It’s been almost a month since I leased a Kia Forte from Galeana Kia. I never drove Kia before and I can tell that I’m extremely satisfied!!I had a pleasure working with Vince and Steve. They were both professional, not pushy and they made my experience very smooth.Teo closed my paperwork, explained me everything I need to know. He was fast and efficient and it didn’t take too long.This dealership have good people working. We drove from Cape Coral to Galeana Kia just to look after months of looking around for the right car. Troy was a really great guy, no hassle, no pushy salesman attitude just a nice down to earth friendly guy from Ohio, our home state. He made it a very pleasant visit and in the end we purchased our Kia Optima with no pressure, and peace of mind. We left happy and satisfied with the whole experience. I had such a positive experience purchasing a new car from Galeana Kia in Fort Myers. This is my second car from this dealership. Sam Veloz made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I bought a 2021 Niro hybrid. I like a dealership where you are not pressured into buying a car with more bells and whistles that you may not want or need. Sam asked questions and took me for a test drive. Since I like a new car every 3 to 4 years and don’t put many miles on my car, he suggested that I may want to consider leasing the car, which I did. Everyone at the dealership made me feel special. And once the sale was made, Sam contacted me to see if I had any questions after getting the car home. I had a few questions about some of the features and I was able to bring the car in for a quick tutorial. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. Heard an advertisement on 94.5 (The Arrow), and saw it on their website that stated they were offering up to $3000 more than KBB for trade-ins. My vehicle on KBB, under the FAIR category, was a little over $13k. We get to the dealership, and I find this awesome Kia Sportage that I test drove, and fell in love with, only to be LOW BALLED by a trade in value for my vehicle if $9500, and when I asked about THEIR AD, they did not know what we were talking about, and when my husband pulled it up on his phone, our salesman claimed He couldnt read it and that they wouldnt honor it. I have a photo below of their ad that they would NOT honor. Not only do they have misleading advertisements, they also mark up their vehicles on the price tags from what their own website states. The better business bureau has already been notified and Ive already told multiple people NOT to go to Galeana Kia. What a joke. On a side note, we went to Coconut Point Ford and had a salesman named Tom Spicer, who got us $2k more trade-in value than what Galeana offered us, AND they were honest from the get go.

Worst place I have ever bought a car. Sales was rude, unpleasant, and lacked knowledge of the cars they were selling. Very loud music blaring all the time. When I asked to turn it down, I was told to leave if I didnt like it. Should have.I have been a KIA, HYUNDAI patron for over 35 years. My last purchase will be the lastKIA HYUNDAI I Will ever buy. The cars are costing more every year and the quality and creature comforts diminish yearly.My advise is to buy elsewhere. Being human demands respect. Your $20,00 to $40,000 demands knowledgeable sales. You will find neither at Galeana.Service is another story entirely. They are are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and proficient. They have never disappointed me.

Im not the usual guy to post many reviews but this place deserves every single one of them. I have purchased mow my third vehicle from them and love the place. Usually I hate the bargaining part of buying like everyone else but these guys are different. They will never pressure you into buying a car if it isnt the right fit for you. Franly has been amazing and even their manager, Teo, worked with me to purchase my vehicle. Highly recommend to buy from this place.

I have purchased three vehicles 🚗 from them, excellent sales men and women and a great price. I never bring any of my vehicles for service to this dealer that has to tell you something. I called yesterday for service on my newest vehicle only 800 miles can’t get appointment till August or I can leave it there for 3 days NO THANK YOU🤦🏻‍♂️I’ll bring it to that other guy who offers excellent service. Great place to buy a vehicle. Keep away from service look at there low reviews all has to do with service.

The service was great but the food was not.To start: the rolls were dry as hell, French onion soup had a cheese that was terrible and the soup wasn’t that good either. The cheese ruined it. The filet had no flavor but was tender. You have to order sides separate and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes and the asparagus was large and hard. We were not impressed at all. However the desert was great. So glad it was happy hour and we got a discount on the steaks otherwise it would have been a big waste.Not going back.

Barely even a one. They messed up my car for a minimal repair, secondary to the reason I took it in. Theyre so called repair left me with a car I could not drive safely. (Trunk latch fix pair was put in backwards leaving me with a car I couldnt drive safely.) Trunk would not close!!There is nothing to tie the trunk down to.So with a truck wired down as best we could I took it to a different dealer. CC Kia helped me out, told me why the repair went bad and fixed it in a couple hours. ( This is why I knew the part was put on backwards).

Had my first dealership checkup. Merely o change and system check! Took over 2 hours. I want to maintain the checks at Kia but this is way too long for the service. The customer service rep sent email if I needed him while I waited. I wrote to him when it got close to 2 hours- he never responded! Struggling if we will continue with Kia service as my oil change place near me goes a great job. They are so friendly cider on their survey - I’m sorry but I need to tell the true facts!

I cannot say enough nice things about Lou at Galeana Kia. When looking to buy a vehicle, I found that many local locations did not have what I was looking for. I reached out to several dealerships that were further away, and Lou was the only one to quickly and efficiently assist me over the phone. In the course of just a few hours we were able to negotiate a deal so that I could pick up the car the next day. This was a great relief to me as I did not have to make multiple long trips to visit multiple dealerships, and there were no surprise changes when I arrived. Lou at Galeana Kia was the only sales person that I spoke with that treated me as though I was there in person with him. Every time I called, he answered and quickly provided me with accurate information. When I arrived, all of the paperwork was already prepared. Lou made sure that any specific requests were addressed, and then some. He was extremely friendly and cordial towards other members of my party that he not been previously introduced to. He made them feel extremely comfortable, and involved them in the process. Finally, Lou followed up with me after the sale, that same day, to make sure that we made the trip home safe and everything was going well.I would be remiss to leave a review without mentioning Heather in finance. Regardless of the car buying experiences that I have had in the past, good or bad, I have never had such a pleasant experience finalizing the deal, until now. Heather had everything prepared for me, and was extremely thorough and pleasant. She answered any questions I had without hesitation, and was very honest about my options.Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Galeana Kia, even if you have to make a bit of a trip to do so. These two individuals, Lou and Heather, make the car buying experience enjoyable and easy. They were both extremely honest and eager to assist.Although not the focus of my review, I have to say I was also provided a very fair price for what seems to be an excellent vehicle. Normally, this would be the most important part of a purchasing experience for me, but the customer service I received stood out so much more. Both factors combined, I found that Galeana Kia provided the best overall value by far of the 10+ other dealerships I communicated with.

Went to Galeana Kia today and left with a new Telluride! Big Lou was outstanding to work with. He explained all options with great details and was patient with all our questions. I went to the Cape Coral Kia dealer first and was very disappointed with the way I was treated. What a difference between the two dealerships. We are old and didn’t know anything about new car technology. Big Lou understood that we needed extra explanation and he was great. I was scheduled for an appointment on a Saturday for a recall. Unfortunately because of unforeseen reasons and I needed to reschedule. Now all of a sudden, they are not scheduling recalls on Saturday. Which is the only day that works with my schedule. So much for a great customer service! I’m very disappointed!!

Im a client of this dealership for 5 years, This is the place Im taking my car for service and repairs. They were always professional & honest.I got to really appreciate them when I tried to take the care to the other dealership at Cape Coral, which is very close to my home, and Galeana were much better in any parameter I can think at.For example when I took my car for diagnostics for few concerns I had, At Galeana They charge a fair amount of 60$ compare to 80$ at CC Kia.Galeana inspected all the concerns (I had 3 of them) I had for this amount of diagnostic, Where at CC Kia they wanted 80$ to test EACH concern !!!, so they asked 270$ for the same diagnosis !!!!!!!.Galeana produced a detailed summery with values and numbers of their finding, while CC Kia Gave me just one line summer which is pass or fail.I was very disappointed from CC kia analysis, and i feel that I paid for nothing !.And most important Galeana let me talk to the mechanic after the inspection so he could explain to me first hand his findings. At CC Kia explained that the the mechanic is very busy and their time is too precious.Another example I can give is that At galeana when i came for oil exchange, they were willing to do short diagnostics for specific concern I had, and didnt request anything for that.From now on Im going only to Galeana.Galeanas service manager Shane is professional and pleasant to communicate with.The staff in both places are very polite, but I appreciate much more Galeanas approach to listen to me, take care of any concern I have, and making sure I am satisfied. I have a special thanks to Shane, the service department manager, which is professional and honest, and It was a pleasure to communicate with, any time I arrived!.

I only gave 5 stars because 10 was not available. I called Galeana Kia after leaving Cape Coral Kia ( DO NOT GO THERE, a total rip off) spending 4 hours with every car sales man scam in the book. When I called Galeana, Rich in sales answered the phone and I explained my extreme frustration over attempting to lease a new Kia. I told him, I would love to lease a Kia and gave him my info- down pmt, monthly payment and the exact model car I wanted. I said can you give me a yes or no answer. He called me back in 5 minutes and we had a deal. My girlfriend drove the car the next day and hated the way it drove ( a bigger vehicle than she was currently driving) The deal was sunk. We walked around and found a car she liked, drove it and I then talked with Eddie the sales manager directly as rich was gone for the day. No back forth stuff with several people and sales manager ( cape Kia ). I asked Eddie if we could do the same deal for the 2 nd car as we previously worked out. The salesman Paul brought me a yes and was for a touch less a month payment. Rich the sales man, Eddie the sales manager, Teo the finance manager we’re all EXCELLENT!!! Paul a newer sales man was helpful and great too. You want a Kia, this is the ONLY place you should go

The service check out staff are not trained. I had my car in for routine maintenance. I had given my check to my mother for her to pay andpick up my vehicle. She arrives at the cashier and the fiasco begins. She wants my mom not only to write her dl info on my check, she asks my mother to cross out all of my info and put her name and address on my check! That will never be accepted at the bank. In the end my mom paid with her credit card....they would rather pay a service fee than accept a check from the vehicles owner. Did I mention Ive been there for maintenance many times.

Big Lou is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Kia models, listened intently to my needs and provided superior customer service. Lou was honest and did everything to make my buying experience top-shelf. I did a lot of research before making my decision and the purchase price of my Optima EX was considered a Fair Price according to Edmunds.com. My overall experience with Galeana Kia has been incredible. Sunday night I put in a request to view a car a 10 mins after they closed. Big Lou called me immediately and I expressed that I wanted the new Kia K5 with red interior. The next day I show up to Kia and he already has the car up front and ready to go. I was also able to work with Robert who was great going over the test drive and any questions I was able to have. He then went on to get me an amazing deal!! Eric Schnake was awesome. This was my second car purchase from Galeana. The first was a brand new Soul in 2016. This time a 2017 used vehicle in great condition. Update 2/3/21 - After the prior poor review/experience, it was time to give them another shot. The reply to the prior review asked me to contact the GM via email, which I did. Not even 20 minutes after sending the email I received a phone call to work something out.I was referred to a salesman, Ben Saso, to come in and check out some new cars and see if we can strike a deal. Ben made the experience great from start to finish. He was polite, knowledgeable, relaxed, and more than willing to work with me on wants and must haves.I would not hesitate to come back in the future.Be sure to ask for Ben if you want a superb experience.——————————Having bought a new Kia Soul prior from this location, I did not hesitate to return today for an upgrade. The experience three years ago was completely opposite from the experience today.Three years ago the experience was friendly, respectful and customer oriented.Today... bait and switch offers, high pressure sales tactics, confusing numbers and terms from sales person and manager. When asked why numbers represented do not match prior discussed and advertised numbers the salesman, Jim, kept referring to those numbers as “BS” but the full terminology there. To curse, even in reference to numbers, to a customer like that is not only unprofessional, it damages your trustworthiness.We ended up walking out highly disappointed, which was an absolute shock based on the experience we had three years ago. Clearly management has changed, and definitely not for the better.

I bought my KIA from the HUGE dealership in the Cape, but always bring it to Galeana for service. I brought it in yesterday for the clock spring warranty extension on the 2014-2015 Fortes and was in and out in an hour with a new clock spring and also a new part on my brake pedal that was under recall and I didnt even know! My daughter and I walked around the lot and looked at some cars to kill time and not once were we hassled by a salesman, like at most dealerships. Always a pleasure coming here!

Currently sitting in the lobby of Galeana Kia waiting for a tire change, it’s been over an hr and a half now to change just one tire. Now I understand they are a little busy but it should not take this long for one tire! This is the First problem I have really had with this place they have always been professional and a pleasure to do business with, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Today We went to Galeana Kia of Fort Myers and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had! First, they were charging me 600$ for a simoniz car treatment, and it was mandatory! I had to do it. Right then and there I knew this place was going to be bad. Next, they wanted to charge me 299$ for a tire that ALREADY comes with the car! Next, The dealer and the manager were saying completely different things and we didn’t know which person was telling the truth. I had it up to the max and I was going to leave when they just told me to leave! It’s a car place that ask you to leave. Wow. I hated this place and I hope you read this and STAY AWAY from this place! They will rob you!!

On Friday, 11/8, I took my Optima which I bought at Galeana Kia in 2017 in for Service. Since my lease was almost up I wanted to talk to someone in sales about my options for a new car. Angelo A, was available and I must say, he did an amazing job. I had no intentions on walking out with a new car, but his patience in explaining to me my options, his willingness to negotiate an amazing deal for me AND leaving me alone giving me time to think about what I wanted to do made this an easy decision. Needless to say I walked out with a brand new car. I love Galeana in general and today was no different in my experience with Angelo. I’d recommend anyone to him in a heart beat.I’d also like to mention how amazing the service department is. Shane is THE best!!! Whether I’m coming in for just an oil change or something else is wrong with my car, he greets me with a smile. He’s personable & even when I walk in angry about whatever is happening with my car, I walk out happy. Overall, Galeana has taken very good care of me since 2017 when I bought my first Kia.

Wally was so helpful. He was more of a consultant than a sales person. He was quick to find out what our necessities were to advice us on the best model that fitted our budget. He and the sales manager truly showed that they cared. Very different from other car buying experiences. Truly caring behind the quality. Update, I went to buy a second car, this time it was a used car, a 2018 Optima. The experience was complete opposite, I found out that they were advertising the same unit for about $500.00 less on market place I even showed them the snap shot I got from them and they would not honor it. I spoke to a manager, yes after I had signed the deal, He indicated that he would see what he could do that he would call me back, well no call back. My girlfriend that referred me to buy the car there because of our first experience filled out a document to get $100.00 referral incentive and guess what. Nothing. So I will edit this and go from a 5 star to a 2 star.

I worked with Gates and the Manager Adam on the purchase of my new KIA. I couldnt be more pleased at the professionalism and the speed at which they offered me a great deal and even sweetened it by continual follow-ups after the sale to make sure I received the car (it was shipped). Having recently purchased a Toyota, in a painful transaction that had me cursing the day I decided to go back to a dealership, I was pleasantly surprised at the low-key, no pressure sales that this dealership offered. Even the finance manager was a pleasure to work with! How often do you hear that?? LOL. We had the fortunate experience of doing business with Galeana Kia. After going to another dealership and looking at a similar car for our son, we decided to give Galeana Kia a try. The car salesman we dealt with, Robert, was extremely helpful. We felt comfortable in the dealership and didn’t feel like it was a “car buying” experience because we weren’t made to feel insulted or frustrated like we did at the dealership we visited prior to Galeana. When we were done with buying our car, we walked out excited for our son, not drained, frustrated and crabby. Leased a car yesterday from Big Lou and Kostien and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Explained ALL the features of the car in detail as well as gave us a tour of the service department when we return for maintenance. Took my 2015 Kia Optima SXL into service for a simple oil change. Got the vehicle back and a recall operation had been performed without my advisor telling me one was outstanding. No big deal, except for now my service light for my blind spot system was illuminated. Took it right back in and was told that the recall operation was not performed properly. Scheduled another appointment to have it repaired, properly this time, and kept the vehicle all day. Was leaving work, without transportation and had to call in to check status. On hold forever, but finally was told the vehicle was ready for pick up, car fixed. Picked it up and found the blind spot system light was off, but now the system itself was inoperative. No test drive from the tech (mileage the same in and out). Took it back a third time and, you guessed it, had to call and check status. Found out a part was on order, but it was back ordered and to come and pick the vehicle up. Without an active safety system, a system you caused to fail. Not going to work there. Put into a nasty sales unit as a loaner car. Took over two weeks to get my car back to operating condition.Bottom line: Service department tech quality and advisor communication about on par with McDonalds.

I sent a message online on Friday, about what I wanted to try to do. I was contacted by Angelo A first thing Saturday morning, once i got to the dealership around 130 I sat down with him and explained that I wanted to get out of my current lease because i needed something with way better gas mileage. We decided to look at the 2020 Forte and it was perfect! Test drove it, then talked numbers, which i was a little worried about being that i was not even 2 years into a 4 year lease, but the first thing he came back with was only 30 more then i was currently paying and i would be saving a ton of gas money. No back and forth playing with numbers! Decided to make the deal. Paperwork took about 45 more minutes with Donald and I was even able to switch my car insurance and email it right to him. I think it took longer to detail the new car then the whole rest of the process, but once done it was perfect. Angelo then went over all the features with me and I was on my way! Overall way faster then the past few times i have purchased a car, about 4 hours from start to finish. Thank you for not dragging everything out!

Horrible sales manager, name is Ben. I was ready to purchase a vehicle for sales. I didnt care what the vehicle was as long as it was $19,500 or less. I have excellent credit and can qualify for all and any factory offers. He did not want to show me vehicles within my price range. He insisted that I pick the vehicle and then wed try to work out a deal. He said that is the only way he does business.Well Ive been in automotive sales for 10 years, and air-conditioning sales locally for the past 15. In my 25 years of sales I have never seen a sales manager turn down a physical sale for their team. I would assume if Mr. Galeana heard of this, that sales manager would be terminated. There are times to use sales technique on those type of people that dont know what they want or where they want to be. But then there is also times when a customer knows specifically what they want to spend and you take that signed paperwork for the team.I walked next-door to Galeana Chrysler/Jeep. A hungry and aggressive salesman named Eric found me seven vehicles to choose from within my price range. I picked one out and signed the paperwork. It was that simply.I am still completely astonished that a sales manager could let an instant guaranteed sale walk out the door in front of his team, absolutely asinine! Horrible example of leadership.

I just had the best experience I have ever had with buying a car! I have the pleasure of working with Paul and words can’t explain how great he is and what an asset he is to Kia! My mom and I went in around 7:30 just trying to get an idea of what I’d be able to get since I was in desperate need of a car, but didn’t have the best credit. We were helped by Justin!
