Wanted to come in for a haircut on a Sunday. Called to confirm that the barber was there. I asked “is this a barber,” I received a response of “no this is a strip club” from the woman answering the phone. I asked several more times because I wanted to make sure the barber was on duty. She said to hold on. I assumed she was gonna hand the phone to the barber to speak with me. Instead she picks up a minute later and I ask if the barber is on staff. She says she can’t hear me. This goes back and forth until I’ve asked the same question a few times. Obviously the woman on the line could hear me as she kept responding to my question with “I can’t hear you.” I eventually hung up as it was a waste of time. Was looking forward to coming here and having a haircut and smoke, but I guess I will not plan to come here any longer. Not sure if the woman who answered the phone thought she was being funny, or if she was drunk, or didn’t want my business, but either way it was terrible customer service and I’ll never bother going here.

This is a great cigar bar! Good vibes, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. I have gone up to this place with friends and alone either way you always meet great people and can count on enjoying some fun conversations with like-minded people.

Cigar Cutters is a great spot to meet with friends after work to grab a few drinks and catch the game. Staff is super friendly and not only can you grab drinks but they have a great cigar selection(you can smoke here too)! Plenty of food venues in the plaza order and and have your lunch or dinner at the bar or in one of the comfy chairs. Oh and the best part need a haircut? They can do that too! Full service barber shop out back to get you looking fresh and clean in no time! Highly recommend you check them out whether a local or a snow bird great vibes here!

Cigar cutters is by far one of my favorite places to hang out. Whenever I’m there, I have a nice glass of wine and choose a cigar from there beautiful humidor. Service is always great, and the new owners are a delight. If you get hungry, they have menus so you can order from blu sushi next door and eat it at their bar. It’s a cozy place with a cool vibe. Tons of TVs and they have a sports package so they put on whatever games you like. Overall great experience, it’s a must try if you haven’t been!

I was there today. Pleasantly surprised to find a near, clean and well thought out business ready to serve and service the customer. I made an appointment online and received text and email reminders as I opted to receive them. I planned on just getting a haircut but the place, staff and one of the owners on site made me so comfortable that I decided to enjoy a cigar and a beverage after my haircut. The prices are reasonable and as stated the place is clean and friendly. I will be back! It was a nice escape from the new craziness of The world today!

I got a straight edge cut and shave today from Charles the barber.. It was excellent! Great atmosphere in the whole place. Highly recommend it. Great cigars, beer and wine and a barber!! You have to check it out!

Took my boyfriend to get a haircut, and he absolutely loved it and told me that’s his new spot. I sat at the bar and had a glass of red wine that was not badly priced at all. Bartender was amazing, loved that she made conversation with me and made the whole experience enjoyable. I will be back!!

Great spot in Fort Myers. New owners and staff make your visit here amazing plus they have wicked cold beer! Also, will have NFL ticket so this will be the perfect spot to watch the game with a beer and a cigar.

Been coming here since 2012 ! Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Where else can you get an old school face shave and haircut with a great beer or glass of wine ! Oh and a great cigar too smoke . Also great food in the plaza! Blue sushi is my favorite for food.

Nice place to have a relaxing beverage. It is a cigar bar with a nice humidor. There is a barbershop in the back. Very comfortable setting.

I usually cut my own hair but for vacations and special occasions this is my go to spot! The barber is awesome and clearly knows what shes doing and they treat you like royalty. You can even grab a beer or smoke a cigar while you wait if you are into that. Prices are really good but going up soon, not a problem in my eyes as they deserve it

This is THE establishment for my partner and I to relax and talk shop or sports. Don runs a great business between the attached cigar bar and a barbershop with Cindy-Jo who perfects the classic art of straight-razor shaves. Very welcoming for anyone in Fort Myers who is looking to hang out and enjoy their services. Big screen TVs and comfortable couches are a huge plus. What more could you ask for?

Got a cut and a shave today from a very skilled and friendly barber. Walked into the place and was offered a beer, that about sold it for me. Nice little barbershop set up off of a cigar bar with a great assortment of beer, wine and cigars. Great spot for an excellent hair cut, I’ll be back for sure.

Drove quite a distance to get there on the evening of Mon 2/4/19 as their web posted hours stated they were open until 8pm. The place was locked and dark when we arrived 7:20pm. Suggest you either update your advertised hours on the web, or adhere to hours of operation if you care to be more customer friendly.

Second time Ive been here and bought cigars with tobacco wor/weevil damage. Shouldnt have come back twice. J.O. Habanos ABC liquors in are Cape Coral are much better. Kyle knows his picks at ABC. Wont be back to Cigar Cutters. Lazy owner.

I made an appointment here for the talant that I read from the website and the telephone conversation I had with Cindy Joe.When I arrived I was greated and sat at the cigar bar while I waited. I enjoyed a glass of really nice cold rose’ and interesting conversation with the owner and cigar specialist and before long I was greated by Cindy Joe.She was a Total long time barberess who consulted with me about what I wanted and what she saw I needed. She sculpted and cut and shaved in a fade perfectly. She cut my top with has a major line of demarcation perfectly. She knows her trade well.I had a wonderful experience here. So will you.
