My order for a new Specialized Sirrus X 4.0 was canceled by Specialized at another bike shop. I then called The Bike Route & they had just received the exact bike the previous day. I paid for it over the phone & they kept it for a month until I could pick it up. Great sales experience. After a couple of weeks I had a problem with the crank set coming loose (very prone to this bike). I returned the bike & the mechanic said he had fixed over 100 bikes with the same problem. They fixed it the same day. Excellent repair experience. I would highly recommend the folks at The Bike Route for both sales & repairs.
Great group of people. They stayed on top of an order that took months to get in. Bike assembled perfectly. They took the time to match my height to the seat and also to point out the bike features. Great pricing. Definitely the place to go for your bicycle needs.
Amazing bike shop! They are super friendly, positive, and built my bike very fast. Ill definitely be going back in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Amazing shop! Excellent service. Made my gently used trike near perfect! Thanks guys! Love it
Drove 3 hours to get a particular bike only they had. First off the staff is really great, Julie and the 2 other sales guys were really friendly and helped me get the right accessories for my bike. The mechanics were also great, friendly, answered my questions and showed me a couple things about the bike. Great experience overall. The bike itself, a 2021 Giant Stance 2,is great, the paint is a little, less than spectacular . But overall very happy. The bike route setup my tires tubeless before I left. I rode around for about 25 minutes before loading the bike up and heading back. When I got home the front tire was flat and wouldn’t hold air when I pumped it up.I was really stoked to ride that next day,so I was bummed out a bit, especially since I drove 6 hours round trip for the bike,I wasn’t going to drive back over a tire. Fortunately Trek shop nearby resealed it for free! And it was good to go. Also my pedals are on so tight I cannot get them off,the special wrench for pedals even stripped out trying to loosen them. No tools I have work. Back to trek I guess.Overall, the Bike Route is a great shop, with super staff. I highly recommend them.
How do these guys get such great reviews? They are rude on the phone. They are rude when you come in to buy expensive seats, they are rude when you need service on a bike you didnt purchase from them.Thank goodness I found the Trek store.
I had some simple work done on my bike. The work was done at a high standard and the person who helped me was very nice. They are getting 3 stars because the person that wasnt helping me was taking offence to everything I was saying, even though I was going out of my way to have a friendly conversation with the person helping me. The offended party was not being addressed or even spoken too, but he couldnt keep his emotions at bay. I would have given 2.5 stars, but that is not an option. Overall, my experience was half good and half bad. I gave three stars, instead of two, because the person that helped me was nice and knowledgeable.
So quick. They know all e bikes
Don’t trust bike route with tuning up your mountain bike! They do not know what they are doing and neither do they care about the quality service they give. I have a high end full suspension bike that needed a tune up. When I dropped the bike off, I talked to Bill. Asked if he could give my bike a tune up and fix the dropper seat post that would not stay up. He said he would see what he can do...I called the next day to see if my bike was done. It wasn’t and he informed me that he was trying to learn how to take the seat post apart and maintenance it!? He needed a tool from his house to take apart and was off the next day. So my bike was not ready until Saturday...fine.I ended up giving him a chance to figure it out, which should have been no issue for a bike mechanic. Mistake. I went back to bike route for pick up. Nothing was done on the bike that I could see but adding grease to the seat post. No work ticket was made, no verbal confirmation of what was done with the bike. Clearly their shop is overloaded with work. I had to ask questions and the guys there didn’t know what was done on my bike.Later, I checked out my bike and nothing was taken apart beside the dropper post. Brake lines werent flushed, not cleaned, no adjustments. Seat post over greased. Could’ve just spent the money to replace the seat post.$77 wasted. I would have gladly paid more for a completed tune up. The brakes were not bled, suspension very low, not pumped, several parts not lubed. What was done??🤷🏻♀️I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am very displeased with their service and want others to be warned!
I think the bike route is a wonderful place. It’s a family owned business who takes pride in helping their customers find the right bike for their needs. I went there with two of my friends to look at E bikes and they took all the time we needed an answered any questions. We ended up buying four e bikes and all of us are very satisfied with the product and customer service we received.I would highly recommend this to my family and friends as they are very knowledgeable and service orientated.
Best repair shop in Ft Myers that Ive been to. Prices on tune up and cleaning very reasonable. Surprising how much smoother bike peddles afterwards.
I found the staff very friendly with good suggestions and great pricing from what I saw elsewhere. I bought my bike within an hour and have enjoyeed it ever since. It still sits inside my townhouse as I don t want to leave it outside. Perfect bike for my needs!
The Bike Route was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking for two 3 wheeled bicycles and were fully prepared to order them and wait due to the pandemic. Much to our delight and surprise, they had 4 in stock! We test drove a few and settled on the ones that we wanted. Eric was awesome and made sure that each bicycle fit us comfortably before we purchased them. We had the added bonus of the owner delivering them to us later that same day. We have ridden them almost every day and are so happy with our purchase. Everyone we dealt with at The Bike Route were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I would HIGHLY recommend The Bike Route for all your bicycle needs!
Great customer service and helpfulness of staff is amazing. This is one of the few bicycle stores in SW Florida with descent stock for road, mountain and cruise bikes alike. Recommended highly.
Excellent service! FAST installation, they always have what you need ; they keep great inventory. Very nice people.
Im from out of town and was looking for a reliable, respectable bike shop that I could trust with walking me through the process of purchasing. Linda was one of the most helpful people I’ve experienced in a retail setting. The walked me through the steps of which bike or parts I’d need for my specific requests as well as had the upmost patience for me. My bike was ready for me in no time! The turn around for their repairs as well (I blew a tire running over a nail near a construction site in Naples), I believe the young man I spoke to about it was Eric. Super relaxed atmosphere, I like to know how things worked and he explained to me how they patch their tires! Overall 100/10 experience with these folks and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning for a third trip soon.
Lisa who is the owner was extremely rude! She did not greet me when I went to pick up my bike even though she knew who I was. She then proceeded to say that the flat tire was my fault which really to me it looks like they actually cut the stem. I will never return and I’m very disappointed. In the past I dealt with Bob who was nice.
Great place...good service, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful...I shopped around but ended here for my E-bike..so glad I chose Bike Route...I go there often.
Nice very professional people to deal with .we need to support our local business.
I went to the Bike Route with 2 friends to look at their e bikes.Bob Smith was very knowledgeable and and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. All three of us ended up buying bikes.I would highly recommend the Bike Route and Bob Smith
Great service, fantastic mechanics.Bob had me back on the road in one day, after I damaged my rear wheel. He is a genius. If you have any problems with your bicycle, look no further, just ask for him. You cant go wrong!
This bike shop is great. Since moving to the area, I have purchased 2 bikes from here. They always have the time to answer your questions and adjust or repair your bike. Recently, I was in the market for an electric bike. Bob was an expert in explaining the differences between various brands, models, horsepower, battery life and maintenance. I choose an EG bike and can’t be happier. In fact so far four of my neighbors also went to the Bike Route and purchased EG electric bikes after riding mine.
I would definitely avoid this bike shop. Ive been to the shop multiple times as I was planning on placing an order with them. Getting bikes right now is crazy. While I was waiting to order my bikes we dropped off a bike to get a tune up. When we picked up the bike, the shop said nothing other than taking our money and tell us your bike is sitting outside. I actually jumped on the bike for the first ride only to find out the handlebars were crooked, the bike fell in and out of gear, and the brakes were sticking. We also went back inside and asked about some missing parts and were told you could just find those online. If we could just get everything online, why go and support a local bike shop. I took the bike home and fixed it. When I worked on the bike I also measured the chain to find out that it is completely stretched out Beyond its working capacity. That should have been mentioned at pick up.The tune up only got a set of $5 brake pads. This is also the most unfriendly store on all the times I went. The owner is pretty nice but everybody else there seems to absolutely hate their job and it shows. I will definitely not be ordering my bikes from this shop.
Came down to Florida for a few days of riding. Find out a had a flat tire that needed fixed. They fixed it at a reasonable price and had it back the same day so I didnt lose any riding time.
I had the genius idea of trying to buy a bike in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone was sold out. But they took my name and number, and said theyd call me when the bike I wanted came in. As a backup, I preordered a bike online. Both of them came available at the same time, but I appreciated the personal service at The Bike Route and supporting local businesses is important. Im really happy with my bike.
Great store. Bought e bikes and they are so much fun 5 people in my neighborhood went here and bought e bikes too.
Words cannot describe the poor customer service this place has. The bike route is obviously for the experienced cyclist. I really do not understand how they have the reviews they have. I have been there multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this last experience has drawn the line. I went in there to get a spare tube for my specialized rockhopper. I spent a good amount of money on this bike Im quite proud of it. So naturally when I need maintenance and upgrades done Im going to take it to a bike shop to have it professionally done. While in there getting my tube I had some questions about upgrades full suspension bikes and ebikes. But I quickly realized my inner tube for my bicycle does not cost enough to get full attention from a staff member of the bike route. now the person reading this review is probably going to think Im over exaggerating and Im the male version of a Karen. so I strongly insist that you go in there and get the same poor customer service that I have gotten. Now when I say I was giving the bike route the benefit of the doubt, Im saying that because four out of the six friends that I have that I bicycle with but bicycles with me from there. All four of them have complained about their customer service experience with the bike route. They have taken their business elsewhere after their first two visits. My other two friends describe the place as junk. But me being a person that likes to form their own opinions kept going to the bike route. I could sit here and go on and on about my experience with them but Im not going to. Instead Im going to let the bike route and whoever reads this know, that when I go get my crank and brakes and cassettes upgraded and maintenance. It will be done at the bike shop on Fowler. I hate to be like that guys but after judging the level of customer service, I dont have confidence and leaving my bike there for you guys to work on. This review has nothing to do with the bicycle mechanics because I have not spoke to any of them nor have I had work done by the bike route. So I have to apologize to the mechanics. I am a tradesman myself and a lot of my livelihood is dictated by our sales team. And if your sales team is not treating customers with respect or trying to get customers in the door then that means no work. So to sum this all up if youre an amateur cyclist like I am then I would not recommend the bike route to you. but if youre the type of customer that doesnt ask questions and just spends money then the bike route is your place!
We bought a nice e-bike for my wife a couple of months ago for $1500. At the time, they told us to bring it in for a check up after a month or so to make sure it was still tuned properly. I was a bit disappointed when I brought it in that they would need at least two days before it would be ready. Nothing about an appointment. This is a new bike without any issues!
Great products and service. A family business. We bought two bikes after test driving them twice. They set us up for the test ride told us where to go and sent us off. We have a “stable” of bikes, but love these bikes, that we donated four of our stable to a charity that this shop supports. (Our new bikes are Townies). Thanks Bike Route!
Good experience I buy a good bike The way I like it.
Absolutely the best bikes tore in town ! Gave us great service and very detailed in explaining the bikes, let us test drive them and everything .. highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯💯
I had a terrible and painful experience with The Bike Route store in Fort Myers. Although Dan who was the first person with whom I dealt, was courteous and encouraged me to get a Cannondale bike, my subsequent interactions with the manager of the store namely Bill Wallstedt were very unpleasant to say the least. He wanted me to get a Specialized bike instead because he could not get the Cannondale model that I was interested in. I then purchased a Cannondale Synapse Neo1 from REI on line but the rear wheel needed to be trued and adjusted. The Bike Route shop is close to my residence and I wanted to utilize them for servicing my new bike. I gave them the bike for the repair and when I ask Mr Wallstedt when the bike would be ready, he rudely and irritatingly said that I will receive a call. I should have walked away then but went ahead and left them the bike. Two days went by with no calls from them so this morning I get to the store and saw that they were just about to start to work on my bike. When I complained that it has been 48 hrs since they had the bike, I was rudely told that they were busy. The mechanic told me to return later in the afternoon. When I asked if I could wait for the bike since I know that truing a bike wheel is not a hernia repair the mechanic with a mouth full of sarcasm said well if you want to wait here until this afternoon that it was up to me.I had had it with them at that point and I ask for the bike and walked away and went to Trek Bicycle Store of Fort Myers where I was received with courtesy and respect and the repairs were done immediately. They also charged me $25.00 where the estimate that I received from The Bike Route was $50.00.I would not recommend this store colleague doctors, my patients or my friends. The staff needs to lean to treat customers with a bit more patience and respect.Claude D, M.D.
In fort Myers for a funeral with a child’s wheelchair with flat tires and without hesitation they filled them and wished us a good day.Much appreciated!!
Very helpful and friendly. I needed parts that were no longer available and they spent the time digging through what they had trying to find something I could use. Of course I have been there there for many other things. That was just a good example of them going out of their way to assist me. Highly recommended bike shop.
My wife and I came in today to buy cruiser bikes,as we had been pretty stir crazy during the COVID-19 pandemic.Perhaps our first red flag was that none of the staff in the shop (we saw three) had any face masks on. The gentleman that came to help us (tall, skinny guy) informed us that they didnt have any cruisers, had been out for 2-3 months, and would be out for another 2-3 months. He nodded toward another bike nearby and said that it was the closest bike to a cruiser, but that it was $675.The way he said the price was such that either he thought that the bike wasnt worth it, or that he didnt think that we were worth it. Either way, I took it as advice as he went back to working on a bike behind the counter. We looked around for a bit, and as nobody else approached us we left.We are thankful, though, as we spent just over $1300 elsewhere on two bikes and all of the trimmings. If you are curious where, see my review just before this one.
Service beyond service. This has been my bike shop for over six years. The number is in my phone. Its who I call about bikes.
Products are good. Staff nice. Made a purchase.
Bike Route is my bike store, have used this shop for the past 15 years and they have worked with as I put 30,000 miles on my bike. That represents lots of tires and inner tubes and tuneups. Thank you for the great service and the bike that you sold me.
I needed a different type of bike now that I am significantly over 18, and they were so helpful in listening to what it is I want in a bike, assessing my ability and helping me test a few bikes. The bike I purchased is very different from my previous bike, and now I wondered how I was getting along with the old bike. I ride about 15 miles a day, 7 days a week.
Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did not try to up-sale into something I didn’t need. The bike I got is perfect for me and just what I needed! Thank you to staff!
Great experience, took rear wheel in with broken spokes, was asked about the history of the wheel, given options, was in/out with a new wheel with all gear transferred from the old wheel in 15 minutes. 👍
This place has the best customer service. They are always friendly and very helpful. They fixed my bike the same day it was brought in. They had all the parts in stock and I was out riding again that night. My bike is like brand new now that they tweaked all the gears. They also told me how to maintain my bike to keep it lasting longer. I really appreciate when people actually like the job they do and it shows with their amazing customer service. They also have a ton of great bikes for sale and a lot of fun additions to your bikes and will install it for you too. I highly recommend them!!!
Awesome shop. Had a bike stolen while travelling and needed a replacement. This shop went over and above to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this place. Because of them this 30 day bike excursion has been salvaged.
Eric was extremely informative and helpful! He went above and beyond with helping me in the purchase of bikes.
I needed to get my seat fixed, and this shop seemed to have the most accessories in stock based upon the photos I could see on some of these reviews. I popped in and they hooked me right up, figuring out the equipment problem, recommending a new seat and installing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great visit. I liked it so much that my wife and I went back a few days later and bought two new bikes. I felt like we were the only customers that mattered because they immediately jumped on building both bikes for us. We went back a day later to pick them up, and all is GOOD! These guys will by my go-to bike shop for stuff and Id recommend them to anyone.
Can’t say enough how great these guys are, super willing to help with a wealth of knowledge and great prices
I bought a bicycle for both my daughter and myself from this store. The employees seemed courteous and helpful. When I received a flat tire a few months after purchase and returned for repair they replaced the inner tube and checked for the cause unsuccessfully but send me on my way with the bike repaired. So I take the bike home and ride it for 5 minutes on the side of my house to make sure the tire is good. Everything seems fine so I bring it inside my house. The next morning low and behold the tire is flat again. Now I can understand that there is a possibility that I may have run over something in those 5 minutes and received a new flat tire but this seems a bit unlikely and extremely coincidental. Now in my opinion a good business should replace this $20 item for free. Unfortunately they would rather lose my future business and the business of everyone I know for $20. That is not the kind of company I like to frequent and I would not recommend this store to anyone. The complete lack of customer service and responsibility for their faulty repairs, not to mention its a 20 minute drive for me each way and I had to make the trip 2x in 2 days. This really saddens me because I had recommended this store to a few friends and some family members and now I have to retract my recommendation and make sure that they do not go here.
We have been researching electric bicycles for quite some time and as we have seen The Bike Route for several years but never stopped in, I thought we would stop in and see if they carried electric bikes. After stopping in yesterday we had the pleasure of getting assistance from Steven, probably one of the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesmen we ever met.Steven encouraged us to test ride one of their electric bikes (and this was the first time for either of us to actually rode an electric bike). We are very good cyclist, and have 6 different styles of bicycles in our garage that we ride on Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel etc..We were having such a nice time visiting with Steven and taking short little rides down the covered walkway (since it was barely drizzle raining outside and we didnt want to get the bike wet). Even though we didnt want to get the bike dirty, Steven was gracious and encouraged us saying it is no big deal to wipe off the bike. Long story short, I was feeling warm and fuzzy and could tell that Mark was considering purchasing these two bikes at $2,300 each. I was taking it for one last ride without the power on to see how it heavy it feels to ride without power, which was remarkably easier than I thought.During that last ride the owner came outside and told Steven and Mark that due to the rain and the powerfulness of the bikes that we couldnt ride the bike anymore. Steven told the owner that this was our last ride and that the power on the bike was not currently turned on. The owner said again very firmly that the rides were over. We totally understand the liabilities of testing a powerful electric bike in the rain, but the owner was overly harsh in telling us about it. Other than that slightly negative experience it was a great visit and we highly recommend Steven at The Bike Route if you are looking at any bicycle purchase and we still may come back after checking out some other bike shops and bike models.
Just moved from NY and was looking for a decent bike and came upon The Bike Route Inc. I was amazed at the excellent quality of customer service! My sales associate Dan was extremely helpful explaining each type of bicycle to suit my needs and let me try each one of them out. Highly recommended!
This place is great, super helpful staff. I have purchased 4 bikes and they have taken care of me on tune ups as well. If your looking for quality and professional service, look no further.
This place is the best Bill is the man this is a family owned business and I love them they’ve been so gracious and kind. They sold me an awesome bike, an e.g. 350 bike thing works awesome I lost the key like a jerk they got me a new one immediately I love them can’t express my gratitude enough I recommend this place to everybody. -Colt Tomlinson
Great place! The service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Relatively nice shop. Seems like theyd have almost anything youre looking for. Felt a little rushed, but it was right when they opened. Ill definitely be back. I bought clipless pedals and they said if I couldnt figure out how to put them on theyd help me if I bring up my bike. I thought that was very generous to offer.
My husband and I recently retired in Cape Coral and were looking for new bikes to ride. We checked out several bikes shops in Cape Coral but the positive reviews on the web about Bike Route in Ft. Myers prompted us to check them out. The reviews said that Bike Route had great customer service and we have to agree. We would recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a bike. They have a great selection of bikes and Bob had us try a few brands of comfort bikes. It was easy to test ride them in the large parking lot where the store is located. We were able to compare the different rides of the bikes without high pressure sales. This is the place to go if you are looking for a bike. Great friendly, honest staff. Prices were comparable to other bike shops. Highly recommend this bike shop.
Having been well pleased with work done by The Bike Route techs for several years, and wanting to replace my 14 year old worn out road bike, it was a no brainer to check out their website. There I found and filled out an online questionnaire about my biking habits and preferences, and within a few days was contacted by Bill Smith with a recommendation. A test ride quickly convinced me that the Cannondale CAAD12 was a huge step up from my old bike and I was hooked. Love my bike, and cant say enuf good about the staff.
Great selection on parts and great customer service I will recommend to my friends
These guys are great and local as it gets. I like to support local biz, especially entrepreneurs, and if anything I just wish we could’ve done a little lower price for the tune up. But they did a great job and I’d recommend them for customer service and good cycle culture. I learned a lot here.
I must say, this store is miles ahead of its competitors. The staff is amazing and their prices are the best in town. Most of their prices are on par with Amazon but you can get it the same day AND help out a local business that has been in the Fort Myers area for decades. Steve and Dan always help me pick what products are right for me. Do yourself a favor and stop by. I have fallen in love with this store so much that I make weekly visits.
Awesome bike shop. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they just get the job done! Bill did my bike fit and the very next day I did my first century ride pain free from the fit. Highly recommend a bike fit here. The mechanics are spot too. Trued a used purchased ebay wheelset for me and came out like brand new! Cant thank these guys enough.
Support your local bike shop!!!!First of all, there is no comparison between the best department store bike and the worst bike shop bike, which wins hands-down, but the price difference is not as much as you would think and the bike shop bikes are actually serviceable versus basically disposable.Second, most bike shops sell high quality bikes, the quality of the bikes themselves are not that different from shop to shop. Its the SERVICE that matters!!! I have bought or had the Bike Route assemble at least 7 bikes over the last 15 years and then have had them service them after the fact. They dont recommend unnnecessary services and when service is needed, i have found that many other bike shops charge much more.Couldnt possibly recommend Bob, Linda and Bill more highly!!
I was initially quoted a price of $80 for the necessary services and then increased the price to $100. He later informs that it will cost $150. I did not appreciate being forced to pay a price I did not agree to especially since I physically brought the bike to them to inspect it and was initially quoted a price for everything that needed to be done. I would have sought a different place. Very disappointed with the way they continuously justified increasing the price.
Great for a bike rental. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Thank you for helping to upgrade our 100-year-old father’s adult tricycle. Eric explained we could deliver the bike to the shop where they could assemble and then deliver it to nearby Seven Lakes. Very kind.
I dont often leave reviews for businesses unless I have a customer service experience that makes me feel obligated to do so. Well, I can truly say this is the place to go in Fort Myers for bike service and repairs! The customer service was beyond fantastic. Not only was my bike repaired perfectly at a fair price, but I also learned about some other regular bike maintenence items and things to look for in the process. The folks here went so far out of their way to make sure I was happy with my repair, I almost felt like leaving a tip! Instead, Ill just take all my bike repair work to The Bike Route Inc. from now on! Trust me, you should do the same!
Great first experience at The Bike Route. Everyone was friendly, helpful and of course they took care of my repair needs the same day at a very fair price.
Customer service is horrible. When you call you have to be the one to be friendly because their answer is “what you want.” I give this person an award in customer service.
THANKS DAN @ BIKE ROUTE YOU MADE MY TOWNIE PURCHASE A PLEASURE. DAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE OFFERED A GREAT DEAL AND MADE THE DELIVERY A BREEZE.THANKS FOR ALL THE HELPFUL ADVISE ILL BE BACK FOR A NEW TOWNIE FOR MYSELF REAL SOON. GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS !
They had the bike I needed and worked with me to set it up right
I wish you would of performed a safety test. Right side brake are real soft.
Staff was courteous and fast. No complicated, 3-page rental agreements. Just a nice bike. Enjoyed my ride!
Folks are courteous, and professional. Prices are reasonable.
Staff at first seemed helpful, but when I questioned about a bike rack the tone of the sales guy seemed somewhat condescending. Therefore, what was seconds away from buying a bike and rack costing around $1,000.00 turned into a no sale and I left. Attitude is everything! If this is how I expect to treated after I made a purchase. Looking elsewhere.
Quick service and fair cost to repair flat tire.
Not a good high end shop if you have a very good bike. Tuneup not Good and then got a lecture from the kid who did the work on how my bike was dirty and he got his hands all dirty doing the work, price was 3 x what was quoted and front derailler did not work, had to fix myself . Will do the tuneup myself next time and get it done right and save the money. BTW I am a USCF Cat 3 and ride 12,000 miles per year, so not just a guy on a Huffy from Walmart.
Great service and a fair price for my bike repair.
These guys always do great work and the prices are reasonable.
Great service. Friendly people.
Great place, friendly staff and very efficient when making repairs.
Been there for repairs a couple of times and they are excellent .
Supburb tune-up with polite service. My bike went into the shop showing its age and it came out riding new again .
Went to Bike Route the 1st time last week.. all I can say is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. ....!!!!
Rude salesman.
Lots of options. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Condescending and rude unless youre buying a new expensive bike. Dont have time or patience for lesser customers
Very professional and honest good atmosphere and prices !!
Bought a $1000 bike and called to ask questions. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. Wish I had bought elsewhere
The owner stayed late on a Friday to help me out. You dont find many places like that anymore. This is the only bike stores I would go to
Nice people, good bikes, all for bikers
Prices are extremely high, but they do sell quality bikes, if buying new. Their used selection is a joke, though (Ive seen better and cheaper bikes at garage sales).
Great customer service and pricing!
Friendlly, great service
Customer service A+++
