I went to several locations to find the right metric thread so I could adapt my drain plug for my 15k pulsar generator. No one else was able to assist in finding the right thread. After some discussion and trial and error, I was able to get the correct fitting, and was able to complete My adapter to add the hose. I was just glad the staff was friendly, patient, and positive regarding my dilemma. So everyone knows 8 different stores did not have the metric size I needed. That is why I was impressed they had it in stock. If I ordered offline I would have to guess at the sizes. Thanks again for working with me.

Jose helped with a unique project for our Water Otter hoses. He was quick to get it completed so I hung out in the shop, only issue was this place is popular so I popped in when they were slow. Their turn around time is great

The past reviews must be snowbirds who did not know what they needed. Henry is the most experienced sales rep there. He is willing to take the time and work with you to get what you need. And if you arent sure, he also has the most product knowledge and experience so he can figure out what it is you need. These guys are all great help here though.

I agree with Robert, great store and great guys besides Henry. He made me a hose and it was the wrong size. Henry was also very rude I told him thank you and he just stared at me. Will not go back to this store again.
