Chris is by far the most unprofessional agent at Autonation or any auto repair shop. He took over 2 weeks to get a preliminary estimate, and quoted over 2 months for parts and repairs on a Toyota! Everyday was a different excuse. When we told them this timeframe wasnt going to cut it due to work and travel; and wanted the vehicle sent to another shop with less of a backup on cars getting repaired, they did everything in their power to keep the car there. They took advantage of my wife not knowing very much about the repair process and made her sign multiple forms to guarantee they would get something for their time. When discussing with the manager, he pretty much echoed the same predatory behavior that his employees were portraying. This shop used to be professional in years past, that is no longer the case.

We took in our vehicle because this was one of the repair shops that was recommended by our insurance company, when we got there they said that they would send the quote to the insurance company . We were scheduled for two weeks out to allow the parts to come in. A few days before the repair I had not hear from them so I called numerous times, no one answered, I was trying to check if the parts were in….. to make sure that we did not rent a vehicle without the parts being ready …no one answered I left a couple of voicemails. I then had to call my insurance the night before I was supposed to bring my vehicle in to know if it was even approved, my insurance company said they had never received The estimate so they had to send him a complaint asking why it was taking them so long .Fast forward my insurance was finally the one to that contacted me to let me know that it was approved and when I called to reschedule the repair they booked me for four weeks out which is fine. Then, they called me five minutes after and said never mind we just realized your vehicle is too tall and we will not be able to do it. Mind you this was a Ford transit 250 a work van. WHY DID THEY NOT SAY THIS WHEN THEY ESTIMATE WAS BEING PERFORMED RIGHT IN FRONT OF US? They not only made us wait over a month at the end we still have not fixed our vehicle and have to do this whole process all over again for lack of communication organization and just minimum care for customer

Hot car accident on april 16 2021 the car was towed to dealer on the 17th, was at the body shop for about two weeks after driving it for a week front bumber cover came off, body shop advised me to bring it back in august to replace with original toyota bumper cover, picked it up a few days later bumper came off again took it back to the shop its been over a week and body shop has not called me or progressive to get the car fixed

The entire experience with the AutoNation Collision Center was very good. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work everything went very smoothly. The finished product was great and I was very pleased with the service and the end result.

Take your business elsewhere. Customer service has gone way down. There are plenty of small independent collision centers and and their prices are better anyways.

WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!We brought our luxury car to this “well recommended “ collision center. What a disappointment. What a fiascal. What a waste of time. They were to replace a light and promised in two weeks.This turned into TWO MONTHS. They finally had it ready the week of Christmas (what a coincidence). We got the car back and realized all the lights weren’t working correctly brought it back to them and they repaired it. Then we began to experienced noises that wasn’t present prior to the repair. Brought it back again and was told that a new shocks were needed “ FOR A LUXURY CAR BARELY DRIVEN”. Got it back in a couple of days. Here’s where it gets tricky. So months later go by and we realize that one break light is brighter than the other. Apparently, Rather than ordering the light from the original dealer AROUND THE CORNER, they made us wait TWO MONTHS FOR AN AFTERMARKET PART. Why ? Because IT WAS CHEAPER. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!! And INCOMPITANT!!!!! THIS IS NOT A HONEST ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

From estimate to completion, a good experience. I have had three occasions to use their services and the outcomes could not have been better. From estimate to delivery, all was done professionally, on time, and with outstanding results each time. Blending of paint is masterful.

Wow! Took my 2000 Toyota Echo, which is my baby and very particular about, into Toyota collision for a dent repair in the hood.That did an excellent job!! Really great job!! And great people to deal with. I would highly recommend!

I went in there for a small dent on my door that was bothering me. Since my car is black ⚫ its very obvious to me. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Took care looks good no issues. Ask for the PDR specialist.

They fixed my car up to the point where you couldnt tell it was ever in an accident. Their repair good guys really know their stuff! However the people in the office didnt contact me a single time. I had to call in for every step and update. Overall Im happy.

Tina Becker in the Service Department is Exceptional! She has taken care of my 2007 Prius almost since I bought it and now also my Highlander. She is always cheerful, very knowledgeable, and professional. She really cares about her customers and I would not want to ever go to anyone else. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions for me! Her exceptional customer service is the reason I purchased my Highlander there. I cannot recommend her more highly! Thanks Tina!!!

I must say that the staff at Toyota are excellent people. True professionals. I was attended by salesman name Josh Longwell which I must say he was a very patient and humble person. He took his time showing my husband and I vehicles and explaining to us the difference from one to the other. But most of all he was all about us being excited and happy with the choice we make. Yes we definitely left there with a car and super excited with our choice. The financial person Christian was also an excellent person. He did all his best to help us. Thank you Toyota personnel! We really appreciate all you do!!

Everything was explained and service was completed as planned and on time. I picked up my car at the very end of the day and felt I was brushed off when I pointed out concerns. Now I have to decide if I want to make another appointment to address the issue or just let it go. Im not happy with the lack of follow up from AutoNation on this part.

I recently had an accident and brought my vehicle to Toyota Collision center to be repaired. They estimated 4 days, brought the car in when they had the parts and it only took 3 days. Tim was great and so was Pam. Excellent customer service. Thank you for making a hard time easy.

This is the worst collision center ever. Dropped my car off to fix a crack in my bumper and when I went to pick it up my mirror was knocked off. The tech who worked on it had a really bad attitude about the entire situation and even tried to accuse me of breaking it. They refused to fix it and refused to give me a rental vehicle for the time being. Ended up getting my insurance and their corporate involved and finally got them to glue it back on 3 days later (still wiggles a little). When I got my car home I was checking my fluids and when I closed my hood my mustang emblem completely fell off. This place is an absolute joke! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to anyone except Toyota Autonation Collision Center!

I chose this location because I wasn’t happy with the option my insurance company gave me that was closer to me. I just want to say the team did great job, and also some minor problem arose after the repair, but Dan took care of it with no questions asked, highly recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE! I am stunned by what I just found out. I was rear ended last July in a hit and run. I was able to catch the guys license tag and they were covered by State Farm. State Farm paid for my car repair at Auto Nation. I noticed when I picked up the car the back end was a different color white and a lot shinier. But, I didnt worry about it, thinking my car just needed to be re-waxed. Fast forward to yesterday and I decided to trade the car. Imagine my surprise when they pull the VIN and find out my car is not what it appears to be. It seems Auto Nation put an XLE rear end on my car and my car is NOT an XLE. WOW. I feel totally scammed. If they had told me, maybe I would not have cared, I dont know. But, they hid that fact from me. My recommendation is to never ever ever trust Auto Nation. WOW, just WOW.

I bought a new car that had minor paint damage. What was repaired was done very well and Efficiently..However wish that car was looked over before I was told to pick it up,all the damage was not repaired . Not sure who is at fault since process goes through so many people “sales” to “customer service”to “body shop”. But with a new car someone should be sure to inspect the whole car before returning it to the customer. Not good Quality control....

My 82 year old lady friend was in a collision on US 41 and they have taken care of her so well and have just been there helped her beyond belief I think that the the whole system is great she even dropped her key while she was there and it shattered and they replaced and fixed the key with no charge theyre a great group of people and extremely friendly and I believe they do you right!!

If I could rate with negative star rating I would. They havent followed thru with anything. I have a 2014 Nissan frontier that was repaired from an accident. At first everyone was great..they kept my truck for 3 weeks to fix front end. My vehicle never leaked oil and now all of the sudden I have a pre existing leak. Also the hood they replaced has what appears to be a dimple in the metal. It seem as if maybe one of the techs forgot a tool under the hood and it fell onto the belt and got slammed up under the hood. Of course I have no proof that something like this happened but I have tried to call and talk to these people about it last week and here it is a week later and no response. They know I use this vehicle for work. The truck is still in good condition with 80,000 miles and I have paid them my insurance deductible. I just want the work done correctly. You dont ignore your customers and not keep them in the loop. This type of conducting of business is unacceptable in my line of work and would expect it to be anywhere else as a matter of fact. Auto Nation seems to think that this is ok behavior. ITS NOT!!!! I just want this nightmare to end. I would never go back to them or buy a toyota at this point. Thats how disgusted I am with this company!!!! Good luck to anyone that uses this company..

The car was repaired excellent. The car was cleaned and looked amazing. I would highly recommend their services. The gentleman, Chris, who evaluated our cars damage was kind, thorough and called when service was completed. I did the autonation survey. I gave a ten for the quality of their work and service. I only gave an 8 for recommending them to others and only a 3 for their customer service. It is unfortunate, that one person can bring down the rating so much. Carmen, their front desk associate was very nice, she answers the phone kindly and really wants to help. However, Paulette has terrible customer service skills. She is nasty. My husband even spoke to a manager about her. Our car was being serviced because a tree hit our car. There was an amazing amount of damage to the vehicle. Our car is a lease and we were extremely worried it could be fixed appropriately. We had already spoken to our salesperson at autonation, who is awesome and we have purchased 3 vehicles from him. The salesman saw the damage and walked him over to the collision center, to help set up an appointment to be evaluated. In front of Paulette, our salesman said, if the car is assessed at a certain dollar amount, we will get you into another vehicle, no problem. Paulette stated very blatantly in front of the salesman, Thats what youre trying to do, get a new vehicle out of this, thats not happening. Even our salesman was disgusted. This was our first encounter with nasty Paulette. The next day our vehicle was assessed for damage. My mum had taken the car to be evaluated as my husband I both work. After the assessment and my husband looked through the list of damages, he called and asked Paulette, to remind and advise the inspector to look at the front window. She said my husband was pushy and overbearing when he called, and that he shouldnt call them anymore, that they would call him if they needed anything. We pay a lot for our vehicle and we work hard to do it, so my husband was very upset about this. She also told my husband it would be two weeks to be finished. So, he did indeed not call until the end of the second week. Carmen answered, thankfully. She, at that time told us it would be another week and that had always been the case. She was very apologetic he was given the wrong information. So, I know this has been a long review, but in the end Paulette hadnt even advised the appraiser of the windsheild crack as she stated she would, she is terrible. It did all get fixed, the work was impeccable. The car was clean and detailed and definitely a ten.They would get a higher rating if the customer service from Paulette wasnt so terrible, because of her, they dont get the highest score. She ruined their rating all by herself.
