Absolutely my favorite place! The staff is absolutely incredible and makes me feel like family. So helpful in every way. They definitely go above and beyond and it shows !

I walked in to Kays to get my earrings cleaned and my Watch adjusted and the Manager Bethany and her assistant was just a pure delight! It is very nice to see employees still give great genuine customer service in such a testy time in this country. The smiles and warm welcome will be remembered 😊

My husband and I went in looking for a Valentines gift for myself and our daughter and we were greeted as soon as we walked in by the store Manager Bethany and she assisted us in picking out our gifts. Our experience was pleasant and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about every piece in the store. Definitely will be going back soon.l the store was clean and sanitizer and masks were readily available and each employee was wearing one. They even sanitized each piece before placing it back in to the case! Very impressive....

We are so thrilled when we found this location in the Ft. Oglethorpe area for multiple reasons. Hamilton Place is just so hard to get to, with heavy traffic and its location within the huge mall. The personnel at this location are always so helpful, and glad to see us, and parking is a breeze.

Denied service .. Already in the store. Not busy at all and would not allow me to purchase because of not wearing a mask. I was pointing right to the item in wanted to purchase. 3 minutes tops and I would have been gone. Terrible CS. No other business in this state has denied me service for not wearing a mask. This manager and business has a true power complex. Will never shop in kay again.

Had a Horrible first experience at this store! I called yesterday and spoke to a lady, Sheila, about a ring I saw online and told her the occasion I needed it for. So, I told her Id be there to get it today.... and, I dont live close to this store. When I got there, I found that she had sold that ring, the Only one they had like that, right in front of me to another lady! She apologized, but that meant Nothing to me! I feel she should lose her job for that!! That just isnt right!! Thankfully, there was another young lady there who stepped in to help me find another one at another store. Im very appreciative to her for her help and how she handled this frustrating matter.

I was just denied service in the store because I have a medical condition where I cant wear a mask. Good to know Kay jewelers discriminates against people with health issues. Will never step foot in their stores again.

Don’t know how they stay in business. I ordered a ring and when it came in it was wrong and they acted like it was my fault. Then there computer was so slow it took like five minutes to get it canceled and get a receipt. I told them you sure are giving me a reason to not come back.

If I could give them a less score I would. Had a necklace repaired and it was very obvious that it had been repaired by an amateur. Asked why they did it like this and all said is thats the best they could do. I will not buy anything else from Kays

This Kays is AMAZING. Everything is so clean and sparkly (and Im not just talking about the jewelry). Amazing staff and service. Employees seem to know every detail about their products and have clearly been trained by the best manager around. We attended the Dana Augustine show and were extremely impressed with the results of the design choices and options available as well as the customer service the entire staff showed to all customers in the store. We would definitely recommend this store for individual attention to detail and available choices.

Manager not helpful.... she was very smug and very rude. I don’t recommend this location, Chattanooga locations are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t even give one star, but I had to, to leave a review.

They are supposed to open at 10 am. My husband and I showed up at 10:18 and the doors were still locked. We went to petco to kill time a few minutes. As we were leaving petco we saw two people walk in the store and lock the doors back right in front of us. If your sign says 10:00 am. Your doors should be open and 100% ready for business at 10.

The store manager is very rude and approachable. Her customer service skills are terrible. If it wasnt for Ashley, Nicole, and Brianna, Kays of Fort Oglethorpe, would not get mine or my girlfriends business. You 3 keep you the good work. As for Ashlyn, they need to get rid of her. I feel terrible for the ladies that have to work for her.
