I waited in line for an hour in the drive through. It’s happened twice. It happened to my parents also. Why does it take so long to help people with two lines? One should be for full service and one should be for dropping off and picking up prescriptions already filled and ready.

Took a prescription for my daughter because our pharmacy was closed. Old gentlemen with beard refused to fill this prescription because he said it isnt a original copy. Its quite simple tell them to read instead of assuming this makes me furious. Not only will I not deal with this CVS alone I want deal with CVS period. Totally uncalled for all he had to do was read the paper.

Always begging these people to check their voicemails for prescriptions or double check ANYTHING- when someone is fresh out of surgery or your husband is insulin dependent it is imperative that you have SOME urgency. It is so sad these people don’t seem to enjoy their jobs in the slightest. This location needs a major facelift.

I just spoke to the pharmacy manager at the request of my husband’s Dr. My husband went to CVS for the COVID-19 vaccine about 3 weeks ago and was told he needed a pneumonia vaccine too. We had heard you shouldn’t have another vaccine at the same time as the COVID-19 vaccine so we questioned the pharmacist and he said that the CDC no longer says you have to wait (which is correct the CDC does say that now). But the fact is that my husband got very sick after having both shots and had to go to his Dr. The Dr tested him for COVID and he was negative. The Dr listened to his lungs and said he had pneumonia. My husband was given antibiotics and steroids and we got a pulse ox reader to check his oxygen. He wasn’t feeling better in two days and his oxygen had gone down so he went back to the Dr and had chest X-rays. The Dr said to call the pharmacy and let them know the bad reaction he had and that he shouldn’t have been given a COVID-19 vaccine and pneumonia vaccine at the same time. I talked to the pharmacy manager to explain and felt like she was taking this personally. She was very rude to me. I even said that I wasn’t calling to complain but to tell her what had happened, but she was stuck on the Dr being wrong and he needs to re-read the CDC guidance and not the fact that my husband had gotten very sick. I was so upset I didn’t even get to tell her the issues with ordering a prescription on both their app and then by phone and then having to go in and wait 30 minutes because the refill still hadn’t processed. I used to love CVS. I really don’t want to move pharmacies but it’s just getting so bad at the Fort-O CVS.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse I’ve ever been to. Always such a long wait with or without employees in the back. The people in the pharmacy are so rude that even my obgyn who had called to get me a prescription put in said that the lady that she talked to was extremely rude and sounded like she absolutely hated her job. 🙄

If I could give 0 stars I would! It doesnt matter what time of day I call, Im always waiting to speak with a human for atleast 20 mins. I gave us waiting just now after 35 minutes! That is absolutley an unacceptable amount of time to be on hold for ANYTHING. And if you are able to wait it out to speak with someone they pharmacists are always rude, they dont want to help you, and they just act like they hate life. Its not my fault you hate your job. Im just trying to get my child her medicine. Also everytime a rx is called in for my child, they say they didnt get it. Every time. Please stay clear of this place! They are not worth your time.

Staff is not friendly and if you make an appt for a shot, expect to wait over 30 minutes even though you are the only person there to get a shot so they are obviously not busy. Dont believe their sign out front that says walk-in flu and covid shots.

There is a reason this store has 2 stars... Or less. God bless. Ive called multiple times to get a refill on my medication and I can never get a hold of anyone. Ive had heart surgery so its hard for me to move around and the medicine is quite mandatory but it seems like I have to struggle to get myself there versus them just actually picking up. Ive worked in pharmacies before and partially understand but this is ridiculous

I’m a former employee of CVS Pharmacy. It’s been 5 or 6 trips at this point. Each of which, I have had to go to the store to find out how long a prescription would take to be filled as opposed to calling (which doesn’t seem to be a priority for this store.). But even at this point when they said it would be an hour for example, it would end up being later than that when I returned.We used to prefer CVS Pharmacy for multiple prescriptions, but I’m kindly stepping away from a company that used to pay me because I made efforts I don’t see here. Such a shame.

I was discriminated by them today. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask due to breathing issues. Because of this, the ladies in the pharmacy refused to give me my daughters meds because I wasnt wearing a mask. Even though the mandate is under 12 or medically exempt. Im trying my best to talk myself out of suing them for discrimination

I’m from out of town and I had the worst experience at this pharmacy I called A week ahead to make sure they had my meds in stock the lady told me that they were the biggest pharmacy in Fort Oglethorpe and there would be no problem when I got to Georgia Chickamaugua I called the pharmacy to tell them my doctor would electronically send them to Scripps again they told me there would be no problem so I waited on my doctor to send them my Scripps and it was time to pick them up they could not support one of the Scripps so I had to get a hold of my doctor which was hard because I’m here in Georgia and he was in Illinois and he is very busy man So I had to have him switch from Cvs to Walgreens and back home I do all my business with Cvs it was just the worst experience and this pharmacy is the pits I would not even give them one star

Never been a huge fan, but I had my final straw with CVS in Fort O tonight. I went to pick up my daughter’s antibiotic. Got all the way home and it was just powder in a bottle. Not mixed at all. I call back to see if maybe I can mix it myself at home or something and waited for over 20 minutes to talk to an actual person. Once someone finally answered the call they barely apologized, told me to bring it back in, and hung up. Was planning on asking a question about another medication, but didn’t get a chance.

They dont deserve one star but its the only way you can leave a review. My family had used CVS for years. When they were located next to Kmart it was a wonderful store. All of their staff were very nice and helpful. When they moved to new store they hired new employees and EVERYONE if them are Extremely Rude!! We moved all of our prescriptions to Walgreens on Ringgold Road. Weve never had a problem and the employees are Extremely Nice!! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk inside.I dont know how CVS stays in business. The employees are very hateful, especially in the pharmacy I will NEVER go to a CVS drugstore again. They act like they dont care if they have any customers. Rude and lazy employees!!

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. My kids have medicaid so we are limited on what pharmacy we can use. My daughters prescription was sent it at 1:40pm its 4:30pm now and I waited in line 20 minutes to be told it will be another hour. They never have the prescriptions ready on time.

I moved my business to this CVS about a year ago b/c I was fed up with the surly treatment by the staff in East Ridge. Yesterday these girls (why are all the staff in pharmacies these day female?) topped them in poor attitude and this time, deceit. I dropped a prescription off on Monday evening for pickup the following day. So 22 hours later they scrambled to find my prescription, and when they did, they told me it couldnt be filled b/c the date on the prescription was too old. They then gave me a song and dance about how they had tried all day to call me about it. That was an out and out lie. I carried my cell phone continuously and they never called much less left a message. They had three choices, 1) call my doc to renew the prescription, 2) call me so I could call my doc to do the same or 3) do nothing. They chose to do nothing and then try to lay it on me. Im outta here for good. From the other reviews of this location, this staff apparently does a pretty good job of regularly pissing people off.

I wish I could leave less than a one star review. This store doesnt even deserve one star.I just left after trying to return a shirt I purchased a couple weeks ago... I bought 3 shirts and after trying to wear one I realized that all of them being the same size meant none of them were going to fit. I went to return them last week and when i arrived I had forgotten the one I tried to wear at home. The other 2 still has tags attached and I made sure to ask the cashier if I could still return the last one without the tag since they were all the exact same and hadnt been worn longer than an hour and were still in excellent condition. She of course told me yes as long as I had the receipt and the card I purchased them with.I came back today with the shirt and receipt only to be completely disrespected by the alleged store manager.This woman was the most rude and condescending customer service representative much less manager Ive EVER encountered. She rudely told me I couldnt return the shirt without the tag and basically acted as though I were making up the fact that her employee had previously told me it would be fine.She then proceeded to say, I bet you cant return this anyway im sure youve waited way too long to bring it back. Once again, like I was lying about the entire situation.3 different times I told her if it was an issue that I would rather just keep the shirt and leave because I was tired of being berated.She never once offered any apology much less basic human decency. And made sure to reiterate multiple times that I was not ever going to be able to do this again without the tag.... this of course is NOT an issue for me as I will NEVER return to that CVS for anything again.After just a brief glance at most of the other reviews on here it is extremely obvious to me there is a very serious issue with the way this store is managed.It is even more apparent that NO ONE is doing anything about this, I dont see corporate CVS apologizing to anyone or even attempting to right all of these many many wrongs.As someone who has had a career in customer service for over 15+ years I have to say Im extremely disappointed in this lack of management/ customer service skills that are being displayed by most of the staff.I will not return and wouldnt recommend anyone else to ever step foot on their property in the future

Very RUDE customer service! They messed up on medication and made me go back thought the drive thru because of their error (was in the the drive thru for over an hour)! Pharmacist told me I could come in and get my prescription. Hello what do you not understand I cannot be around people! You would think he would know how sick I was by my meds. I will never go back to the CVS again. Need to have new staff or close the place down!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! They cannot get anything right!! Send refill request to wrong doctors for different patients, Then when trying to explain and fix the issue they refuse to help, tell you to call back another day if you want to speak with someone else When asked for name was told she wouldnt not give her last name. when asked to speak with supervisor was told no. when asked for corporate number to complain was also told no. super unprofessional!! I did contact corporate, at least they were nice and helpful!

Best pharmacy weve tried. We went to a Walgreens for several years because it was more conveniently located but 80% of the time they made mistakes with our orders. Weve used this CVS pharmacy for over a year and never had a problem. The staff are friendly and it is open 24/7, so worth a little extra driving.

CVS is the preferred pharmacy on my insurance so I get a cheaper copay for using them but I am going to start using Walmart pharmacy and paying more due to the fact that they always try to find reasons not to fill my prescription. I don’t try to fill it early but they always treat me as if I am a drug addict instead of someone with a disability I truly despise the staff at the Fort Oglethorpe store and am taking my business elsewhere and suggest everyone else do the same.

Worst pharmacy known to man. Hands down this one won the competition. For 2 years I have been using this pharmacy because it is the only pharmacy in my network within 5 miles of my house. Every single time I come to pick up my prescription it isnt ready. I have dropped it off told them Id be back in 2 hours came back 5 hours later and it wasnt ready. Today my prescription was dropped off at 10:30am. They were told I would be there at 4:30pm to pick it up. I arrived at 5:30pm and was told it wasnt ready. When I went back at 6:30pm they had at least 30 people waiting for prescriptions. Needless to say I just left. CVS doesnt care about their customers. If they havent gotten this fixed in 2 years they simply do not care.Update: Just called at 8:45pm and my prescription is still not ready.

Nice but extremely slow. My prescription was forgotten to be transferred from another pharmacy by them the day before. They apologized. They forgot to set me up for reminders. They apologized. Had precription ready for me to pick up but had to get a precription reran. Took about 25 mins waiting in store just to put my info in the system. But the cashier personally came out and said it was ready just to make sure I heard. She was very nice. They just need to pick up the pace with running insurance. But still nice folks.

This place has went down hill . I used to have all our scripts filled here, but they have lost my business for good . I waited all day for scripts that the doctor sent in electronically, I was miserable . I called my doctor and they said they had been sent twice . 7 pm comes around and my doctors appointment had been at 2, still nothing . I called and after 30 minutes they said it could take up to 5 hours so I called back again at 8:30 and I waited on hold for an hour before I hung up . I ended up going to the emergency room, got out and went in to cvs around 10 and they said it would be over an hour before they could fill it . So I went all day in pain . Long story short I ended up going to the 24 hour Walgreens and they had it filled in 15 minutes and were so friendly . The pharmacist at cvs was so rude to me .

This has quickly became one of the worse pharmacies I have ever used. The staff is not friendly and the wait is ridiculous. A tech in the pharmacy, Jessica S., has a seriously poor attitude. Not only is was she completely rude but unprofessional as well. They text and say the prescription is ready, you get there they say they need a prior authorization. You get the authorization, and they say well it will be another 10 mins to get medicine ready. Forgot that. I am over this pharmacy and wont be back.

I can by momMon when my Dr called in meds for my 10month old daughter. 1st they didnt have all thetmeds after waiting for 3 hours. Then they couldnt tell me which CVS had it near by. Then they told me it was over the counter but insurance wouldnt cover it if I went and got it it would be a day or two. Two days later I came back. They said it was in and it would take 30min I left and came back 2hours later the meds still where not ready and the lady had an attitude saying it would be another hour.... I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The worst customer service EVER. Waited on hold for 36 mins until I finally drove over there and there was no one on the phone. I stood there for 10 mins waiting to see if anyone ever answered. I then requested the refill on my RX and they told me an hour because they’re FOUR days behind! I went to pick it up three hours later and they didn’t have it ready because they FORGOT to put it in and the lady shut the window in my face! This happens every single time! The slowest turn around and the laziest staff I’ve EVER seen in a pharmacy.

I dropped my prescription off at 2:30 pm was told it would be 2 hours well it’s 9:15 pm and it’s still not ready. I had 5 teeth pulled and kinda in pain. That’s besides the point- I overheard the female pharmacist telling a customer that it was ok to share her meds( Tamaflu) with other people in the house. Also she told her she has filled over 50 scripts for it today - Hippa laws do apply to the pharmacy as well. This pharmacy is ridiculous and slow. There was several people (employees just wondering around doing nothing. I had to wait up front to pay for my items for about 5 minutes because no one was there. This store needs to be closed down before they hurt someone

The pharmacy is always nasty and makes me feel unwelcome and unheard. If you have any other option dont go here. Its terrible. Theyve gotten one of my Rxs wrong more than six times in a row - each time I corrected them and each time next month it was wrong. I would give less stars but you are open 24 hours. Weve been doing business with CVS for over ten years for our son. The past three months we fill his prescriptions and the oNE for adderall XR 15 miligrams seems to be short five days each month. We questioned it the past two times but, this time my wife and I are convinced that someone is shorting or bottles . Im sure theres a governing body the oversees pharmacis and narcotics. ..I am going to be looking into this because our son doesnt need a week off every month on his Doctor prescribed medications..!!!!!The Reynolds Family.

This trip to CVS for my medications to be filled after leaving the ER has been horrific. Im Im terrible pain, the wait time was a hour after I have dropped off my prescriptions and still wasnt ready at the time they said they would be. Not only that but everyone else who had been waiting as well through drive thru were well gone and there was no one waiting. Im actually sitting in their drive thru waiting right this second because when I asked if they are filled, they told me that they didnt take tri-care and that they had called my number to let me know. Well, for one I dont have tri-care and the number they called wasnt even mine. Then I regive them my insurance and my profile comes up and I get a oh, my bad. We had the wrong person we were trying to file under like are you kidding me!!!! Ive been waiting a hour for this non sense. Im so mad! I will never ever come back again! How do you mess up like that!! Get your act together!
