Bought a Miller welder, but came out defective. Miller rep was telling me one thing, while Matheson was telling me another. In the end, I told them to keep the machine. However, upon asking for refund, I was told I had to wait for corporate. I went about 3 weeks without a welder or my money ($1400). Theyll be happy to take your money, but just ask for a refund and expect to wait weeks.

Just a shout out to anyone looking for help with welding supplies. I went in today on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. I am a rookie and needed help with my old Lincoln Wire Matic 255. They not only had the expertise and took extra time with me to help but also had all the parts I needed.
