Terrible pharmacy staff who never answer the phone, lie about walk in vs appointment for vaccinations, and claim to be too busy when there were 3 of them and 0 customer during off peak hours. These are the laziest pharmacists anywhere. Retail side of this store is just fine. Too bad they are paired with this 0-star pharmacy team.

The store part seems fine, but go somewhere else if you have pharmaceutical needs.

I dont know if I just its just me or I like the punishment, but every low review is an accurate depiction of every interaction Ive had.If there are system issues maybe record them so that corporate can fix it.If a prescription is reject trying out reach me or my doctor before I reach out only to find out now I have to wait due to low supply.Its just mistakes and issue all the time that you have to micromanage all the logistics just to pick up your prescription at this place.

After drive almost 3 hours and visited 6 CVS Store looking for a MoneyGram service, I git this store and Mr. Jaime helped me and made an exceptional and professional Customer Service. Thank you so much and this Store is very lucky to have you.

Jaimie by far does NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A STORE!! Their staff does not know anything about coupons. They fail to understand customers come first! I’d come to this store but since it’s ran by Jaime and he has this disgusting attitude and does not know how to take care of his customers I’ll be visiting somewhere else!! Walgreens treat you better!

Don’t come to this store. All the stuff is overpriced. They sell infant vitamin D drop for over $13. The same thing on amazon is only $8. The pharmacy service is horrible. I wanted to get my prescription, and they made me to come 3 times before I got it. I tried to call them multiple times, they never picked up the phone. I will never go to this CVS again.

They need a 0 stars, they don’t even deserve a 1. I hate writing negative reviews and never do unless the service was THAT bad. This is by far the worst pharmacy and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are so unprofessional and disorganized, not to mention how unbelievably rude they are, they have no idea what they are doing. They make me wait weeks longer for my medications (that I really need) and when I come in to ask what’s going on they say I should remind them to fill it (makes no sense since they have my prescription) or that they’re out of stock, so not only do I have to wait even longer, but their stock wouldn’t have been out if they originally filled it when they got it which was WEEKS ago. Every time I get my medications there is a new issue, if I don’t press on them I would never even get my medication. They are very incompetent here I’m sorry to say. I wish more than anything that I could change my pharmacy, coming here can ruin anyone’s day solely for the attitude and issues that they cause people. By the way, this is not a one time issue, it is on-going. I cannot wait to get fed up and change pharmacies already. Absolutely ridiculous. If anyone reads this, avoid CVS pharmacy please, I’m not writing this for a dumb reason but because I have been dealing with their incompetence for a decade. Go to a smaller business instead, they are much more human. I went once and had a great experience. Sadly I returned here.

They are the best! Store staff are very attentive and sweet. The store is also very clean.Pharmacy is usually busy, but theyre still willing to take the time and address all your concerns.

This is by far the worst pharmacy Ive seen. They are not very attentive to patients need. My medication was called in around 1pm, and nobody bothered to put it in the system. Im after a dental surgery and my dentist called in a mount wash, not a special order medication. I called in myself to see whats going on and was told to come in tomorrow because they are closing. At first, I was told there is nothing in my name, but when I provided a description of a person that took a call from my dentist, magically the medication was found. Shame on you! How can you work at the pharmacy, where you should attend sick people?? People, run away from this place! You will not find support there. There are many other pharmacies that would appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Incompetent Pharmacist. She couldnt count when my seizure medication was due and I had to worry like crazy because she kept on insisting that is was due two days after it wa really due, Her name is Sara. She thinks she a doctor and can over-ride the doctors orders, She was nasty, she only cared about her plans for a Friday night and refused to call the doctor. I almost has to make a visit to the ER for her arrogance and ignorance. Some pharmacist are just in it for the money. In addition, she made a mistake with my medication and I had to return. I had made a formal complaint about her to headquarters.The staff cant wait to leave and watch the clock and count the second. I dont deal with this a Fair Lawn 24 hour pharmacy. Maybe its the culture in this Linwood Plaza of Fort Lee. They can never be wrong no matter how politely you try to explain the situation or ask a question.Awful service, might trickle down from management.

My 6 years old son takes photos much better.A laser device on a cash register didn’t work correctly and it took some time to make purchases.Finally I asked a member card and a manager said that they are sorry but they don ‘t have cards now. Please visit us in a couple of days.In a word, service is awful. But the shop looks pretty nice.

Called to check if they had nebulizer in stock since they have been saying they are out of stock for months since my pediatrician prescribed it for my 4 month old son. I literally called months after, and I was told that they do not have it in stock. When asked when they will have it, they said they dont know. I asked what other cvs pharmacy had it in stock, the guy I talked to told me to call around. Seriously? How can you be a pharmacy and 1. Dont have prescription devices in stock or dont even know when theyll be in stock 2. Not even be able to offer other options for your customers? Worst pharmacy ever. Take your business somewhere else - if they dont have your prescription, youre just out of luck. Ridiculous.

Convenient location and 24 hour operation make this a valuable vendor for the surrounding neighborhood.

Good service. Usually crowed in the store. Recently changed the hours in the pharmacy from 24 hours to a set of hours. Not as convenient as before especially for such a busy location.

The staff at retail section is very rude and always seems to be in hurry . Always mess up if use any coupons and behaves as if its my mistake. But cant resist the offers and extrabucks.

I recently visited this cvs and the cashier was a short hispanic girl with black hair and I believe she had a girl bun and she was slightly pale “anyways I was going to the check out and she literally had a terrible attitude towards me because as I walked up to the counter she literally said i’m taking care of this customer first and customer was literally lost and she could of took me before the other customer since the other customer was looking for something and that’s about it the cashier had a problem with me.

Employees are always nice, but the pharmacy hours are lousy. The hours are shorter at this specific location than the typical CVS or big chain corporate pharmacy for that matter.

I had simple prescription sent to this store. They messed up every time and 3 times in a row. I cant believe it. I am changing to a different pharmacy next time.

Every time I called they put me on hold even for just one request they take a really long time to get to me. Other cvs I have never had a problem.
