They definitely went above and beyond what I was hoping for! As a former employee at Advanced Sound and image, I thought I should offer my opinion on the company. They don’t tolerate nonsense and they are straight forward. However they have always been respectful and even use to round up our checks. 40 hours was guaranteed. Excellent customer service, and very professional. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had 2 TVs mounted using my existing equipment. Even though one of the mounts was broken, he put in the extra effort to bend the metal in place so it could be used. These guys are simply incredible. I already had a surround sound system but never had it set up, and I knew I needed a big TV to go with it. I stopped in and spoke with Robert about TV sizes based on room size, quality of wall mounts to use, and how to go about getting the best possible setup for my movie room. Robert and his best wiring guy showed up the next day to properly evaluate my space and determine what their plan of action would be so they could give me the best estimate they could which already made me feel like a valued customer before we ever even agreed to anything!I received the estimate on a Monday, I agreed to it on a Wednesday, and these guys were in my attic behind the walls on Friday! It was all too easy, the guys were pretty quick but very thorough, and I couldnt be happier. When they say they have a guy that can get a wire to anywhere, they mean it! They got me a great price on an 82 TV, had no issues with setting up and mounting my existing surround sound, and did it all for a great price. Highly recommend!

These guys are outstanding! I cant tell how helpful and tech savvy they are. Been working with them for a year and was able to purchase equipment from them (reasonable prices) and they set it all up. They even did the wall mounting and got rid of age old DVRs. They coordinated with Hotwire_Fusion to get me all set up. I wanted a Universal remote to get rid of the four I had and they set me up with a Harmony remote that works wonderful. It took a couple tutorials as Im 70+ years old but they were patient and got me through it. I have subsequently called them for additional help and they have always been willing to help me. This is rather long, but, I wanted readers to understand that these guys are at the top of their game. Strongly recommend!
