These folks are GREAT! I ordered a dehumidifier sent to a remote weekend home in the Northeast. This meant I needed the shipment to be delivered in a 1 week window. After one failed attempt using Amazon, I worked directly with Perry at Payless Janitorial. He was responsive, on top of it and watching the weather—a hurricane was headed toward Florida so he shipped a day earlier. The dehumidifier arrived on time, exactly as advertised and my basement is dryer than its been in decades (no really). I worked with Perry, but if the rest of the crew is anywhere near as good as he is—you want to work with these people.
