JCPenny always has the best selection and pricing on mens clothing of the major department stores. This should be your first stop when shopping for men. Very helpful staff.Only one negative: very poor inventory of shoes for men.

Went to get clothes and shoes. Found what I wanted and checked out in the mens depth. Checkout. Both women working there could hardly speak English. Had no idea what they were saying. The shoes were on sale but did not get the sale price because they said the price was in the wrong spot. I needed them so took them. This is America so get somebody that speaks English. Will never be back.

Not the best location, but hey its a Mall. Please dont forget to put away all your valuables, afterall that window deductible can be spendy.

With only one room for trying on clothes, you might have to walk from one end of the store to the other to find one. I took my mother shopping and it was hard to find clothes for her, as most seemed to be for a younger woman.

Looked for adult size uniforms for my granddaughter. Needed red, white and all blue tops with collars. Found some! Ordered skirts and shorts on line. I should have them this week.

I ordered on their website for pickup. My order was ready in 30 min! When i went over to get my order, i just jad to show my ID and the email with a pick up scancode. Easy peasy. The store is clean with most people restocking and folding clothes.

It is more than ten years that I use the J C Penney salon in Edison Mall Fort Myers and I have been very pleased with the service. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and it is the cleanest store I have been in. My hairdresser Mirela is very knowledgeable and very professional, I would reccomand her to any lady that wants a really beautiful job!

Couldnt find help, wasted time looking for checkout counter. We asked for help, they said they couldnt check us out we had to go back upstairs.Only 1 register open, and the direction given very rudely. Selection is super sparse. It was our first visit and will be the last.

Found some real nice shorts there and a couple of shirts they got a big sale going on now its like 25% off $60 I got three pair of shorts and two shirts cant beat it

The store is dated however they have the styles i like. The salon however very expensive. The staff was nice but 28 for a childs hair cut is ridiculous. They literally trimmed an inch off a 4yr old head. Ill be going to the schools like i usually do

Dread going to this place. The only reason I go is for the sales. Very few registers open, short staffed regardless oh what time of year you go. Its understandable and expected for a place that probably wont be in business much longer. Store needs to make more of an effort to make sure their staff are customer service friendly instead of talking about their weekend plans

Relatively well organized, although I had some difficulty in finding clothing in my size. Some prices are higher than what should be expected for certain clothing items.

They have 300 womens perfumes and 30 mens colognes.

I usually go to accompany my friend. I never get to purchase anything for me or my daughter because is always a mess. This makes it hard to find your size. Having the store so mess up makes everything look used and cheap. I end up going to Macys.

Mall has many stores closing and this place is one of many. I saw many items on clearance. Place was neat cashier was 100% helpful.

Good luck trying to get any hello in the bedding department after walking around looking for help for 20min prior to looking at what I needed for 30 min I gave up and left mind you there was a person upstairs but she would not acknowledge me after trying to get her attention a few times

Tried to purchase jewelry from employee Dayami. Showed her what was in the advertisement that we wanted. She immediately began to try and build the sale by showing higher priced items before finally saying that the store did not have the advertised product. Upon asking if the advertised product could be purchased online she said that it could not because the ad did not have a product number. She further said that she could not determine the product number. After talking with a supervisor near the pick up/return/exchange desk, employees there looked up the product number so that the item could be bought online and indicated that the jewelry counter employee could have done the same thing.

Went for information about window blinds. Judith was very helpful, friendly, informative. Very pleased. Will have people come out to measure. Then install. Purchased mens sketchers and two tops and jacket. Staff helped and very pleasant. Very impressive, will definitely go back to JC Penney at Edison mall.😀

Terrible layout, and why do they only have one regular register with 3 cashiers open for the entire store. 8 cashiers at the jewelry counter but 3 for the rest of the store at one counter for like 8 departments

The store was heavily shopped very early in the morning. Obviously due to the influx of back to school shoppers. I was most impressed with the patience the management had with their newer associates. It was very busy and the line was growing at the return counter. Managers and new associates kept it together nicely.

The store look runned down, cashier had to operated two register at the same time,items very very expensive.

Not even the employees can tell you the price of the items! Disappointing! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Theres more than one reason why they wont be around for too much longer.

Not enough checkouts, watches etc., were good. People seemed over worked & were hoping for the day to end.
