This store does a great job with curbside pickup. The young man with the green/blue hair is always so friendly and provides great customer service with curbside . I love coming here for my grocery pickup.

Lora is unfriendly and rude. The only thing she said was “have a nice day” at the end of the transaction. I’m glad I could see how much my purchase was on her screen because she didn’t tell me. I watched her with the people behind me and she was just a cold to them.

If they allowed it would be negative 5. What ever you do DONT place an online order to pick up or at least NOT on something you REALLY want. Placed order for sale item which the order and payment were both accepted, few hours later they send email item no longer available (there were 4 available at time order was placed). However, I was given the option to pick it up at Target down the road for full price. Good bye Target, there are many other retailers I can do business with.

Bought a toy there today with missing pieces, and they refused to do anything about it. They obviously put returned merchandise on the shelf without checking the product. Will never shop at this store again! Extremely upset, as ism 2 year old daughter.

I only went to this Target because the store closest to me didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I’ve got a newborn and a bad back so I am not able to carry the baby and large items otherwise I would go inside. Drive Up has worked well for me at Target Coconut Point, they are efficient and bring my things out to me as soon as I arrive.I waited over 20 minutes at the Drive Up in Gulf Coast, called the store and was put on hold for 15 min. Called again and finally had someone come out. I usually don’t mind waiting but what is the point of offering a service if your customer is going to have to nag you about doing your job.The only reason this has any stars at all is because the person that brought out my items was such a sweetheart.

I visit this location multiple times every year while my son is at school (FGCU). We have always had great luck finding everything we need, considering they have to keep stock for thousands of students & residents in the area!

Excellent place! You’ll find whatever you need here. I’d like to comment that some places are tidy, and some aisles are left dirty, but that’s the customers mess. The Starbucks and Pizza Hut are conveniently located. The bakery has never failed to make me surprised by the taste of their foods.

This is our go to target for items on sale

Nowhere does it show the actual “most vulnerable shoppers“ DAYS when this policy is in effect (Tuesday and Wednesday 0800-0900). When I arrived at the Gulf Coast Town Center Target at 0820 TUES morning after working all night I was informed about the policy. Neither the google maps entry or the web site indicate the DAYS this policy is in effect, just that the policy exists; how are CUSTOMERS who are not mind readers supposed to know what days and hours this policy runs? This target blows anyway; the staff are incompetent, rude and lack BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS as evidenced by the number of shoppers turned away who had NOT A CLUE that this time restriction is in place.

This is the closest target to my area, it is also extremely clean and all the workers are nice

I love this Target, not that other Targets arent as great, but its close to my home and I always leave happy with the customer service and products. Not to mention their womens clothing section always has fashionable and affordable pieces. Also they have a Starbucks there!

Perfect order, perfect system.. I wanted a very hard to find item online (Diet Sundrop) and with using their system I was able to see exactly which stores had it and which did not so I could use the online purchase. AWESOME

This is my go-to place. My daughter and I love this Super Target. The location is great and I always find what I need from clothing to food items and anything in between.

Went shopping today and the hamburger I bought, the single most expensive item I purchased today, is missing. When I try to call them about it the machine gives me the usual speel then Good Bye. I have tried it 4 times now.Dealing with them in person, a much better experience. Still think they need to just scrap the phone system and start over.

I think that the Target at Gulfcoast Town Center is the best. The store is very clean. The staff and this store are helpful and the cashier’s are the most friendliest I have seen. Keep up the good work Target!!

Managers in about one month in three occasions I went to your store to buy something I looked up online, and your inventory was inaccurate, THREE TIMES it is unacceptable, your inventory is way off, I managed all my life therefore, I know how important inventory accuracy is, other than that I love your store.

Terrible customer service. Exchanged a shirt and game my son got for Christmas. I got the same shirt in a different size and was charged for it. The employee also took a game I wanted to exchange and I got nothing for it and owed money on top of it. The employee was not friendly and felt that was horrible customer service. I shop here every week. I will no longer return to this target after a few times with bad customer service experience Ive recieved here.

Target has some great buys. So worth having the credit or debit card which give 5% off every purchase. Love the fact that they have a Starbucks here!

Very disappointed in manager Megan. I called and spoke with her to explain i was in earlier and the signs through grocery dept said spend $50 get $10 gift card and no other info. She said the signs are suppose to state with coupon on cartwheel, which they did not. Then she said she will check sigbs. Did not off anything to me only i could come back with coupon in paper on Sunday and spend $50 more. Not helpful or good customer service in my opinion.

This is probably the biggest target I have been to. Well duh its a SUPER target. Lol but they have good prices around the store. Not too high and the staff is happy to help and answer questions.

I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS TARGET AGAIN!!! I bought baby formula for my one year old and purchased the wrong flavor. I tried to go back and exchange it and under no circumstance did they allow me to. BRAND NEW UNOPENED BOXES! The customer service was absolutely horrible. Never going to Target again

This was the worst experience Ive had in a Target. I went to try on their new line of bras, and their front clasping bras are horrible. I did end up getting a regular style bra, and was pleased with their underwear selection. However, upon checking out, there were no registers open by the door that I came in through, so I had to walk to the other end of the store and use the self-checkout. Before leaving, I used the womens restroom, where there was no toilet paper. A woman behind me went into the same stall as me and I let her know there was no toilet paper in there, and she said there was no toilet paper in any of them. Not very many employees in this target, which makes it seem like theyre trying to skimp on customer service. Sorry Target, not a good one tonight.

Located in Gulfcoast Town Center, very close to I 75 on exit 128. Has wide veriety of collection, serving neighborhood. Store has its deal which is a added advantage for smart shopper.

Good grouper sandwich. The service isnt super fast but its nice to sit outside and have a slow lunch at a place like this.

The sale tags on their clothes are not correct. An item marked for $9 was $20 when i rang it up at self checkout and they refused to give me the sale price that they advertised.

By far the best Target. I drive from Forum Blvd every week to do my weekly shopping. I have a Target literally across the street from me but prefer this one. The majority of the employees know me and my kids by name abd always greet us by name. The employees at the Café know us also. Since it would be absolutely impossible to shop without our Icee and popcorn. And Im not exaggerating. I have went to the one at the Coconut Point Mall on several occasions and went and purchased our 2 Med. Icee, 1 Reg. Icee and popcorn. I preceded to go fill up the cups and the Icee machine wasnt on! Talk about a melt down. My tidflet flipped. This is the only thing that soothes him as to the fact crowds overstimulate him. It would be understandable if it was once but this has been 5 times now. Plus my coupon was refused. Which made no sense why because she couldnt give me a reason except for Thats just what we were told. After I explain to her I had just used the same coupon at your Target last week.So extra kudos to everyone of your employees. I have never had a bad experience and have always have 100% friendly and helpful customer service.
