Very poor service!! Ordered new window, had to come out twice to measure for it. Brought one window out while house watcher here, broke outside of hurricane glass before realizing it was wrong window. When they finally installed correct window, broke latch to my hurricane shutters then denied it and refused to repair. Very disappointed in quality of work.

This review is particularly intended for two employees of Diamond Glass.The work that Boderick and Sam did in replacing our hurricane door was excellent. They are extremely careful and skilled. Thank you for sending us these two outstanding men.

Joe & Trevor came out to fix my hurricane slider. They worked quickly and my slider looks better and slides much easier. Many thanks for your attentive employees.

My Aunt had all of her house windows replaced and the team they sent out did a great job! We were very satisfied!

We bought a brand new condo from Lennar. There was a problem with one of the windows. There was a star burst that filled an entire pane. We noted it back in July when we passed papers. Diamond glass put in all the windows. They were notified by Lennar that the window had a problem and needed to be replace. They made many appointments to have the window replaced only to never have the window . We waited many days over many months to have this window replaced. Each time we were not notified that the window did not come in . When we finally threatened to go to a higher authority that they finally found it in the warehouse. It took 6 months.

Had to call this business to replace a piece of glass in my new home that was broken before I closed. Jessica was extremely rude, put me on hold without saying anything, came back on the line and continued with the bad attitude. Ended up calling the builder and asking them to deal with this company.Horrible customer service!
