Staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and did a great job making my glasses! I love them….comfortable and see perfectly. My prescription can’t be made most places but their lab can do it and did it really well.

This is such an AMAZING office. All the staff is wonderful & went above and beyond. My 10 year old son had his very first eye exam and he had to get his first pair of glasses. The doctor and staff was so caring and patient with him to ensure that he didnt have any anxiety about the eye exam or anxiety about having to start wearing glasses. I also had an appointment and I absolutely LOVE my new glasses they are so lightweight. I cannot even feel them on. I love the color & the way they look. Thank you to each of you!

I havent had glasses for 3 years because of the insurance company that I have through medicaid. When I contacted A&A optical on one day they said it would be about 3 months for a visit but they would put me on the list for a cancellation well guess what the very next day they called me back and ordered my glasses and everything this company managed to accomplish in less than 48 hours what Ive been trying to get done in 3 years thumbs up 100% staff was wonderful and I am thoroughly satisfied.

The business has new management and couldn’t be better! Great friendly staff and no long wait times! They are also great with getting glasses back quickly!

Waited almost an hour just to be seen for 5 minutes and given a referral to a pediatric eye doctor. My sons pediatrician is sent us here because they accept peachcare, but they cant do eye exams for children, will definitely be talking to the pediatrician about not sending anyone else here, complete waste of time.

Been using them for years, for me and my 3 children. Very friendly and patient staff - even with my autistic son. Love them so much! ♡♡♡

The girls at the front were very nice the actual eye dr was probably the best and nicest I have been to he was so nice and I was well informed on what he was doing I like to ask questions about everything and he would answer and explain everything so I actually learned alot from him I very much recommend him. Again...very very nice guy. The only thing I hate is that it takes 4 weeks for our glasses to come in but.... his niceness made it easier to wait :)

Was trying to set an appt because my husband used to go here years aga. They wont answer the phone. It will pick up but its dead silence after that. Should have looked at the other reviews before I called.

Me and my daughter had appt on 9-13-18 and its October 23 and i still dont have glasses my child was given wrong glasses aas she cant even see yhru them... They said cause i picked them up they wont fix hers... And they told my insurance on a recorded line that they just sent mine back so it could be a longer wait now... This place is awful the old doc was the best he in ringgold now os what i juat found out... But this location even charges ur insurance with out u getting ur glasses yet

The ladies up front are very sweet, nothing against them, but the doctor can not maintain appointments. Long waits, poor service
