I ended up at Panther Printing just trying to get 11x17 size copies. Obviously, I was in the wrong place but they were so kind and made my 8 copies for me anyway and then didn’t charge me anything. And while I was waiting for Chad to make my copies, 3 others checked on me to see if I was being helped. I told one of the other guys who had checked on me that I was in the wrong place but that they were taking care of me anyway and he said “Well why wouldn’t we? No reason to send you back out when we can take care of you.” What a great attitude and group of people! Wish I had a big print job to give them. Thank you for helping me out!

Sam! Can I just give you some props?I came to you frustrated because it took another company 3 weeks to help me with my business cards. They were given the same material you were given to work with!! And they still got it wrong!! They sent me a sample with totally wrong graphics, a different last name and email, my phone number was correct and misspelled website... AFTER 3 WEEKS!!! I am so happy that I found Panther Printing. Their full-color, two-sided rack cards are simply beautiful and this going to make my product look and sell better. Panther Printing does it right. They do everything. Ive used them to do flyers, tri-fold brochures, etc. etc. Their quality is top notch & they get jobs done quickly. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they arent the cheapest. But then, sometime I guess you get what you pay for.

Would not recommend working with this company. It took me 54 emails and two months of being forgotten about and having to constantly remind my sales rep, Cathy, of my order. They also lied and said they sent me 500 cards, when I counted they had shorted me 150. They did end up refunding the difference, but the manager, Joe, was so rude and blamed it on me for ordering something they werent able to make. They should never have accepted my proof and payment if they were not able to print a simple business card with a white border.
