The best Publix Ive ever been in! Updated produce section and ample variety!

Friendly and helpful people, clean facility and good bargains.

I love Publix and only shop them. Id like to see management tweek the deli back to where it was a couple of weeks ago. Service is getting slow and the deli staff seem to lose care within customer care.

Found everything I needed and zipped right through the cashiers line. Great for a Wednesday at 4pm . Needed help at the lottery Station but that cashier wasnt in the mood to help. So I was lucky to have a customer help.

Very pleased service. Well stocked.When in Florida they are my go to for every need. Top quality and fresh foods. Great deli selections

Their pharmacy staff are so nice. Theres this woman who works there (wish I got her name) - long salt and pepper hair - beautiful person!

We received Publix catering for 110+ employees for over 15 events this past month, and the Deli Team at this location is PHENOMENAL. Everything was perfectly portioned, always fresh, and great quality. I cannot thank Chevala Franklin and Marisol Guzman enough for the ease of ordering and executing. They represent the Publix brand tremendously well!

I want to like it butanguage understanding barriers make it hard. If I want rare roast beef then I know cutting it from the center of a roast is much more juicy and rare than slcing from the end near the outside. Just common sense and knowledge, not an argument. Spanish lady wasnt listening to me only trying to convince me she knew better and its all the same.

I bought a box of chicken for dinner, get it home, everyone started eating and realized the chicken was not cooked all the way through. I take my box of chicken back, the lady at the customer service desk was very kind and extremely nice, but when the first manager comes up he looks at me like I’m lying and calls for the deli manager, who talked to me in such a rude way. She wanted to let me know they cook their chicken for 13 minutes, and I should call ahead of time and they will cook it longer.Well as much as I like Publix and this was is close to home...I will not be back.Publix just lost a customer who would come in at least 3-4 times a week.Customer Service is the key to keep happy customers..maybe these managers need to take a class on customer service.

This is our Publix. We not only shop for groceries there but get our prescriptions filled there as well. The people are very friendly and get the job done.

I just had a incredibly pleasant experience today and was compelled to share it. Ive been coming to this Publix for over a year now as its the most convenient place to shop for most of Gateway, and the staff has always been polite and friendly but not to the extent of what I witnessed today. I want to specifically praise Halyna who was so kind and personable with her genuine interest in helping find what I needed and her glowing positive attitude. She is a phenomenal example of what Publix employee can be when embracing the Where Shopping is a Pleasure motto, and is why I will continue to shop at Publix whenever I can. Thank you Halyna for your assistance and I hope that someone reading this sees it and gives you a raise or commendation for your outstanding service!

This is a well run Publix location with good convenience.

Visit with the pharmacy today. And bakery. Very well stock everything was nice and clean. Just enjoy going to Publix. They have everything I need and extra.

Where are the masks? I saw a lot of people without masks on today. Very surprised. Other Publix stores, almost everyone wearing a mask. Also wondering why every Publix is laid out so differently. Why not make them all the same so if youre in one, you know what aisle to go to for bread or peanut butter or other items? Other than that, seemed pretty clean.

Best Publix in Fort Myers! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also seem to enjoy their jobs compared to other locations. This location is also very very clean and always fully stocked. They go above and beyond to get you want your needing. During covid they also stayed very clean and keep all carts spotless. They also have great fresh seafood daily. Love it. Kudos to the management for having such a great team and Kudos to the team members for creating and maintaining a consistent quality service.

Its amazing how different Publixs can be when you go from one side of Gateway to the other. I prefer this location over the Publix near Colonial and 82. Service is always good, though it is a little aggravating when the stores layouts are different; I guess thats what they mean though when you find your Publix.I love the ready-to-cook meals as well as the hot meals ready to take out. You can pick up a hot meal for the same price as a fast food chains combo, but you feel good about yourself after eating Publixs food. Do I even have to mention PubSub?

It would have been good but numerous people without masks. Three guys came in together and went to the deli. No one said a word to them about not having a mask. Also, numerous people going down aisles the wrong way. I know you cant watch that but I do think you can say something to the unmasked people.

Dont bother ordering a sandwich online to avoid contact with other people. I ordered and paid for one and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there at the time it said and it wasnt ready. I waited 10 more minutes to talk someone because they were all busy making other sandwiches. Once they realized I was waiting for my sandwich still it took another 10 minutes to get it. So after 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I finally got it.

My favorite Publix. The line moves quickly, not overcrowded.

They have a drive through pharmacy which is amazing with the pandemic going on. Dont have to get out of the car to get your meds!
