costly as I’ve had to toss food before realizing what they were doing.

Food that is portion controlled, healthy, made fresh and fits in your lunch box. This place is my go to if I dont have time to meal prep for the week. Check them out, they even have a range of vegan and vegetarian options.

Havent had the food yet. I have been seeing them on uber eats and I am interested in ordering. However, I wish they offered breakfast options on uber eats so I could order 3-4 meals at once, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. It would be ni love to order 1 whole day of food, delivered to me. When they have that option I will order and Im sure a few of my coworkers will also.

Alfred was very informative in explaining nutrition and the assessment test, everyone is very friendly and so far the meals are delicious!

This has to be one of my favorite places! Healthy prepped meals on the go! They have all their Carb/Fat/Protein broken down to match your needs and its one of the tastiest meals Ive ever tried. The menu is SO good and so many options to choose from. I believe the pricing is pretty reasonable and Oh How Convenient! If you are looking to stay on track diet wise and are struggling with the cooking this is the place to go. I am a bikini competitor and when I fail to plan ahead thats what saves me. The staff is so friendly and helpful and you can earn rewards. This is a MUST TRY! My favorite breakfast is the Carnitas Sunrise, its so delicious. My go to meals to keeping it clean are the Miso Salmon and the Tuscan Chicken but honestly its all so good!

Yeah, its food that will fit your macros. But it tastes like it fits your macros. Even the meals with 40g of carbs taste bland. My wife and I tried five different meals, each one as bland as the next. Not even heaping amounts of Tabasco sauce could make them palatable.The price is reasonable, about $7-$9 per meal, which is about what youd pay at chipotle, and that isnt nearly as healthy.The staff is super friendly and helpful. They give a small discount to uniformed service members and public safety, which is nice. The store is bright and clean.One thing I found weird was that the meals are delivered to the store on Sunday, though some of mine had a best before date of Monday. Not sure how Im supposed to replace more than a couple of meals this way.Look, eating healthy is hard. I get it. But there are plenty of recipes that taste good AND fit your macros. Plus theyre far cheaper to make at home. If I had to keep my diet the same, relaxing two meals a day here would cost me alone an extra $80/week or so. Considering food prep takes me about two hours a week, it doesnt feel like $40/hour. Factor in the bland taste, and Ill keep prepping at home.If you have the money, hate to cook, and are willing to put copious amounts of salt and mustard on your meals, go for it.Its a reasonable last resort, too, if you get caught working late without a healthy meal.
