Checked this store for Halloween costumes mainly masks. Nice masks but hardly many options. Prices are a little high.

Walked in with just a concept of a Halloween costume. I was immediately greeted and helped by Jaymira (not sure of spelling), who helped me find a wig which is almost the exact thing I had in mind. Then I wandered away and was greeted by Tia, who helped me find the “gown” I needed as well as the candles. These 2 are superb at customer service and deserve a ton of praise…. Maybe even a pay raise!

Found exactly what I needed for my daughters costume party. Associates are so helpful here.

All of the employees are very nice. Ive never had a bad experience here. My very large birthday ballon popped on the way out to my car, and they graciously replaced it. Its a go to for all events and holidays.

Soooo many balloons! My goodness, they have everything you need for a party. Even pop up trash containers. So well organized by theme. It made me smile just to browse. Really worth a visit.

While I realize the staff is not to blame, they are merely following managements directions, it is extremely disappointing that fitting rooms are unavailable! If I have to buy something and hope it fits, I might as well stay home and shop in comfort!

It was early in the day not a lot of customers yet. We needed some balloons for my Dads 90th birthday. Which they have a big selection of. The store clerk was friendly and immediately help us with what we needed. The store appeared organized and clean.

Good selection. There was a lot of empty shelves but I did find most of what I was looking for. The two girls at the front were very helpful.

Went to pick up an online order. Quick and easy. Walked in it was ready to go.1😁

Worst customer service, they don’t care about the customers, huge difference from the one at coconut point ! Needs a good manager and better employees!

Tried to make a return with the receipt and they would only put the money on a card... Not even the card I made my purchase on, which was the debit card (same as cash transaction) the solution that was offered was to give store credit instead of cash back.

Male worker walking around legit burping his previous nights drinks. Most employees engaged with them selfs to even notice someone trying to check out.

Had everything that I needed for my kids parties & were very helpful.

I stop by on November 19th at 415 and was super impressed with both be female associate and male manager who helped me out. A Receipt I needed to hand in to my job got lost and the staff spent literally 30 minutes helping find the receipt and reprint it for me. Im so grateful to them!! Everyone went above and beyond to help me!

When my husband and I walked in, it looked like a trash pit. I gave it a whirl anyway. As I walked through l was more disappointed with every step l took. Yes this was my first time in one of these stores and yes it will be the last! You see these great commercials on TV and think this place is going to be great when you walk in. Maybe l was expecting too much but l went home and bought better stuff on line!I hope it was just a bad store and they are not all the same for everyones sake it would be a shame if they all looked like this one.

Everything was organized decently, however, I went in when they were re-arranging and organizing exactly what I needed.. BBQ/Luau party supplies because there was very little to choose from but then I found some boxes and realized everything was in there! I did look through it a bit but in the end I found enough that I felt happy with being about to decorate. However, we found some really awesome graduation and graduation party items so that was a huge plus!

The store was fine. And per usual... I showed up around 6 after rushing there from after work for least min items for a party and the Fenton l gentlemen was extremely rude. I wasnt entertained by his rush to get me out of the store by yelling that they were closed at me. I dont typically go there because if the low class feeling I get there by the treatment from the employees. Will no be going back.

Im shopping for wedding decorations. In 2 days, Ive been to both the Cape Coral and Fort Myers locations. I found the latter to be better organized, less cluttered, more fully stocked, as well as having more clerks available.

Great selection they have extra large balloons at 10.00+ they offer helium party decor packages.

This is a great place for any party needs you may have they have huge selection, and plenty of service representatives to help

This place was a zoo, but of course it was 2 days b4 Halloween, that is to be expected. But the good news is I found what I was looking for 👍🏾😁

I went into the Party City in Fort Myers, FL today, off of US 41, in the Page Field Plaza. I have NEVER been so insulted. I went in to check out a few wigs, and some colored hair spray. I entered the store with a wallet and my clothing had NO pockets, nor another compartment to take anything. As I was on the phone with my husband I realized I was being following by two employees. (Mind you, I have nowhere to place any items). I decided that I would not go with the wig from Party City and placed it back on the peg, I then left the store. I parked close to the entrance, at this point I am in my car backing out, with my window down. The two employees that were following myself are by my car, I heard one state in her walkie-talkie, that I had already entered my car. They then proceed to each collect one cart from their parking lot, as if that is why they are out there. I was management myself for a retail store, I understand the process when they feel that someone is stealing. This was by far the WORST way to approach it. I feel disgusted with Party City and its Fort Myers employees. Not a single person offered me any assistance while I spent my lunch break browsing the store, instead they waited for me to leave, and did not even follow me out fast enough to approach me. I was not speed walking, I could have been intercepted at any point by the multiple employees who did NOT provide any sort of customer service. Rather than be followed out and hear they radio back to one another that I had gotten away. It is truly sad and sickening the experience I had today. I will NEVER return to another Party City again after my experience today. I have been a loyal customer to Party City for the past 13 years. I buy my childrens birthday supplies, class party supplies, Halloween costumes and small decor. I will gladly take my business to the Halloween Megastore across the street for any future events. If I had the ability to select zero stars. I would have left it at zero stars.

Party city was my go two, when it comes to halloween and this year was no diffrent. I highly recommend this place. Athough i think the workers could be nicer because they were kinda rude

So Im so upset at this place. I came in to get balloons spoke to an employee about the balloons and did not once tell me that they were out of helium wasted my time and breath in this place. They should have at least posted a note on the door so customers wouldnt waste their time here to then find out they cant even fill them. How can a party city be out of helium. Whoever does the truck orders is horrible.

Out of helium!?! After I bought the balloons from them a month ago so I knew they would be available, I came in to get them filled and I was told they could fill two. Two balloons!!! I brought it to the store manager and he blamed it on China and the terrorists. Im not joking. Thankfully I found somewhere else that had plenty of helium and had no idea what that guy was talking about. I vote we renamed this Party City to Party Pooper!

You should be ashamed of yourselves for how understaffed you are right before Christmas. There are TWO employees here with 20 customers.

I did not like the way they were treating me, It was my last time ever at that location and the staff were not nice at all, had a question and they kinda were trying to walk away and ignore!
