In regards to our experience, we had nothing but positives in the beginning when picking our granite and Christine was very good about touching base with us while helping us throughout the process.The problems arose for us when it came time for installation, unfortunately. The installers werent informed about pop-up outlet cutouts and braces that were clearly printed on our invoice. The installers were very argumentative when it came to discussing what we had paid for and what we expected for completing the project. The installers also left an almost 2 inch gap underneath the bar area and were not pleased when we asked them to apply a layer of caulking because we were not doing any type of crown molding underneath there. Also no protection on any kind was given for the area where they were working so no drop cloths on furniture, no extra care when doing their work (we had a few spots of drywall holes).Additionally we had paid for a different style of granite for our master bathroom and they actually cut all of the same out of our kitchen counter style. After many back and forth phone calls we were able to have them return that evening with the correct granite piece for our master bath, however upon looking and feeling it we could clearly see it hadnt been sealed properly. Note: the company did finally respond after a week and sent a specialist to come to our house and seal it on site who confirmed that the sealing had not been completed originally.In the end the project was completed and we like the results but if I am being honest, for the large price we paid I definitely expected a smoother installation and a more friendly communication line when something went wrong.

I’ve been involved with remodeling and know the stress, unexpected situations and all logistics associated. This business was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have personally been involved. Poor management, communication, ethics and lack of transparency. Their levels of granite (I found out after the fact) are not industry standards. They have no consistent standard. They use the levels and pricing as a sales tool to lead uninformed clients down a very blind path. The subcontractors are unprofessional, messy and totally disregarded my home. Cabinet materials are low grade. Panels and sliders are poorly crafted with cheap parts. Horrible demolition mistake on their end caused an unexpected hardship. Additional materials, procurement of materials, loss of home use while error resolution was being addressed. HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. Huge language barriers. Cultural and ethical differences caused added stress. Subcontractors lurking in my yard, peeking through windows after 9pm. Unannounced visits, no calls with scheduling and DISRESPECTFUL behaviors like throwing trash on my property. No drop clothes laid on floors and constant slamming of doors(in and out). They are hacks. DO NOT PAY WITH CHECK OR LIQUID ASSETS. DO NOT SIGN incomplete invoice or anything that does not have ALL verbal options. Fast-talking, sweet, innocent(sham) sales will slick talk, but THE WRITTEN TERMS will be the factor. THANK GOD I KNEW TO DO THAT. Don’t just WALK AWAY, but RUN!!!!!****Even months after the job finished, I’m finding more issues, but I don’t even want to deal with this company. Warranty is useless to me. The upgraded edge finish is so uneven. Wish I would have never done the nightmare. I have to re-live every day. DON’T DO IT!!!!

Bad service i stop be a pay for a counter top they toldme at soon i have mi gabinet ready the schedule my instalation after i got done. My gabinet i call then back to let they know i am ready for instalers afther a week one guy came to my place to measure the gabinet and 3 weeks an a half after no body come back i call then and gues what the instaler got covid yeah rigth i try to reach whit then and they set up a intalation for today 05/14/21 betwen 9 and 11 am and gues what a recive a call again and the istaler its sik again he dosnt work today and

This is the absolute worst place to do business. Great selection, but the customer service is terrible! I was told repeatedly the remnant i purchased was big enough for our bathroom vanity. 4 weeks later, which was a week before installation, i get a call the remnant isnt big enough and ill have to select a new material and wait another 2 weeks, or go with a seam. I was on a strict timeline with the remodeling of the bathroom, so i essentially had to choice, but to go with the seam. I was assured the stone would match and the seam wouldnt be noticeable. Does the seam in the picture look noticeable to you?!?Also, there is a complete lack of communication between the sales staff and the template crew, b/c i had to make extra trips to the store due to the sales team not knowing if the template crew had my sinks are not....which they did.Highly advise everyone to look somewhere else for your countertops......i have a complete kitchen to still do and ill never work with this company again!

I dont post reviews alot, but when it needs to be done I do it to help people. My neighbor hired this company to install new cabinets and granite tops in her kitchen, primary and guest bathrooms. I watched her home during the project and was shocked when I saw 2 males sneaking around the home after 8pm only to find out later they were installers. Upon calling my neighbor(she was on vacation), she had to contact the company to find out why they were not using the access code previously provided. It was a grave communication mistake by the company causing unnecessary confusion. I also witnessed a different truck with trailer run over her sprinkler heads since they parked on her lawn instead of the street. She was very disappointed and we saw the careless actions mount up to include unexpected removal of her kitchen wall tile. We would never use this company or refer to anyone. The cabinets are wood, but not quality(or at least the ones she purchased)

This was not my first experience with Counter tops. The staff management they provide guided us through their store and helped us find the best cabinet for our remodeled kitchen. This company is filled with professionals. They know what their customers need and even go as far as giving us what best suit our apartment. I give them my full recommendation.
