Stay as far away from this company as you can. Purchased a $10,000.00 Iron Door and have had zero support. Left message after message with no return calls. I went down there and spoke to the Vice President of Field Operations and was given a guy to call. I have left phone messages for both parties and emailed both parties. Nobody ever calls back or answers their emails. I have tried for over a year to get a couple of installation issues rectified and they are hopeless. Cannot believe a company can sell $10,000.00 dollar doors and have zero service support. This is a pathetic organization and its employees are useless.
