Excellent chocolate that is fair trade. I bought a 10 pound bar as a gag gift and it is very good. Service was responsive and happy. I recommend trying their seafoam, it is not marshmallow.

The owner was awesome. We had a party of 10: 4 adults and 5 children and 1 toddler. He talked with us about our inquiries and took time to answer questions without being put off or out. He talked about our favorite flavors with us and was accommodating. I especially loved the tea offering for guests with perhaps a different want. We visit this one when we are in town, but will now make a special effort in the future. Totally enjoyable.

For 3 years me and my boyfriend would regularly drive to this place just so that he could buy himself a milkshake. He’s a huge fan of their chocolate milkshake and during that time, i really liked their chocolate covered cherries/marshmallows. However, i also noticed how their staff seems to always, i don’t know dislike their job? They’re not friendly, don’t smile, or even give a simple “if you have any questions/need anything let me know” or a “have a good day” / “thank you”. It’s like they’re bothered by you. Yesterday we came back to this business after 3 months. The same thing. We don’t care if you greet us. People can have a bad day. But it seems like they ALWAYS have a bad day. Boyfriend got a milkshake and a marshmallow, i was waiting behind him to check out a box of chocolate. After my boyfriend was checked out, the lady behind the counter completely ignored me and proceeded to make the milkshake. That’s fine, she can come back when she’s done right? No. Another employee, a young guy, came in and instead of checking me out. He proceeds to attend new guests that had just walked in. I still waited. Then another young female employee comes in. The same thing. Was ignored once more. I left the chocolate where they where and left. Once we get to the car, we noticed that we where given the wrong item. Instead of a chocolate covered marshmallow, we got a rice crispy treat. I’m not angry over some chocolate. But it really sours your mood when people are in the business of working with customers, yet lack that customer service. The customer isn’t always right. But i don’t believe I’ve ever done anything to this business to be treated so coldly.

My first visit to a Kilwins since moving from Fort Lauderdale five years ago. So happy to hear a new store opened in south Fort Myers and took my son for a visit. We left with caramel apples, fudge, dark chocolate bark, various chocolate covered marshmallows and milkshakes for the ride home. Love their chocolate and wish I had taken photos. Next time and there will be a next time soon.

Clean, friendly, and stocked with a sweet answer to a bad day, in any flavor you need. I found the owner a bit formal, but ever the model of Southern gentility and cordiality. Kilwins is a wonderful oasis in hot Florida. Glad we found it.

I stopped in at the Kilwins in Gulf Coast Town Center and I just have to say the quickness and positivity this crew brings in is astonishing. I have nothing but great memories from this store and the workers in it. Today I had Paige help me out with my order and she recommended some amazing choices of ice creams. She was upbeat and positive and made me feel like not just a customer but as if I was a friend. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience than I had today.

So glad we stumbled across Kilwins and went here instead of the other chain ice cream store around the corner. Service was amazing, ice creamWas delicious and very generous portions!! They show nutrition info for the flavor ( calories) too. Had the chocolate peanut butter and sea salt caramel, very pleased with my choices!! We also got the caramel apple and they sliced it for us and then we bought some chocolates but we haven’t eaten them yet.

Best chocolate with peanut butter ice cream around! It was a hot day and I enjoyed it fully. Staff is always pleasant. Definitely recommend stopping in. Youll be amazed by all the sweet goodies available!

This place never disappoints! Yummy selections and a variety of delectable desserts to choose from. The only downside.... there’s no restroom to wash your sticky hands, but, the employees are more than helpful by offering to give out wet napkins.

Having tried Kilwins many years ago and not being that impressed… gave it another try today. Boy was I was wrong about not being impressed. Ice cream was delicious and the shop super cute. The girls at the counter were super helpful and sweet as their products.

Employees are always rushing you to order and then they cant get it right. Order coffee iced and hot and also a ice cream. The only thing that was done correctly was the ice cream.

Everything I tried was amazing, I love there mint chip ice cream but its still a bit expensive.

The staff was nice so no judgement there.Its just hard to justify spending $18 on one scoop of strawberry ice cream with fudge (in a stale waffle cone that I tossed) and two scoops of vanilla for my dogs (one each). Ice cream was decent, but I could have, and should have, gone to the groove l grocery store for the same quality at half the price.

My brother referred me to this place. Im so glad I listened! The customer service I received today from Mrs. Kilwin (i assume) was above and beyond. She was super sweet and helpful! I purchased the Peppermint Fudge and the Peanut Butter M&M fudge. Both were fabulous, soft, chewy and just everything fudge should be! I also wanted coffee but was indecisive. Mrs. Kilwin offered to make her famous Caramel Cappucino! I highly recommend this! I did not purchase icecream but they have quite the selection too! This place is my new found gem. Oh, and if you like Carmel Apples, this is the only place in town you can get them year round!

I love their Apple Pie Apples and Chocolate covered strawberries. One year all I wanted for Valentine’s Day was their strawberries, they are that good! Their ice cream is tasty as well. It’s a little pricy, but to me worth the splurge and the calories! I always feel happier when I get a treat from here.

Great old fashion sweets shop. Very clean and well organized store. Very knowledgeable friendly staff who was eager to assist. Two younger men behind the counter were helpful and kind. 4 stars only because the price was a little high. Great atmosphere!

Kilwins is always amazing. We never leave Gulf Coast Town Center without stopping in for a delicious treat. The wife gets the ice cream I get the sponge candy. Everyone is always super friendly so if youre at gctc definitely hit them up.

Cookies and cream was good and the staff was generally friendly. Kind of seemed distracted and was not greeted or helped when walking in initially. I had Kilwins tracks in a waffle cone and I was not impressed or pleased by the flavor. The waffle cone seemed stale and was impossible to bite through. I would not have minded paying the $7 for my cone if it was actually good.

If youre in the area make sure to stop by and pick up your favorite handmade chocolate treat. The dipped apples are to die for. Theyre juicy and the different flavors Kilwins creates are outstanding.

Pricey but the ice cream was delicious and perfectly made. Also offers designer chocolate. A great boutique place for a taste of the upper end. I loved it, variety of hip flavors as well as the standbys, you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my experience. It’s a clean nice shop. But the ice cream I had was very soft/foamy and wasn’t thrilled with the flavor at all to the point where I didn’t even want to eat it. We tried the s’mores and the super hero and it just wasn’t what I expected for the price. Waffle cone was good though.

The worker picked up my chocolate barehanded after touching her face. Then when I called her out she lied to me about her name because her coworker called her something else. Then I watched her tried putting the chocolate barehanded back in the case but I stopped her. I wont be returning because people can get sick.

This place was amazing!!! I did a few samples before ordering. Amber suggested salted Carmel and some coconut one... Both were great so I did an order a half scoop of both. Additionally order of chocolate peanut butter ice cream.She also suggested the chocolate covered red velvet oreo and Chocolate covered rice krisp.... Lets just say my son loved them both!!!

The ice cream, specifically the Mackinac island fudge and peach, was excellent. The concrete, under the tables and chairs outside, is filthy with drips of ice cream! Trust me, it would just take 10-15 minutes at closing, to wash down this filth. Why is it SO awful!?!?

I have been coming here for years but I will never again. Rude college kid staff makes the chocolate and caramel quite bitter.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience here. We went in last night about 40 minutes before they closed and they would not sell us a milkshake. The young lady behind the counter expressed, Im not making one more milkshake, if anyone asks tell them were not making anymore. The young lady was very rude to us, unfriendly and did not want to serve us. The two young men were very helpful and friendly.
