I have had such a great experience with this florist. It is a locally owned flower shop and the person who owns it is extremely helpful. I called last minute to order flowers for a homecoming and they were more than willing to help and take the order. In addition, they custom designed the flowers to match the colors of the dress and accents.I really appreciated all of the help and friendliness!!! I highly recommend this florist for all occasions.

I received a floral arrangement from The Flower Spot last Thursday from a friend. When the delivery girl handed it to me, I looked at the spray roses and knew that they wouldnt open. The edges were brown and the stems felt limp, obviously not fresh.I filled the arrangement with water and put it on a table out of direct sunlight. The next morning the roses had wilted completely. By Sunday I was so upset that I emailed the shop with photos of the arrangement.On Monday morning I had not heard from them so I called. The woman who answered the phone told me that they did not check their emails until the evening ( really???) She then gave the phone to a gentleman who listened to my issue and promised to replace the arrangement.I wasnt home when the arrangement arrived, but received a text at 1:30 that it had been delivered. I arrived home at 1:45 to find the same type of arrangement ( chrysanthemums and spray roses with greens) The spray roses in this arrangement were not fresh, the edges were brown and the roses were blown open. The lavender daisy chrysanthemums were shedding and some had brown centers. The person who made this arrangement obviously had seen that. It was just thrown together.Below are photos of the original arrangement ( with peach spray roses) and also a photo of the pink roses I pulled out of the second arrangement this morning. I was going to try to salvage that was left of the lavender chrysanthemums, but I was so aggravated I just threw the entire thing in the trash.I had surgery a few weeks ago and received several lovely arrangements from local florists. All of them lasted over a week.I would suggest that if you are looking to send fresh flowers, you should avoid The Flower Spot. Same day delivery list exceptional. It took two days for the arrangement to perk up to look acceptable. 5 days in after delivery and the roses in the arrangement have not begun to open yet. Would not choose this business for my next arrangement.UPDATE: I called the shop and spoke with a customer service Rep and explained to her my concerns. She apologized that we werent satisfied and sent another arrangement which was just beautiful. Appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Excellent service and product! I ordered some flowers for my mothers birthday and she absolutely loves them. Shes received many flower arrangements in her years but she has been very effusive about how beautiful and unique the arrangement we sent was. I found the ordering process to be ridiculously easy and the delivery was prompt and reliable. It literally could not have been any easier.

There is a new owner of this flower shop as of 6-1-19. Experienced designers. Please dont hold the past reviews against the new management. They will make it right!!

I placed an order for my mom for Mother’s Day via The Flower Spot website. I received a confirmation email on April 24th for delivery on May 7th. On May 7th I received an email that the flowers were delivered to my mom, but she didn’t receive them. I called her and she said that they had never been delivered to her. She checked her neighbors houses and nothing. I tried calling the shop repeatedly, only to receive a recorded message saying my call cannot be completed because the business is closed?? Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address despite the right address on the order. Thank goodness my neighbors arrived two days later and delivered them to me so I was able to thank the sender. Could have been very embarrassing! Contacted the florist to let them know of their error with no response. With that being said, it really is a beautiful arrangement. I’m just sorry I have two less days to enjoy it!!

I ordered a pet sympathy flower through online ordering since I live 300miles away. User friendly ordering system, and I even received a next day delivery! Would highly recommend this florist.

The arrangement I received from The Flower Spot was just incredible! The flowers were so fresh and beautiful! They lasted for weeks. I have to say I will definitely call them for all future arrangements.

The girls were super nice and very helpful assisting me in choosing what to send. They were perfect; she loved them. Beautiful fresh flower arrangement that lasted a very long time.

Ordered one very simple arrangement (one of the cheapest, too) a week before Mothers Day. Received confirmation email. Two days later order was canceled and refunded without any notification or email. Was unable to order from another florist as I assumed Flower Spots order was confirmed and locked in. Unfortunate service, pandemic could be blamed, but a simple personal email would be nice around important holidays of cancellations.

I ordered flowers for the first time from here for Mother’s Day. They got super busy and my flowers did not get to my Mother on Mother’s Day. The owner Tonia called me personally to apologize and refund my money for my inconvenience. She also still delivered the flowers. They were beautiful and my Mom has been telling everyone about the beautiful flowers that she received from her son.

I called last minute in full panic because the florist that we pre-paid months ago did not show up for the wedding. How Flower Spot threw together what they did in just a matter of hours was truly Amazing. They delivered, set up everything and made a very frustrating time smooth. Thank you thank you!! The arrangements were beautiful and the special touches that they put on it we’re gorgeous. I just can’t thank you all enough.

I have an email confirming my order and a charge on my credit card for my order. I received an email advising they will make changes to my order and it cannot be delivered today. Even though it is confirmed for delivery today via email. I do not recommend this florist.

My flowers arrived half wilted .. when I called them to get them replaced, they said that wasn’t possible. I asked to speak with the manager and they said it was impossible. I called again and spoke to a gentleman who said they’d be by to replace them the next morning and they never showed or returned my call. You can get better flowers going to another place. And better customer service. We spent 100.00 on flowers to be treated this way... I advise everyone not to use this company.

Had a bad experience with the person who was trying to deliver. He called yelling about him not being to see building numbers. When I told him I am not there... He hung up on me. I called the shop later and got a different person who did not care about my concerns. I guess they really do not care to retain customers or at least be polite. I will not be using them again.

I had ordered from Flower Spot to send my best friend a gift. First problem I had was when it showed up it was the wrong thing, it also didnt come with the flowers that i payed extra for. Second thing was i called Flower spot and they said they would send out the correct thing the next day... That has not happened yet. Third off I can say I will not be using this company again. I understand that mistakes happen but when you say you will fix the problem and dont... Well that becomes a problem.

It is my opinion Flower Spot of Fort Myers is a flower shop to stay away from. The word unprofessional is, in my opinion the best description of my experience with Flower Spot. The arrangement delivered was not only sad but pitiful flowers only arranged on the exact center, nothing on either side and the back had onelone, sad bud of a lily, it was brown! I can provide a photo of this arrangement. This arrangement was delivered on a Tuesday, the following day several arrangements were delivered to me from other Fort Myers florist. Today, Monday all are lovely with the exception of the arrangement from Flower Spot that went in the trash on Saturday. Saturday I attempted to reach Flower Spot, my two messages were returned on Monday by one identifying himself as the owner of Flower Spot. The yelling, screaming from the Flower Spot was not only rude but extremely unprofessional in my opinion. It is also my firm belief and opinion no one should be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Merchandise of poor quality, screaming, yelling,phone hang up I do not believe such acts are professional or respectful,.

They ran out of i love you balloons and subbed it with a star without notifying me and i would have said leave it off had i known, i paid for a larger boquet and there were types of flowers missing and it was dinky. When i called the person i spoke to said he was the owner and knew the order was correct but would refund me anyways. I work with my mother and got her this for mothers day. The guy dropping them off didnt even check if my mother was even in this office. I would have given this 1 star but the florist called me to apologize which is more than i can say for the owner. Idk if i would go back to them again.

I chose this anniversary bouquet for two reasons...it was purple (my wifes favorite color) and had calla lillies (her favorite flower). Calla lillies are also the flower for the 6th anniversary which is this year. The bouquet had neither. It was pink and white with no calla lillies. I checked the description to make sure I read it correctly when I ordered. I upgraded to the most expensive one which really doesnt matter if none of it is what I ordered.Royal purple daisies and lovely lavender roses are arranged with delicate mini calla lilies and more in a modern, sleek white vase.The bouquet also came in a boring, clear glass vase. I think this company failed on all accounts. They didnt even fulfill their own description.

I contracted and ordered flowers from this business for my wedding. They arrived with thorns and leaves still on them, wrapped in masking tape! They roses were still closed. With just hours to go, my bridesmaids stripped the flowers themselves and wrapped them in satin ribbon! When I returned to the store to express my disappointment, they refused to do anything. In my opinion, poor business people-- horrible to deal with!
