Great place for paddle boards and kayak rentals. The full moon paddle is super fun and a nice route. Great atmosphere and staff is friendly. Great for families, date night beginners and advanced. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I did the 007 jet ski 2 hour tour and all I have to say is I wish I would have bought the 3 hour tour. I was nervous because it was my first time but I love to ride 4-wheelers and dirt bikes back home so I figured I’d give this a try.Our tour guide was Sam and he was fantastic. He was taking pictures for the entire group and was very thorough with his instruction. He handled himself very professionally when threatened by another guest. I think he deserves a raise. I would have clocked this guy if I was him. The guest was constantly throttling his ski where we were supposed to be idling which brought the attention of the police who followed us the majority of our trip until Sam decided to tow the clown back to the dock. It kinda ruined us being able to get the full experience but man was it fun. Those skis have the 1000 motors in them so as soon as you hit that gas they throw you back! It was awesome! I really can’t wait to get back on them. Riding through the canals where the billionaires live was insane! Such beautiful real estate! Sam even had stories to tell about most of the houses we passed which was really cool. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This place was perfect as the staff were amazing very easy and convenient to book and we enjoyed the iguanas walking around while we kayaked.

My husband and I did the 2 hr guided kayak tour into the mangroves. Kent was our guide and he was great. Very patient, informative, gave us great instructions. He also provided great conversation. 2 beautiful hours spent on the water.I was little disappointed I didn’t get to see any manatees, apparently we missed the season by about a month.Over all, GREAT EXPERIENCE, would do it again in a heartbeat.

My girlfriend and I went to this location twice once for kayaking and another for the jet ski tour. Both was fun. Seen some expensive houses and yachts. Our tour guide was great he took videos and pictures for us. We was lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour so we also got to hit the open ocean as well. Definitely would recommend touring with him again!

I absolutely loved my experience with Sunrise Paddle Boards! Scout was the best! He was extremely informative and made us feel very comfortable with the directions he gave us. I would absolutely come back again if I’m in the area. I also love that they provided water for us to make sure we stayed hydrated! All the staff are friendly and helpful, so don’t miss out!

It was my first time in Fort Lauderdale & my first time on a jet ski yesterday. The instructor was so helpful & kind. He guided us along the way through the speed zones & showed us how to get the hang of it. I didnt Expect to get to go fast or hit big waves since it was a tour, but it was amazing! We had time to catch on and take breaks and go fast for Atleast an hour and a half of the 2 hour tour. It’s so worth it & great for beginners & the waves get big so once you’re comfortable and wanna go fast it’s a lot of fun. He also told us about the celebs who live in the mansions along the canal & we got to see some nice yachts as well. I’d recommend to do it & I cant Wait to go back down and do it again. It was the funnest part of our trip for me & my brother and sister! Thank you!(:

I’m currently watching March Madness at the hotel pool bar and reflecting on how great my day has been & it all started with this paddle board & snorkel tour. It was such an amazing experience. Not sure if we just got lucky but we saw a shark, sea turtle, & a ton of fish. Jarred is the man and took a ton of great picks of us. Perfect way to start your day, definitely recommend.

We had a really great time! The staff is super cool and chill. There was relaxing music playing when we got there in the morning. It was our first time paddle boarding and the gentleman working there gave us good tips. and was super kind. Very fun!

Only $30 for a full day rental, but we negotiated down to $20 for our group of 6. We spent about 5 hours on on the canals, round trip. We even found a fair queen at our turning point. Lots of houses, birds, and iguana watching to make the afternoon interesting. Since its in the canals, very few waves which is roof for novices like us. By the end we were feeling much more experienced. Next time Im in down I want to do their full moon tour.

Best place ever to go jet skiing!! Great for beginners and awesome prices. When we called to book, they gave us a better deal on the 3 hour tour than the two hour tour on Groupon and even provided snacks, drinks, and a free water-proof phone case. Very friendly staff and accommodates the tour to your preference. Definitely do the ocean!

Buyer beware - the 007 jetski tour is a very tame pony ride. Only 2 minutes out of the 2 hours are you allowed to go faster than 5MPH. Everything about the tour and the business is run well and in a friendly manner, just manage your expectations.

This was a really fun paddle! Calm waters and lots to look at. I didnt have a reservation but was accommodated without an issue.

You are in great hands with this crew! Their level of professionalism and dedication to guests is just out of this world. We had a great time out on the water with Paul. He made us feel safe (even after we tipped our jet ski over he remained calm) I can only recommend this place to all interested in their water adventures!!

We are locals and have been to all of the other local paddle boarding/kayaking this places, and this is the best! The staff is SUPER friendly and the area is peaceful. There is not too much boat traffic and you can cover A LOT of ground if you want to. Highly recommended!

My wife and i along with kids wanted to try SUPs for the first time. This is a great place to start. They were very patient with us, gave us some quick lessons and got us on the water quickly. If we didnt like it, we could have returned the SUPs and grabbed kayaks. We had a great time! Will go again when in the area.

This place is amazing! We are a family of four and I took my own paddle board and we rented one. When I arrived was asked for my reservation name and I had not made one (my bad) and they were swamped with people launching, waiting and coming back from the water. Not only did they accommodate us and get us our extra board but we were given a quick lesson and all! And soooo inexpensive! Kids and hubby had a blast too...thank you and cant wait to go back! Advice: make a reservation (we went on a Sunday afternoon).

We did the Eco Paddleboat Tour with Jenna --- GREAT EXPERIENCE! Jenna was awesome. Neither of us had ever used a paddle board before, but Jenna quickly put our minds at ease. Her good humor and mastery of the skill allowed us to rapidly learn how to stand on and navigate a paddle board. She also pointed out all the wildlife along the way, took plenty of fantastic pictures for us and drilled into some fresh coconuts we found along the way for a refreshing end-of-trip beverage. The next day we did a Kayak Rental --- a beautiful ride with a great customer-friendly company. Highly recommend Jenna and Sunrise Paddleboards! (Special shoutout to the owner, Jay, for accommodating us even with inclement weather).

Incorrect ad at Groupon where snorkeling is tagged to this address. No one picks up phone and impossible to have confirmation of the reservation. Groupon times and days of the week for snorkeling are incorrect. We waisted half day and $$ for Lyft to get here and learn all he correct details. I would not come here for snorkeling or any other activity.

Went there to launch my paddle boards and paid $12. When I was ready to launch the guy started rushing me saying I have to move because other people were coming in. I realize I’m not renting from this place but I’m still a paying customer.Coming back the first guy said we can use the hose to wash off the board (I thought wow that’s nice) I got to the top and another guy said, “no Im using the hose to rinse the jet skis and there’s no way I’m turning that off.”The first woman who helped me was very kind but the others were rude and dismissive.

I’d give more stars if possible. Great experience for our group. Jay, in the office, and Paul, on the dock, were great to work with. The all-around service was exceptional, way off the charts. The lesson to get us started was right on point for 1st timers. Great location for paddle boarding as well with little traffic and easy water to navigate. I highly recommend Sunrise Paddleboards to anyone vacationing in the area. We’ll be back on our next trip. The only thing I would do differently and recommend others to do would be to MAKE a RESERVATION. We were able to get in right away without one, but a reservation would have lessened our stress when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful experience and great memories!

Fantastic SUP shop ! Went with my whole family - wife, boys, and the dog! We all had a great time. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The dock launch is perfect, easy to load up drinking water, dog, and kids. Water is always calm and flat, perfect for SUP !

Staff was extremely friendly, took the time to give us a few pointers when it came to paddle boarding and let us go on our way around the area which was very quiet and relaxing. Josh took care of us going in and a young lady with short hair (sorry, cant remember her name) assisted with getting us out.Definitely recommend for locals to visit and it is certainly a treat for tourists!

First time here, staff was very polite. We saw the Instructor pushing with his board the board of an old lady who was scared of standing/paddling for the most part of the 2 hour tour, a very nice gesture. The tour was very relaxing. Recommended!

The staff is great and extremely accommodating. We went there on a whim and they had no problem getting us on the river immediately with everything we needed.Bring something dry to keep your phone in if you want to take it because they make you rent the water proof pouches. Also, theres no place to lock up belongings, so dont bring anything in that is valuable and needs to be locked up!That said, we didnt lock our phones up or anything and they were fine! Would definitely recommend! =)

I brought my daughter and her friend with me. They both have special needs. The young guy there, I wish I had got his name, was so patient with my daughter and took the time to work with her even though I hadnt signed her up for a lesson. My daughter wound up waiting on the dock while her friend and I went paddling (I didnt want to take up his time without being able to pay for a lesson). They say theres no one they cant teach. I believe given enough time, determination, and focus on my daughters part, they may be right. Ill be signing her up for a private lesson soon.

Recently bought a paddle board at Sunrise and would highly recommend them. They have great quality equipment, reasonable prices, and were very helpful in teaching the correct paddling technique. They are a community-oriented shop with friendly staff.

This place stole $56 from me. I’m sure their water-sport activities and equipment are terrific as many other reviewers have said but administratively and customer service wise they were terrible. Unfortunately we were not able to fit our paddle board rental into our vacation so I tried to cancel and get my refund 2 weeks out. Policy states it must be done within 72 hours for a full refund. I got the run-around from their rep on the phone as well as their online booking vendor. After 2 weeks of trying to cancel and get my money back they sent me an email saying thanks for renting with us (even though I didnt) and they never gave me my money back. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Will never use them as a result of this mess.

Great place! The staff is always friendly & Sunrise Paddleboards has a very laid back vibe. The canals are great for beginner paddlers! I have only tried the self-guided paddle, but they also offer full moon paddles, paddleboarding yoga, kayaks, and other guided tours, I believe.

Great place to rent a kayak or paddle board, its on the mellow-residential portion of the intercoastal so you get to cruise around and not worry about huge yatchs passing by. They have quality stuff to rent or buy and the staff is very friendly. Try the guided tour, very cool if youre new to this area of the water!

I did the paddleboard/snorkel tour with Jenna. It was a excellent experience! Shes very knowledgeable of marine life as well as extremely down to earth joking along the way and really made me feel at ease in the water. Ill definently be going back to paddle board and snorkel with Jenna/Sunrise Paddleboards again! All in all a 10 out 10 experience!

Very nice blond lady at the door but We drive 45 mins from Miami with the intention of buying two paddle boards but they has no interest on it. Very rude and no wanting to give any service or info.

The people who run this shop were awesome. Especially Roo who was our guide. You could not have asked for a better guide/person to take you on a water tour. Very friendly and extremely accommodating. We were beginners and Roo made us feel comfortable and safe out on the water. I highly reccomend Sunrise Paddleboats.

After calling around to a bunch of shops, we decided to rent from here. We made a reservation for 5 paddleboards and 1 kayak over the phone the morning of. We paid for 1 over the phone to hold our spot.Make sure you are clear with the directions she gives when when you are out on the water. We got lost but had tons of fun anyway.

Took a paddleboard lesson and tour from which I got a deal in groupon. All of the staff were helpful, trustful, relaxed and nice. I had a lot of fun. One of the highlights of my vacation.
