The mall in my town has a Champs, but I never really went in there, they were always so slow. I never saw more than 3 people in there, and the 3 was rare. Now, in the Fort Myers mall, that is a whole different story. I had to get a birthday present for someone, but left empty handed. They were so busy I couldnt even find an associate available to give me a quick price. But if you are going to have a problem, being too busy is one of the best problems to have. It was a Tuesday night and there was not enough staff. The floors were trashed and the employees were losing their composure. A lot of the displays were empty was the only other thing I observed. 3.7 stars

They helped me with my shoes size I could not wear an adult shoe so he suggested childrens and I got a pair of size three Converse white tennis shoes because the store did not carry a size 5 for an adult I was happy that he suggested I try them on a child a childrens and it was wonderful I have them right now in my home

I went in around christmas time. It was very busy. But the service was still GREAT the clerk helped me get my shoes and I got in and out. Thanks 😊

Went thru all stores till this one and finally found the size I was looking for . Thankful for this sports store

The salesperson was great. I stood in line for all of five minutes due to there being only one register operating. Yet they had almost 5-10 associates on the floor. Then just as I believed it to be my turn she helped someone who walked right up to the register instead.
