A fantastic place to get a pergola.

Don’t bother calling. They don’t call back and I’m going on a month waiting for a quote. Called twice since and each time I’m told, “I see you right here, I’ll put it on his desk. He will call back.”… But doesn’t. I’ll spend my funds elsewhere.

This company and owner have filed chapter 11 several times. Then he reforms and opens up again! He does not start when he says and also will take your money and you get nothing! He has numerous complaints on the better business bureau! He is a very toxic and unprofessional person. He yells and cusses at employees and customers and is always threatening to sue anybody who crosses him! He didnt even pay employees for their work! Fires them so he thinks he doesnt have to pay! He was in N Ft Myers, then off Metro in Ft. Myers and now nowhere to be found. He never answers phone unless its a new unsuspecting customer!People dont use SUNTEC ALUMINUM or Trevor Reiland!Bad business!!

Due to moving their business my job was slightly postponed. Im assured my work will be done by next week. And I should have an estimate to enlarge my cage. Cant wait. So excited. Thank you Trevor.

One star and that is because I didnt have the option to not click one.Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to have them come out for an estimate and sat home all day waiting - for no one to show up or call to let me know they wouldnt be coming! I Called the office multiple times and got no calls back as well.

Horrible service, guy came in saying that it will take 2 days to send the estimated, its been more than a month have called 4 times already and I just gave up. Going to another company definitely dont recommend it they are NOT serious at all!

Took my money but never came back. Never returns calls. I am in a large park and they did great for awhile. Now everyone is waiting. Will not give money back.

Subtract aluminum is a great company to do business with. They came on time and built a sunroom for our existing patio. We couldn’t be happier! We Highly recommend Suntec.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We contracted them to do gutter work in September. They took a $764 deposit check which they cashed but no work was done. We have tried contacting them multiple ways through multiple venues but they have not replied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They did an outside gazebo area for me with retracting roof. everything was exceptional! great service and quality work! highly recommended!

I contacted Suntec Aluminum to replace my worn out soffits and gutters. Trevor was quick to send out a rep to tell me what I needed. They helped to color-match the new gutters/soffits to my new pool cage and completed the job much faster than I expected. Very hard working, responsive and efficient team.

Contacted this company for a quote- came out and measured, said would email me a quote-has been almost 2 weeks and no quote. Even called the office to be sure they had right email address- still nothing- from other reviews that I have read, I guess I am glad they did not give me the quote-will not be recommending this company

2 calls and each time: estimator will be in touch with you within 24hours. 2 weeks later not one call from company, moved on to someone who answered their phone and didnt push it off for an estimator to get in touch to schedule and wait longer!

Quoted us to do soffit work with a 2 week timeline. After 3 weeks, we followed up to see when they would be out to do the work and were told any number of lies as to why they hadnt yet been out. In each converstion we were promised that we were on the list for that week and it would absolutely be done. After over a month of back and forth we realized they had no intention of honoring their signed contract. I understand we all suffered hurricane damage and everyone wants their work done asap, but honesty goes a long way. We will never do business with Suntech!

They did our seamless gutters at both of our rental houses and were the most reasonable and very professional thank you suntec
