Attempted to shop at this store because Rue always has cute styles and my 15 year old needed some back to school items. We spent over 30 minutes picking out items and asked an associate(Summerlin) is they possibly had one of the skirts in a different size. We were told no because that skirt was a clearance. We were thrilled because we had picked 3 others. We had walked to the location and the associate said oh those aren’t on clearance amd then said she really didn’t know. I asked how we are to know and she said: I couldn’t tell you. I went up to the counter amd the MOD walked me over to the section and picked out the one’s that were on clearance amd gave a slew of excuses. I plead my case of lost time amd she basically told me oh well and offered no customer service or consideration for our time amd their lack of proper marking. We ended up leaving the store and the MOD said bye bye luv as we walked out. Very low-class Rue 21.

Mall is small perhaps more display Entertaining or a Movie therater and the philly cheese steak at the food court was $18 a meal they got to go.
