My wife and me were heading back home to Texas. Its been a long ride to the Tail of 🐉, and unfortunately because of low pressure my front tire was worn bad 🥺I called everyone in Chattanooga area, and been told we are a week backup etc.. even I parked in front of American cycles shop, still no helpWhen I spoke to manager by phone, and explained the situation, that I didnt really care about myself, but my wife.. they imediately agreed to replace my front tireWhile a friendly mechanic was replacing our tire, we had our brunch, so we didnt actually waste a minuteWhen we came back, the bike was ready, with both tires checked, and we left.Now, we are safe and at home, and stay thankful to these people!Many many thanks, and wish you have a lot of customers!

I will say this they have had my bike longer than they said they would I’m not happy about it they told me there waiting on ordered parts. Let’s hope they know what they’re doing when it’s time to put it back together I’ll write another review once I get it back.

If there were an award for the countries worst experience this place would be a front runner. Brought my bike to have it completely fitted and ready to run. Got it back with literally less parts than I sent it there with. Looked like it had gotten scrapped. When I said I wouldnt pay the full exorbitant price they demanded they called the police. Brandon and Stan are loose cannons. The owner is incompetent. Dont know about the rest of the staff.

I was very disappointed in their services. I caught them in several lies. They said that the repair was finished. When I looked the bike over it was actually missing parts. When confronted they lied even more times. If you don’t mind being scammed this is your place. If you don’t mind your bike missing parts when you pick it up then you’ve got to try this place!

If you deal with anger management this is not the place for you. You’re gonna leave needing therapy for your emotional scars.

Detestable service. Its hard to imagine these people can own a profitable business considering the way they treat their patrons. They literally scam their customers, charging inflated prices for service yet being incapable of fixing anything. Do not, I repeat, do NOT patronize this establishment unless your goal is philanthropic donations to a business owner who will soon be jobless, homeless, and without any more customer to scam.

I JUST had a rear tire replaced on my Honda shadow 1100 and the staff were wonderful very effective at what they do also purchased a like brand new perelli tire very attractive price. clean shop and bldg. I most definitely will return should I need anything.. good job R T CYCLES..

WOW these guys are terrible!!! My husband brought his bike there A YEAR AGO and they apparently haven’t gotten a part yet. I searched for the part myself and found it on eBay with free two day shipping. They have lied to us constantly

Brought a 2002 Yamaha warrior there for the wiring to be fixed keep in mind I rebuilt the motor myself just didnt do the wiring. I gave them a 100 dollars in advance and to call me if it cost any more than that, 2 months go by i dont hear anything from them so I go there to only find out it cost 500 plus

WARNING!! Do not do business with this place! I would give zero stars if I could. They have less than a four star rating for a reason!!! Anyone giving a positive review probably just got lucky or they are friends and family of the owners. All I needed was front wheel bearings changed on my 4 wheeler, which is a three hour job tops even to a novice mechanic following YouTube instructions. I’ve done this job myself before. I just thought I would save myself some time during the memorial day weekend and have a professional do it. Man was that a mistake!!They quoted me $150 which is a fair price. I dropped it off on a Thursday, they told me I could possibly pick it up the next evening or Saturday morning. NOPE. They told me there was a BS problem, which I’ve solved working on it myself in 30 minutes, for 7 days straight. Yes, seven days straight for the same minor problem!! Which tells me they have zero priorities and they are just lazy trying to come up with whatever excuse to run my bill up. And that’s exactly what they did. A $150 job that should have taken no more than three hours to complete turned into a $342 job that took 8 days to complete. I even supplied the bearings. They didn’t have to order anything And they didn’t even finish the job. They didn’t tighten an axle boot ring. Just left it hanging and one of the tie rods is loose.It was just a bad experience all around and I won’t be doing business with them ever again.Hopefully everything will work out fine and I won’t have to sue. I guess I’ll know for sure when I take it for a ride in a couple daysYou’ve been warned!!!

They have good clean motorcycles and motorcycle riding gear. The staff are friendly and ready to help. There is one lady who tries really hard to be helpful, but should brush up on her motorcycle facts before telling people about them. Otherwise they are a good shop to check out.

You want to buy from the little guy. So far no pricing.

I do not recommend this place at all. My husband bought a 4 wheeler for 1500 from them. Brakes locked up on 2nd ride, rust in brake lines. Took to shop they said they fixed them, brakes locked up again. Charged us200 to clean carburetor which they did not do. Took our money... did not fix Ny of the problems that we should have not had with just buying it. My husband tried to sell it back to them and they would not take it. Worst customer service. They dont do you right and have a tweaker working on the machines.

Nice people. They could not find correct part for my bike but it is little rare Italian auto and part are usually not readily available in stores. This will be my first place to go if I am look for parts or service for a domestic bike in the area.

It took me a few visits to this place to realize how much of a THIEF and a LIAR they are. For starters, theres only 6 people that work at this entire place and they are all meant for each other. The woman, Dolores, behind the counter is the most off putting woman I have ever come across. She always make you feel like a burden, not a customer AT ALL. If you even question the bill, prepare yourself for her rolling her eyes and talking about you right in front of you like she is some clever POS. Enough has been said about Terrel... The old man. Need I say more? These people will find the most expensive part in the list of parts being affected by the issue. Tell you it is faulty whether it is or not. Tell you to pay something 300-600% over cost for the new part. Sure! theyll give you the new part and fix your $50 simple issue as well (not telling you about it) and then sell your old, perfectly working part on the back end in their shop. I honestly am repulsed by this place and now cant believe I ever let these people touch my motorcycle in the first place.. they deserve NO business

Ive NEVER wrote a bad review in my life! these people are LIRES and THIEVS NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. i asked them to fix my fork seals and they told me that it would cost $100 to replace one which i asked them to only do one. they didnt do that they did 2 which ended up cost $360 and the one i asked them not to do they messed up and now its leaking not only that they rounder out the top bolt of my fork. mind you they had my bike the first time for over 4 weeks. the second time i brought it to them to fix there mistake they had it for another 4 weeks and they lied and never fixed it. now i have to have someone else fix it and pay more money infixing the mistake they made.

They gave me straight answers, no sugar coating, and fixed my bike right the first time. The parts department was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend.

I took my ysmaha Kodiak in for repair on carb and wouldn’t start . Also asked them to look at winch . When I got back winch relay had been replaced yet winch was Niven even checked to see if it worked, which it didn’t more than 4 feet . New battery was installed card rebuilt. . Took back to find why winch wasn’t working and the tfIced and said it was burnt up . Total bill was over $600. Winch never fixed but I got a new expensive really !!. Two weeks later won’t start and battery deadI’ll never go back or never recommend anyone have repairs done at this shop . I will now have to take to someone who can and will correctly fix what’s wrong and charge s fair price.

Place is terrible. Had a recall on my gsxr for front master cyclinder.when i picked my bike up from rts got 1 mile down road and front brake locked up while i was running 50 mph. Ask owner if they are tring to kill someone... Place is a joke dont do bussiness with them..

This place has no clue on working on sport bikes I rode my gsxr 1000 in to have a fl light check they had it a month replaced the two exhaust valve cables and tried to say something happen to the wiring harness had to pick my bike up on a trailer and take it to Suzuki of Dalton I would recommend that you take your bike there .

Worst place with really rude customer service my bill went from $300 to $923 they were changing parts without my knowledge! I took my bike off the rack in pieces. They turned a 2 or 3 day job into 3 weeks and my bill would of kept rising. All I have to say this is a crooked place. Ill save you the headache STAY AWAY!

My Yamaha Royal Star Venture broke down while out on a ride with friends. We Googled and found RT Cycle. They told me to bring the bike over and started right away diagnosing the problem. When they found that my stater was bad and that it would take a couple of days to get a new one in. Terrell the owner did the most incredible thing ever! He gave me a loaner bike so that I could get home and better yet get back to Fort Oglethorpe and pick my bike up when finished. I have since put 502.2 miles on my bike and not only is my bike running great but that oil leak it had is gone and my rear light flasher is operating the way it should. The crew at RT Cycle is very personable, they went above and beyond of my expectations. Thank You Guys Very Much!

Took my bike to this so called company for a recall on the transmission took approx. 2 weeks and they said they did the work cost me almost $400. why I dont know. Now my bike has a rattle and was leaking gear oil and they would not stand behind their work. The little old man said he didnt hear the rattle and got a screwdriver and placed it on the engine and said he couldnt hear it. Wow really. I can hear it a block away

There is nothing worse than a thief or a liar and RT Cycles is both. We took our motorcycle there to have it serviced and have the clutch looked at to see what exactly needed to be repaired. The owner quoted us $200 for the service and a max of $300 to $400 for the clutch but specifically said that he wouldnt do anything to it until he had spoken with us first. 2 weeks went by, and knowing they were behind we were still waiting on an update call when we get a call telling us everything was done and that the total cost was over $800. I go in to speak with the lady after she was immensely rude to my husband on the phone and she explains to me that it was not noted on the ticket for them to call us and they assumed we wanted our bike to run. I told her my husband was standing there when he was told he would be called and that we are not responsible for putting notes on their tickets. I also told her that I assumed she would like to get paid and that I didnt have the $800 which is why we wanted the phone call in the first place. After much argument and her explaining that they dont have time to call every customer for every little thing I informed her she could keep the bike until further notice since she cant do anything with it without a title and that she would hear from my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau, and that I would make it my personal goal for everyone to know how they treat their customers. Please pass this on.
