I had about 45 minutes of my break to get a great mattress with a budget. I walked into the Mattress Firm at Linwood Plaza and Luis had greeted me. He could already tell I was in a hurry and needed to make a deal. Let me tell you, one of the nicest people Ive ever had to deal with in retail. He was helpful, honest, and most of all 100% receptive of what I was there for. He wasnt trying to push me into something I didnt want, he was the complete opposite! What a great experience. Within 30 minutes he gave me such a great deal on a mattress, box spring and metal frame! The delivery was set up for a Saturday. The delivery window was short, which was great because Saturdays in my house are chaotic! The delivery guys came about 1hr earlier than expected. The two gentlemen were so nice had protective smocks on their feet very considerate of my floors! They were quick, professional and super nice. Overall had a wonderful experience and would recommend Luis and his guys to anyone who is looking for a great mattress! Thank you Luis and team for an overall 100% great experience!

If I can give him 10 stars, I would.I cannot say enough about how special a person Luis is. He is so knowledgeable about all his products and such an endearing individual. I am an avid online shopper and boy am I glad I did NOT shop online for my mattress. He made sure I left the store with all my questions and concerns addressed. Luis was amazing! I had a great experience here. Im moving into a house and needed everything for 3 bedrooms. He was very helpful, especially with finding alternative options for a cramped stairwell that wouldnt fit a standard box spring. It was so pleasant to work with Luis. He knows everything about mattresses! Bought a calking and a full there and got them shipped within 2 weeks. I missed the first delivery but Luis helped to reschedule it right away! The mattress came in 2 days after and they look great!

Mr. Luis made my mattress buying experience a delight. He is truly fantastic. He was able to explain things to me in a manner that I could understand so that I could make a choice of what I wanted. I went to 3 different matress stores. And I must say that he gave me the best experience. And most importantly I did not feel that I was simply speaking to a salesman.

Luis is incredibly helpful; I didnt know what firmness level I wanted, and he helped me figure out what suites me best. Plus, he has an amazing sense of humor! He took so much time with me, took out all of the mattresses I wanted to try, then let me take out and lay on them as many times as I liked. He gave me 2 $30 pillows as a favor (free!), and delivery of the mattress is only $41 down the shore. You must come here!

The manager, Mr Luis Areizaga, was just wonderful. We were in from out of town, looking for a mattress for our daughter. Luis was helpful, informed, considerate and supportive, not pushy or rushed. He helped her select a good mattress, at a very reasonable price. He arranged rapid delivery, and called back to check later. Could not ask for a better experience!

I discovered that I needed a certificate of insurance for my building to allow delivery. It was for a purchase I had made online. Apparently, different areas have different requirements.
