Bought a 650 Royal Enfield motorcycle here. All went well. Good inventory.

Just reading some reviews and I can’t believe anyone would hate this place. So friendly. Not in your face. Low key. Awesome selection of bikes.I purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had emailed the company through a different website and they were quick to respond. Had a few conversations through email and decided to stop in. For the money, you can’t go wrong with a Royal Enfield.Placed a hold on one bike and went in later that week. I was able to change my color selection and I was tickled pink. Great place to deal with.Yeah, they have other motorcycle brands there as well.

Nice people, genuine, nice shop and showrooms. I heard their prices are the best around. They treat their employees right too which says a lot, I think.

My husband and I have spent a LOT of time at HoT&B over the past month. We purchased 2 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayans and are in the process of outfitting with accessories to get them adventure-ready. Just yesterday I dropped mine off for her break-in service.So far Haus has been an great place to do business. The fair prices and fabulous team have made getting into the world of motorcycling stress-free and a lot of fun. The service manager Pete has been especially wonderful —his experience, expertise, and professionalism make me feel like our bikes are in safe hands.

If I could give this place a ZERO STAR, I would for sure. At first, you get treated nice because certain staff just want to make the sale and don’t care about you. I do have to say that some of the other staff were really nice and respectful. Of course, if someone gives me a final price on an email which I asked for to have for my records which is why I asked in the first place and then when we got the paperwork in the mail to finalize the sale and then the price on the paperwork was higher, anyone has the right to back out of the deal. Lots of miscommunication among themselves. One of the person that does the financing was extremely super RUDE once we decided to back out the deal. No professionalism and no respect. Raising the voice at me and my husband and saying smart sarcastic remarks maybe because we are Hispanic and we didn’t proceed with the sale. Never in our lives we had someone be so rude and so disrespectful. The motorcycle was placed for sale again and someone else gave a deposit and guess what.....that other customer for whatever reason also backed up from the sale hmmm 🤔, I wonder why!!!! My husband called back because his $3,000 deposit was not refunded yet and he was told 5 to 8 business days to get a refund and yes he asked if the bike was still for sale and again he was treated with disrespect by this same financing staff person. We were never rude to to this person at all and it was very shocking to both of us how we were treated like trash. After me and my husband had a talk, we do admit that we changed our minds and were willing to give them the higher price per the paperwork from the first sale that we backed up from because after we talked it was going to fit our financial needs even though we were given the higher price on the final sales paperwork. Someone else called my husband to see if he was still interested and he said yes; now of all the sudden the price was raised much higher than the price that was agreed on the first purchase sales agreement. Are you kidding me!!! Of course my husband said NO!!! This is no way to conduct a business and mistreat customers just because we backed out due to all the miscommunication on their end. If we backed out from the first deal it was because the out of the door price was given wrong to us which by the way it should have been honored. At the end of all this unprofessional hot mess, all we have to say IS “TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.I do not recommend this place at all. Very bad and extremely poor customer service and lots of disrespect!!! Very disappointed. Will never in my life would buy anything from this place. Management needs to take action on this matter.

This business is beautiful to walk into. There are so many bikes (motorcycles) options and accessories and with a repair center. They are willing to work with you and are knowledgeable about motorcycles. So when you are trying to find the right bike for you they have the expertise and experience to get you on the bike that best suits you.

What a wonderful service department and a special shout out to Shawn. On a group ride our friends Spyder stalled and wouldnt restart. We towed her to you and Shawn came out checked it over and said he would work on it right away. We were able to go on to lunch and within an hour Peter called and said it was ready. They even fixed a clutch problem at the same time. We could not be more grateful for your kindness and prompt service. What could have been a disaster stuck in traffic 40 miles from home was handled quickly and professionally. Thank you

*EDIT*I neglected to mention how great Kristi was! She clearly explained the financing paperwork, and helped to facilitate my service requests. When buying bikes like this, the fun part is picking them out, the exhausting part is the paperwork. She made the tedious part as painless as possible! I do not work at this location, and have zero personal connections. I was just wowed by their incredibly customer service.I have driven by the Haus of Trikes many times, but always ended up at Six Bends to look at bikes. After nearly a year of browsing bikes at the Harley dealership I was fed up. I could never find a good deal, and the salesmen were very persistent, to the point of calling and texting me weekly pressuring me into a sale. They even called my family trying to convince them to get me to buy. I had nearly decided not to buy a bike when my father came home with a beautiful chopper from Haus of Trikes. He convinced me to come to the showroom the same day and WOW did I see a difference in customer service! We were quickly greeted by Paul, who was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly did not pressure me. After looking at bikes for nearly an hour, he showed me a beautiful 03 Deuce. I instantly fell in love with the bike, and he gave me a great deal. It was nearly closing time, but the team had me approved in no time. The next morning the bike was detailed, and the paperwork was done in no time! After taking the bike out I noticed the oil light was on and the check engine light turned on when I started it. I called the shop, and after congratulating me on the new bike told they would square everything away! I will be bringing the bike in tomorrow morning, and am sure Paul and his team will continue to make believers out of me, my family, and friends!

After months of the run around on a bike I was trying to order, finally got a call back from Mike that the bike had came in. Seeing how that I work 6 days a week & 60 plus hours, And the one day I had off this particular places closedthe gentleman had told me that he would be able to get the bike to my work so to inspect and to start the paperwork. Evidently the $3000 that I were to spend on this particular purchase was not enough for a callback to set up said appointment. This company does not care about anything other then someone coming in with cash in hand.Instead of ordering a bike from this place, I ordered one from out of state dealer from My home state. Instead of dealing with this company again. Absolutely Disgraceful customer service, they will tell you anything to keep you on the line so you do not buy a vehicle or motorcycle from another dealer. I will never buy anything from people who can not keep their word.

I dont have enough words to say about Sherry, Paul and the staff here. I tried to surprise my Dad for his birthday by renting a trike. Sherry went above and beyond more than I could have imagined. Paul was so nice explaining everything and taking the time. My Dad is disabled to a degree but has rode bikes for 50 years. Sherry and the staff did everything to accommodate us. They handled it all so professionally and compassionately. Id recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you for everything!!!

Purchase Two cfmotos was told that they were very good bike, after one use less then 5hrs on them they both brake down and wont start. After 4 months on the dealer they still dint know what was wrong with the atvs. Also I was told by the service department that cfmoto atv cant go on water like other atv. I even purchase the snorkel to have them install but I still cant go on water, so what is the point of the snockes. They both needed the harness after on day of use. They should not be selling Cfmotos if they cant fix them. Lost few thousands of dollars but Im getting something else. Service Is horrible every time I call they dont have an answer.

Took my motorcycle in for simple remapping and apparently I was not clear on what I wanted done. I then called and came in and told them to stop what they were doing. Originally, was told that a remapping should take an hour. Upon arrival I found out they had battery out and positive lead apart stated battery needed replacement and diagnostic problem will take more time. I then asked them to put battery back in along with connector assembly and was then told gotta charge you for at least half hour my guys have at least hour and a half in. Agreed to pay and retrieved motorcycle.Conclusion: I spent 147.00 on a specialized connector and download on a map from (Beetle maps) myself. Obviously, should have done it my self originally but was told by Haus of Trikes service deptartment it should not be a problem to install map. Fuel injection mapping is something Ive never done before. With Haus of Trikes I really hoped for the best given such a rare and unique Italian motorcycle to the areas only Moto Guzzi sales and service shop. The reflash in fact, a learning experience for myself that was a bit intimidating to me, but not any more. All the work on this machine has, and now will be done by myself. Its a God damn shame how some businesses just cant beat the do it yourselfers out there......

Hands down the best customer service! Very nice and clean facility and the staff is awesome! I had an emergency, trying to get my buddies bike to his memorial when the rear tire blew out. I explained the situation and without hesitation told me to bring it in and that they would help me get back on the road. They had 2 guys waiting for me to help expedite the service as at this point I was already late. The great service resulted in my friends bike being there and made a lot of people very happy. I cant thank you enough guys. I cant remember anywhere I have ever received this level of customer service especially for a first time customer. I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommended! They have a nice selection of inventory as well. Definitely worth checking out! Thank you again guys!!!!

Nice show room. Not impressed with their service department. Made apt 2 weeks prior and showed up on time the day of my apt. My bike sat there for 2 weeks before anyone even looking at it. This is after numerous calls there and excuses...we promise to get to it. Everytime I called it was like starting my conversation all over again. They finally fixed the non mechanical issue I asked them to do...however when I finally got my bike...it wouldnt start. It ran perfect prior to it sitting there 2 full weeks. Best decision was to get it out and have it towed to a different shop. No hard feelings. I just knew it would SIT for god only knows how long and they had no idea how to get it started. Btw...The shop I took it to literally fixed the issue in five minutes flat.

This was the least stressful vehicle purchase I ever made. I simply chose the bike online, filled out the financing forms, had a couple of short phone conversations and done. My in person transaction took less than an hour and there were no surprises. There was simply no drama at all. And when I saw the team at Bike Night they were just as friendly and pleasant as when they made the sale. I love my bike. There is no negative mojo from the purchase. I couldnt be happier with my choice.

We went to visit the Haus of Trikes several times to hire motorbikes. We found them to be friendly, efficient and above all trustworthy which is what you need when you are hiring a vehicle. I hired two Harleys, and 883 and a Road King, both in excellent condition. We will definitely be back the next time we stay in Cape Coral. Special mention to Sherrie who was lovely and very patient with us.

My bike had an electrical problem, it would loose complete power, then come back. The service manager Don & his staff took great care of me. I explained to them that I was pressed for time and I needed my bike for an event in Kissimmee, Fl. which was in two days. Don and his knowledgeable Technicians went to work on my bike .They got me fixed up and I was able to make it to my event. Took my Honda Grom into service at Haus of Trikes through Progressive, and the process was very smooth & they were able to finish my estimate very quickly.When I brought it in for service, I was injured & Brian (service tech) unloaded my bike for me. He also was the tech taking care of my insurance claim & did an awesome job!Other than great service, the store was very appealing, and everyone there seemed super nice.I highly recommend 👍🏼

Had an excellent experience with these guys in purchasing my 2014 Harley Low-Rider. Everyone was very friendly and the salesman Paul who I dealt with was straight up and worked with me on arriving at a very fair price...no bullshit! I got so much more than had I gone to a Harley dealer. I left a deposit and picked up a month later as I am a snowbird. The bike was ready to go and I am more than happy with the bike. I intend on giving them my service business as well.

As I walked in no one greeted me. I then ask one lady behind the computer for help with a helmet. She then said Im sorry I dont know about helmets. I was then sent to look for someone who was out to lunch. A mechanic came out let me try on a few helmets and said he will grab the guy out of his lunch. I then walked out. I RATE THIS PLACE IN A 1 STAR because I hope they find people who focus on giving the BEST service. As for me Ill never go back. To corporate how do you guys stay in business? As a biker who ever walks through those doors should get treated the same.

I just picked up my 2012 Road Glide Ultra with a California Side Car Daytona trike kit installed at Haus of Trikes & Bikes. They did a wonderful job and the bike looks GREAT!! Manfred was great to work with and Don did a wonderful job on the kit installation. I can truly say they exceeded my highest expectations. Ill be back for any work I need in the future.

The Haus Where Dreams Come TrueI wanted a Royal Enfield Classic 500 to drive from SoFlo to California along the I10, and this was the place that made it all happen in the beginning. I live in Hawaii, and contacted them over a period of several months to get my trip ready (which you can see on my Instagram @xukeanu). The kind folks at HOTB helped me find financing for the motorcycle, put on a few accessories, and even helped hold my extra gear (helmet, saddlebags, tools, waterbottles, etc.) before I got there.My Classic 500 is in Hawaii now (although these guys have been able to ship it to Hawaii in the past), and I keep in touch with these people just because I like them.Thank you Paul, Kristi, Garret, Zach, EJ, Glen, Sherry, Mike, and all the fine people at the Haus of Trike and Bikes.

Greatest Customer Experience I have ever had and I am not exaggerating. Everyone in this shop treated my girlfriend and I as friends and not customers. I am all the way from Ohio and was just checking out the latest Victory Bikes as we were passing through but I had such a great experience I went back the next day and bought a 2017 Victory. Recommend this shop 100% and can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I needed to have my tires changed and a oil change,they were able to get me in even with a full schedule, not only did they do a great job but they notified me that i needed new brakes and a flush on the brake system.they make sure that your bike is road worthy before leaving there shop.i will continue to bring my ride there from now on, recommended if you care about your ride!

They got me in during a busy season before I had to move to Atlanta. Did a good once over of the bike cleaned the carbs and replaced a lot of little things. Took me through a walk around of everything they did and this bike sounds awesome! Highly recommend and amazing customer service, thank you!

If you like getting screwed over and like wasting money for stuff that isnt broken bring your bike here They will tell you something is wrong with your bike when its fine . They took 2 weeks to do my bearings when they said they would have her on the road the next day. I lost my job because of this and when I finally went to get my bike the battery was dead because they left the key in the ignition with the battery on, they wouldnt do right and fix there mistake and told me its my fault I need a new battery and were very rude that I was blaming them when there shop worker told me they killed the battery. I am currently pursuing them legally for this and other complications that came from bringing my bike to this shop for a simple fix, i would hate to see other people go threw this stay away from this hell hole

I rented a Sportster for 9 Days and it was worth every single Cent. Yes its the smallest Harley you can get, but this people make their sound like a big one, cause of some decent custom pipes they put on, so it was not looking or sounding like just stock. The People are friendly and up to answer any question. Prices are fair and they got a good choice of Models you can rent. Besides that, some of their custom works let me drool. A very professionally workshop is included. I would go there any time again. Thx for making my trip to Florida to such a great Experience, you Guys rule! 👍😎

I took my Honda Gold wing to a dealership in North Cape Coral Which I will never trust again they were horrible, deceitful and liars, They charged me almost $400 and the motorcycle still would not start !!I stopped into Hous of trikes and bikes I talk to them had my motorcycle towed over and they fixed it for less than $300, Amazing mechanics, amazing service department amazing customer service, I will not take my motorcycle any place else now that I have found haus of trikes and bikes, They fix every type of Motorcycle out there fast, reasonably priced and on time !!!!

Recommend anyone who has a bike out of warranty. Labor charges fair. Very knowledgeable mechanic staff on a large variety of motorcycles.
