Shoreline is the most amazing flooring supply company! Keith and his crew do the very best they can do with what they are provided with. It is very sad that individuals like Tyler Dowland think that companies should specialize just for him. If a company isnt equipped to provide a certain service...point blank they cant do it! The whole Shoreline family from Miami to Jacksonville work their tails off to serve the public. This company screams dedication!!!

Needed about 600 ft of baseboard. They sell only in 16ft lengths. Spoke with the manager, Keith, to see if they could cut it down to 8ft sections so I could take it since I dont have a trailor to take it. He was rude about it saying they dont care what happens after the point of sale, but it was up to me to figure it out. Good thing a number of the other flooring stores in the area will help me with that! Too bad too, because this place was recommended to me by a flooring installation company. Ill make sure they know about this.

What Mr. Dowland fails to mention is that we are not equipt with chop saws in house to even cut the peices in question. I offered him to bring his own saw in and cut them in order to help him out. I have been servicing Lee County with Shoreline for 15 years and have had many people say that our customer service is outstanding!I have hundreds of very loyal customers that would disagree with his review! I am sorry that Mr. Dowland had a bad experience, but to expect us to do things we are not equipt to do to satisfy someone elses obvious lack of preperation is unfortunate.
