I’ve been to this place twice and both times Kenny has been extremely professional, helpful and friendly! On top of that, the mixed berry smoothie is one of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going to their beach workout on Saturday morning!

This is absolutely one of my favorite spots on the beach. I’m addicted to their delicious gourmet shakes and teas. The bonus is that they are good for you, but they truly taste decadent! The waffles are crazy good. Also one of the friendliest establishments on the beach! You’re guaranteed to be greeted with a smile! Very happy vibe in this place.

Dont let the seemingly complicated menu discourage you, staff are great and will explain everything and make suggestions for whatever youre craving. The teas and shakes are amazing. Will definitely be returning as prices are fair and plenty of parking.

Do yourself a favor and get a shake from here! Staff is so sweet and fun! Wish they were open until 6:00 so I could make it in time for dinner after work days!

This place has such an inviting atmosphere, the people that work there are great (very personable). In addition to all that, the shakes are both delicious and healthy!I only went a couple times on my vacation, but will definitely go again next time Im in the area!

These shakes are amazing I highly recommend trying this place, the staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. They have a huge menu and everything they make is really high quality and super nutritious, used to go to a Herbalife club in Cape Coral that shut down so when I tried this place it exceeded all my expectations! Will definitely be coming here on a regular basis!

My family and I stumbled upon this place while we were on vacation in Fort Myers. Each of us got a different kind of health shake. All of them were really delicious and full of protein and other good stuff. I loved the smoothie So much that I had to go back one last time before I left for the airport. I wish there was a place like this in my town. Also, the owners are really friendly and knowledgeable.

They would not accept a coupon for complimentary smoothie and tea combo- (which had no expiration) for first time customers. She gave me a $2 off coupon instead. I’m a preferred member with Herbal Life products and have a nutrition place near me back home very similar, so I’m very familiar with the products and the way they are supposed to taste. She made it with way too much ice. That’s all I could taste. She offered to remake it but I was out of time. Overall I was pretty disappointed...when I’m excited to visit my local one at home daily. Over a silly coupon they lost a great customer.

I visited Wave of Vitality over spring break on Fort Myers Beach. Initially, I thought it was going to be a smoothie place with things like açaí bowls, fresh fruit, etc.. I was caught off guard to find that their smoothies are more of a weight loss/meal replacement shake filled with various powders. I had the orange banana pineapple smoothie and I enjoyed it. My friend had a mixed berry smoothie and it tasted a bit like protein powder, which isn’t what we were expecting. Overall, I would go back. Great place to go for a refreshing & filling protein shake. Also, with the smoothie, we got free aloe tea which was a nice plus! Great family environment and very clean on the inside.

Hands down best smoothie I have ever had in Florida. The owner Filiz was so helpful in finding me the perfect flavor for me (s’mores). I’ll definitely be back to try one of her fitness events! After we left the amount of energy I had from the shake and tea was mind blowing. Can’t wait to come back!!!
