Called and said Hello how are you today ! The rudest woman answered the phone and said nothing, I said hello how are you again !! She needs to work on her phone skills, she is your first impression. Thank you bu no thank you I will go somewhere else.To not acknowledge me on the other end of the phone is terrible business .
