More compliments thenhappy birthday I got on my birthday! This girl has skills if you need a stylist you can trust! She had done more conservative styles as well! I recently went to this salon for my wedding makeup and hair trial. It was an amazing experience from start fo finish and it was only the trial, I cant wait for the wedding day! The manager, Rob reached out to me directly and promptly scheduled my trial. It was easy communication via email and I was put on the calendar right away. My mom and I arrived for my appointment and we were blown away by the outstanding customer service. Rob walked us through the day, step by step. Kate, the stylist, then took us back, the salon was very clean and the staff were friendly. We did two trials for hair and Kate did a great job. We then did makeup and she did exactly what I asked for and it was perfect! My mom and I booked the wedding date right there on the spot. It was such a pleasant experience, many thanks to Rob and Kate for their awesome customer service. Im very excited for Kate to be my stylist for the wedding!

Very nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. I recently began coming here since my barber Ryan began working here. I get my haircut every 2 weeks by him. My barber Ryan is the best barber I have ever had. He is a perfectionist. It is refreshing as a guy to find someone who puts effort into every little detail instead of just a quick buzz cut. He really takes his time shaping every thing up & focusing on all the little things which results in a really sharp overall appearance that gives me confidence. Not only just my hair but facial hair too. This place allows him to use a straight razor to shave with hot towels which is a real treat. Although I would probably follow my barber anywhere because he is that good, I will say I am happy that this is where he is at now. This is definitely a few steps above the competition & does not have a bland franchise vibe here. Would definitely recommend especially if you are a guy who wants a proper hair cut or a straight razor shave go see Ryan.

Had a hydra facial at the spa with Kate. Loved the entire experience! Spa was beautiful and clean, smelled amazing as soon as you walk in, and the manager Cora was friendly as could be. My skin looks great, I will be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

I am new to Ocean View and was overdue for a cut. Alex did a fabulous job and I will definitely go back in 6-8 weeks. I was offered coffee and to my surprise, it was served in an beautiful cup!The staff was friendly and I will recommend this salon to anyone I meet.

We made our appointments for wedding updos and received a text confirmation. Not being from the area, we werent sure what to expect. However, shortly after walking through the door we were at ease. The place smells amazing! They were diffusing AVEDA oils and it seriously smelled like heaven in there. The reception area in rather large for the size of the salon and there are several comfortable seating options. Youll also find AVEDA products and some cute jewelry for sale in this area. When we arrived, we were offered a decent selection of drinks. I wouldnt have minded hanging out there for a while, but we were almost immediately taken back into the salon. Joyce did a beautiful job on the maid of honor. Rosana worked with the bridesmaid and bride. She listened closely to what each lady wanted, made changes according to their feedback, and kept everyone laughing. The entire staff was overly accommodating. One of the girls wasnt feeling well, and another stylist ran out to get her a Sprite. Where else are you going to get this type of luxury treatment for a reasonable price? Do yourself a favor and book your appointment today!

First impression the place smelles wonderful. 215 appointment and I wasnt taken back until 230. The young lady who washed my hair was a salon assistant with no experience. The hair wash/head massage is the best part... :( then i had to wait again because my stylist was behind. Whenever i make an appointment at a hair salon i stress the amount of hair i have to ensure there is extra time alloted. After the cut she put in a curl solution, but half way through drying my hair her next client arrived at which point she decided to straighten my hair after she told me she was going to give me beachy curls well my straightened hair lasted all of 15 min before the curl came back out. Over all I was very disappointed. Rushed.. No awesome hair wash... NO CONVERSATION. I will not be returning .
