THE WORST.First and foremost, the service at the desk is horrible!! They have poor communication skills! Literally, zero. I called them to see when will the car be ready and they said “call in a few days” what? You need to give a diagnosis. You gotta make the math and balance and try to tell the costumer when it will be ready. Secondly, the way they talk to you is bad and with attitude. They talk with so much laziness and if you were in the wrong when asking a question. Chill. Lastly, they don’t even know what car you are asking about even after you tell them twice what car is it.

L&B collision consultants know what they are doing! 👍🏼 Not only that, the owner Bill takes pride in his business and ensures things get done right.My Story:I had my car dinged while sitting in my parked car. 😫There was a golf ball sized dent on my passenger door, along with some missing paint. It was a complete eyesore and I knew something had to be done ASAP. That same day I was recommended L&B collision and I rushed over there. When I got there I was greeted by Lisa (the owners daughter) who asked me what was needed and directed me over to Bill. They gave me an estimate in how much the damage would be and took pictures of my vehicle. I am sure Bill knew how distraught I was because it was my first time ever having to get work done on a car and I am someone who likes things to get done right. He reassured me that it would get done and that it would look like nothing ever happened and he even helped me with the insurance paperwork. The next week after we spoke I dropped off my car early in the morning before work and when I picked it up that same day in the afternoon I was in complete shock! They made it look as if it never happened. The dent was gone and the paint was PERFECTLY matched. I have to say that this made my whole day and it felt as if a huge weight was taken off my shoulders.❤️From the customer service to the actual work that was done, this place has my business!Side note : As soon as I got home I called my brother to come outside and look at it since he kept teasing me about the mark being there forever. He even said it was an amazing job and kept asking me if it was even that side of the car! 🤣( I wish I could upload pictures!)

Bill is OLD SCHOOL. An HONEST & SUPERIOR TECHNICIAN,You may not like his DIAGNOSIS,but would be a challenge 2 find a more consummate PROFESSIONAL. YOU can TRUST HIS WORD.

Bill and Lisa were a pleasure to work with. I was rearended on 5/10 and this body shop was the recommended shop from the other insurance. Bill and Lisa were just super nice and understanding in my situation of never having dealt with something like this. My car entered that building quite damaged from the accident and I just got her back. To say it’s perfect would be an understatement. You can’t even tell that something happened and the whole trunk and bumper were replaced!I want to say a HUGE thank you to you both for being awesome. Y’all are blunt, filter free, and just awesome. Keep up the good work!

These people are amazing. Very honest friendly and respectful staff. Bill the owner is a very reasonable man who tries his best to give you affordable prices and great work. Lisa has to be the sweetest woman Ive met in a long time and very professional. I love the fact that they are family owned and try to give you good service for a great price and not try to beat your pockets up as well. I will show before and after photos by friday as promised .

ABSOLUTE WORST BODY SHOP I EVER BEEN TO.TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!Their work was so bad that even the adjuster who came to inspect it said it was a awful job. Paint lines everywhere, as they failed to blend properly. Fish eyes throughout paint were found on multiple sections. They also did a weld job which was a total mess. They lied and said they removed trim pieces however there was paint (overspray) on all areas. When I pointed this out to the shop they said they would have it cleaned and did a poor job in doing so. The job was soo bad I had to take it to a different body shop and have the entire thing redone including the welded areas. Project was not completed on time.For those who gave a higher rating obviously dont know anything about body shop quality or ethics.The owner has a horrible attitude and should not be in business. Hes better off running a seven eleven!!IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO PAINT OR FIX CARS THAN DONT!!I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO ATLEAST GIVE ONE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

CoronaVirus made delays but overall workmanship of repair was excellent very pleased

Just picked up my 2014 Chevy Equinox fro L & B Collision. Great experience as the body work is outstanding and when I picked it up the inside was cleaner than when I brought it in. It was almost like I left my vehicle off and they detailed it. Also the price that they charged me was reasonable. I would highly recommend them. Bill and his staff are very friendly.

He did an amazing job on my Moms 2016 Toyota Highlander! Even better than Toyota did a month ago. He went above & beyond to make sure her vehicle was like new again. Very pleased & taking my husbands truck in & my car. Only person Ill see for body work here in out.

My car was damaged in an auto accident, and when I reached out to L&B they took the lead. I have to say I was more than pleased with the entire process.The service provided by Liz,Bill & Lisa was so above and beyond, that I will be always truly grateful. Not to mention my car was seamless, their son did amazing work!!!

Have no idea how they have 5 stars ... very nice people unfortunately the Service was pretty poor .... couple things on my car weren’t secured properly and I never got any of my phone calls returned .... the only bright side of the entire process is that they worked on my car before I came in to authorize so it was done sooner than expected.

I took my car to this place two months ago and was told it was going to be ready in 10 days, every time I called and asked for the car the 2 ladies in the front said they didn’t have any answer for me,they have been super rude and very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place to nobody, ther are no words to describe the bad customer service they have, if you need service do not go to this place you just going to waist your time, they will last for ever to do the job, I am still waiting, shame of them, I give them 1 star because can’t give 0, so disappointed
