Trying on a swimsuit is never fun, but Vivian did everything in her power to make it an easier task. She would bring different sizes to the fitting room and even made some suggestions since we had similar body types. She helped to adjust straps as needed. I felt like I was shopping with an old friend. Thank you!Weve visited this store regularly for years. Their prices are usually reasonable. Sometimes you can find a good sale. Pretty decent selection of touristy trinkets, clothing sizes and styles in most things. Easy parking and access to get inside, definitely better (less walking and traffic and usually smaller crowds) than some of the stores on the beach near Time Square.The only negative I have about this place is they will not allow customers to use their restrooms. My hubby had to go across the street to the gas station just to use the facilities. :( Thats just wrong.

Such great deals. We went to 1 store and it was closing and everything was 2.99. We got over $700.00 worth of clothes for $40.00. We also went to Clarks Shoe outlet and I just want to say Celina, Corey and the other lady were awesome. Will def shop their again.

Nice one stop shop for many of your souvenir needs. Prices are very nice for what they have to offer. We had no luck finding clothing for our 1 year old grandson and anything XXL or larger.

Absolutely the best beach outlet!!! So many rare items we didnt see in other stores! They have everything from magnets to towels..... Amazing seashell creations!!!

Very very nasty workers, would rate a 0 if possible prices are horrible and not worth the horrible material theyre made with. Asoon as you walk in you are looked at and treated as a burden.

These stores have a decent selection. The people who work at these locations are usually not very friendly in every one Ive been in.

Had exactly what I wanted. I got a great zipper hoodie.

They never have 2xl or 3xl shirts. If youre a small or medium youll probably find a shirt. They must lose a ton of money never having bigger sizes.

Posted sales were not available. Store looks under stocked. Was told it was due to covid19. Went to another beach store and they had a good variety so I think that was an excuse.

Definitely a place to go shopping! The prices are fair and when you are ready to check out that give you a free sand dollar! I was so glad I would suggest anybody to go here if they want to buy cheap items that are very good quality!!

Products are all nice but some of the prices can be a bit steep and most of the stores carry a lot of the same things. There are definitely gems to be found though if youre willing to browse and spend the money. Parking can also be tricky. Theres really no free parking so be prepared to pay for that or making the relatively short walk down if youre staying in the area. But it is a fun little area with plenty of restaurants so its a nice way to spend a touristy day or evening.

Walked into this place with my son at 8:58pm on a Friday. The lady asked us to leave and said they were closed. I looked on the door for a sign that said the hours and no sign was not posted. I asked the lady where the hours were posted and she stated they are available online. I checked online to see operating hours for tonight and it states they close at 10:00 p.m.

If I could give a 0 star I would!!! I am from Delaware and visited fort Myers on vacation. In Delaware it is strict use of masks so that is what i am use to, but since being down here I used my mask once and that was when I went to dinner. I came in to the store with no mask like I had been. The woman at the cash register repeatedly yelled at me across the store attempting to get my attention. When I realized it was me who she was yelling to I responded “yes” where she went on to ask me if I had a mask which i did not. I told her I did not and then asked her if she had one to provide me because a lot of stores do. After asking that she very rudely told me to leave. Which I had no problem doing but felt very attacked. I went back to my car to search for my mask when I then realized it was left at my hotel. I wrapped my face in my shirt and returned in to the store to purchase a sweat shirt I really liked. She then again rudely yelled at me to leave the store. I explained I had a face covering and she proceeded to say that an actual mask was required. My mother then stepped in to comfort her for her rudeness and unnecessarily removing me from the store. She is a heavy-set light-skin/tan female with curly hair and have never in my life seen someone act so unprofessionally in a job. After being embarrassingly called out in the store I left the store and proceeded to find out the guidelines for wearing masks where I then found out a face covering is required, not an actual mask, it only requires the covering of your face and nose which I did. So basically the woman was the rudest person I have experienced in retail and overall kicked me out of her store for no reasoning. On top of that, her co-worker proceeded to tell us to call the phone number in the store to file a complaint against her, so I can only assume she’s a problem for not only customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE THERE ARE SO MANY BEACH OUTLETS, CUSTOMERS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hoping she gets fired and this location becomes a good place to shop again.

Good store to pick up souvenirs

This is where my absolute favorite place to shop for myself and friends and family gifts! I have been shopping here for over 10 years and highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for great souvenirs at reasonable prices all size of t-shirts and clothing and swimsuits and other Nick nacky stuff too. You must go in and see this place :-)

Great variety of touristy stuff. Bathing suits are very expensive!!

Closed before closing time daughter and as upset. If online they say they are opened till 10 and the lights are still on and the open signs are on then why are the doors locked and the employees missing before 10pm???

Fair prices. Good customer service. Store nice and clean. Fun place to go if you are visiting. A little cheaper than the ones on the beach.

I found all I was looking for and more. I highly recommend.

Will not shop here again! I asked an employee, big girl with reddish curly hair, if they had any long swimsuit cover ups. She didnt even look up and then I noticed she was watching a tv show on her phone and had a bluetooth in her ear. She was annoyed I had bothered her.What employers allow this behavior from their employees? Needless to say I wont be back.

Came in our trip to Sanibel Island visited 11-23-2020. Alot of adorable clothes shells and nick knacks. Friendly staff and absolutely in love with the gifts we got! Highly recommend for yall to check out!

Purchased swim suit bottom there and was told 3 times by employee that I could return it if it didnt fit. Decided to return it within 3 days and even offered to exchange it but they would not let me, even though the tags were still attached and I had the receipt. Would have exchanged it but was told I couldnt even do that. The lady that sold it to me and told me several times I could return it was there. She said she was unaware of a no return/exchange policy. WTH! The lady that told me I couldnt return/exchange it was extremely rude! Buyer beware. I will never shop there again

We were visiting from the Midwest. We wanted a shirt to wear as a keepsake. My husband had his on 5 minutes when we discovered the seam in the arm was completely coming apart.

Great shopping area. Plenty of shops with neat little things to buy. Also the pier and beach are right there.

Lots of lovely things to bring home as gifts. Only issue is there was one check out. She was very slow and with the line getting longer no one came to help nor did she ask for help.

No big men sizes just for lil guys

Great tourist store, get your bathing suits here..... on the beach they cost anywhere from 50 to 150 dollars, here they cost 20 to 40 dollars.....hint same bathing suits that they sell on the beach.
